Albergo pulitissimo, molto accogliente, cibo abbondante e ottima qualità, camere spaziose, letto comodo, personale molto gentile,piscina calda sia fuori che dentro con punti con dromassaggi soprattutto alll’esterrno, grotta da provare!!! E a noi è piaciuto moltissimo la presenza di zone ludiche quali calcetto, biliardo, Flipper, Ping pong, e dal per giochi di carte e te con Sky!!! Consigliatissimo anche come qualità prezzo!!!

Sono anni che andiamo al Majestic di Galzignano, ed è sempre una bellissima esperienza. Il resort immerso nel verde, è davvero piacevolissimo. Servizi aggiuntivi sempre presenti, golf, tennis, renting bike. Una lode al centro benessere Spa che è sempre all’altezza, due per i servizi, quindi professionalità che gentilezza e disponibilità!! Ritorno sempre con piacere

Les termes manque un peu de variétés, cependant, les chambres sont très confortables, la propreté impeccable, les petits déjeuners parfaits, pour les repas du soir il manque de variétés dans les plats et les desserts, nous n’avons eu le choix que de 4 desserts , tous les soirs les mêmes, et c’est vraiment dommage car la nourriture est excellente et le personnel de salle est adorable. Nous avons passé 6 jours reposants ,un bémol sur une partie des jets qui ne fonctionnaient pas, mais un séjour très agréable quand même .

Our stay at Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf – Hotel Majestic was pretty decent overall. The main highlight is definitely the golf course – a great setup if you’re into that. The rooms could use some upgrades, but the food was excellent, especially if you’re a fan of seafood – my wife loved it. The pool water is kept at a perfect temperature, which is a big plus on colder days. Parking is convenient, and the EV charger is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly throughout. One downside was the late-night noise from the entertainment area – I’d recommend getting a room on the side away from the pools to avoid that. Beds are firm and comfortable, though I admit I’m a bit spoiled at home in that department.

L’hotel si per sè è carino. Le camere sono essenziali ma hanno tutto, le piscine sono molto belle, un po’ datate forse. Il problema è che ho avuto molo prurito per 5 giorni. Inizialmente pensavo alle acque termali, ma poi il medico di base mi ha detto che ero stato preso d’assalto dagli acari e dopo una cura mirata è passato. Gli acari sono un brutto segno di scarsa igiene e pertanto bisogna farci molta attenzione.

Wir lieben die Gegend . Sind sicher schon 20 mal dort gewesen.Die Sauberkeit im hotelkomplex lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer war es sauber.Ein Lift war die ganze Woche kaputt. Essen war gut. Freundlichkeit vom Restaurant ist von sehr gut bis geht so alles dabei. Zbsp.der Oberkellner vom Restaurant im Freien hatte uns , wir bestellten davor 2 Aperol, dass die Tische nur für Gäste die mittags essen sind … schrie dann lautstark das er Italiener wäre u.man sich danach zu richten hätte . Mehrere Leute schauten betreten zu uns . Verstanden dies auch nicht u. fragten uns später warum der so eskalierte denn es waren laufend zwischen 7-10 Tische frei . Wir wollten erst Abends essen , weil wir erst um 13h45 total verschwitzt ankamen. Wir sind inzwischen 73 Jahre haben schon die ganze Welt bereist so was ist uns zum Glück noch nie irgendwo passiert .

Ho visto centinaia di hotel viaggiando per lavoro il trattamento ricevuto e l’esperienza vissuta qui è la peggiore in assoluto. Innanzitutto, al check in sostenevano che la mia prenotazione fosse per l’hotel di fronte (nello stesso plesso), una volta che si sono resi conto che così non era mi hanno dato una camera ed è ora che inizia l’incubo. In camera vi era una infestazione di cimici. Erano ovunque (sulle tende, sul muro, per terra, sulle porte). Lo faccio notare in reception e mi dicono che avrebbero risolto. Vado a cena e quando torno, dopo mezzanotte, scopro che nulla era cambiato. Lo faccio notare ed in reception mi dicono che non avevano altre stanze disponibili. Dopo mia insistenza mi danno una camera nell’hotel di fronte che però era vecchia e con la moquette. Ho dovuto provvedere in autonomia a spostare i bagagli sotto la pioggia. Come hanno dimostrato il loro dispiacere? Facendomi pagare anche la bottiglietta d’acqua del frigobar. Assistenza ed attenzione al cliente zero.

le camere sono spaziosissime, molto bello il bagno. Il buffet sia a colazione che che a cena è ricco e di qualità. La struttura in generale non è ben manutenuta, e il livello del servizio erogato dal personale mediocre. Ampia scelta di pacchetti di estetica e fisioterapia.

ottima camera spaziosa pulita con vista sulle piscine ,bei servizi acqua piscine perfetta , se devo trovare un difetto è la grotta molto tetra quasi opprimente a mio giudizio qualche gioco di luce o anche una leggerissima musica di sottofondo non guasterebbe

Our stay at Galzignano Resort Terme & Golf – Hotel Majestic was pretty decent overall. The main highlight is definitely the golf course – a great setup if you’re into that. The rooms could use some upgrades, but the food was excellent, especially if you’re a fan of seafood – my wife loved it. The pool water is kept at a perfect temperature, which is a big plus on colder days. Parking is convenient, and the EV charger is a nice touch. Staff were very friendly throughout. One downside was the late-night noise from the entertainment area – I’d recommend getting a room on the side away from the pools to avoid that. Da ich schon seit 30 Jahren meine Familie einlade sagt das alles. Was mir dieses mal nicht passte : Die festen Kosten werden ohne zu fragen von meiner Karte abgebucht bevor wir das Hotel verlassen.Ich verlange die Rechnung und die Dame sagt es ist schon bezahlt.Oh nein die Euro 2'300.-für Getränke etc sind noch offen.Die Zusatzkosten für den Hund meiner Enkelin bezahlte diese selbst und mir wurden die Kosten auch auf die Rechnung gesetzt.Ich bin gespannt ob ich das Geld nach meiner Reklamatiom zurück erhalte.

Wir lieben die Gegend . Sind sicher schon 20 mal dort gewesen.Die Sauberkeit im hotelkomplex lässt zu wünschen übrig. Im Zimmer war es sauber.Ein Lift war die ganze Woche kaputt. Essen war gut. Ho visto centinaia di hotel viaggiando per lavoro il trattamento ricevuto e l’esperienza vissuta qui è la peggiore in assoluto. Innanzitutto, al check in sostenevano che la mia prenotazione fosse per l’hotel di fronte (nello stesso plesso), una volta che si sono resi conto che così non era mi hanno dato una camera ed è ora che inizia l’incubo. In camera vi era una infestazione di cimici. Erano ovunque (sulle tende, sul muro, per terra, sulle porte). Lo faccio notare in reception e mi dicono che avrebbero risolto. Vado a cena e quando torno, dopo mezzanotte, scopro che nulla era cambiato. Lo faccio notare ed in reception mi dicono che non avevano altre stanze disponibili. Dopo mia insistenza mi danno una camera nell’hotel di fronte che però era vecchia e con la moquette. Ho dovuto provvedere in autonomia a spostare i bagagli sotto la pioggia. Come hanno dimostrato il loro dispiacere? Facendomi pagare anche la bottiglietta d’acqua del frigobar. Assistenza ed attenzione al cliente zero.

Sono anni che andiamo al Majestic di Galzignano, ed è sempre una bellissima esperienza. Il resort immerso nel verde, è davvero piacevolissimo. Servizi aggiuntivi sempre presenti, golf, tennis, renting bike. Una lode al centro benessere Spa che è sempre all’altezza, due per i servizi, quindi professionalità che gentilezza e disponibilità!! Ritorno sempre con piacere

le camere sono spaziosissime, molto bello il bagno. Il buffet sia a colazione che che a cena è ricco e di qualità. La struttura in generale non è ben manutenuta, e il livello del servizio erogato dal personale mediocre. Ampia scelta di pacchetti di estetica e fisioterapia.

Les termes manque un peu de variétés, cependant, les chambres sont très confortables, la propreté impeccable, les petits déjeuners parfaits, pour les repas du soir il manque de variétés dans les plats et les desserts, nous n’avons eu le choix que de 4 desserts , tous les soirs les mêmes, et c’est vraiment dommage car la nourriture est excellente et le personnel de salle est adorable. Nous avons passé 6 jours reposants ,un bémol sur une partie des jets qui ne fonctionnaient pas, mais un séjour très agréable quand même .

Overall, the stay was OK and the surroundings are beautiful, but given the maintenance issues and inconsistent service, we would not return.

Very Bad attitude when just asking simple questions. Was standing in the SPA reception for 20 min without no one from the staff showing up. The aircondition didn’t work in our room. 27 degrees Celsius during the night. They just responded -open the window and welcome to Italy. It was a place with huge amount of mosquitoes
