The property was excellent the size , cleanliness and comfortable beds. The only downsize was the property was on the main road and it was busy.. But we didn't mind that as it was comfortable stay. And you need to pay for the parking it wasn't free. And the parking was underground and you need to be really pro. I wouldn't recommend for bigger car as well.

tolle Location, sehr zum wohlfühlen und schön und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Nur die Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage waren sehr eng und dafür 12.00 Euro pro Nacht zu verlangen, fand ich nicht angemessen.

I had some problems and they were super accommodating with my check in.The hotel is pretty new,clean and with lots of extras.They have parking underneath for 12 euro.We had a lovely time and i certainly recommend this hotel.

Das Apartment war super modern, tolles Bad, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Einziges Negatives war, wie schon oft erwähnt, die Tiefgarage. Die Einfahrt schon abenteuerlich und innen auch sehr eng zum parken, wirklich nur mit kleinem Auto machbar.
Das Apartment war super modern, tolles Bad, alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Einziges Negatives war, wie schon oft erwähnt, die Tiefgarage. Die Einfahrt schon abenteuerlich und innen auch sehr eng zum parken, wirklich nur mit kleinem Auto machbar.

While this property is outside the center of heidelberg, it is much cheaper and transport is very convenient. We drove into the central car park, which took about 7 minutes. Alternatively, there is a tram opposite the hotel, which seems convenient enough! The hotel has private parking that comes with a current charge of €12.50, and there are plenty of free street parking around the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. Everything from lights, curtain and cleaning request can be done via the room dashboard panel by the door. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly, the check in and out process was simple. I would definitely use again if i was in hieldelberg again.

Kommunikation Einchecken usw. war per WhatsApp einfach und schnell. Danach keine Antwort mehr auf Fragen. Am ersten Abend Wasser zum Duschen lauwarm. Keine Heizung und das bei Minustemperaturen. Toaster am Morgen von der Putzfrau besorgt. Anscheinend gab es ein Problem mit der Fernwärme Versorgung. Immerhin haben sie dann die Klimaanlage zum Wärmen freigeschaltet. Allerdings war der Boden sehr kalt, im Badezimmer keine Heizung, wie gesagt nachts -6°! Heißes Wasser gab es am Abend nicht, nur morgens - duschen am Abend nicht möglich! Wasser und Umgebung zu kalt. Sauberkeit ok, könnte aber besser sein. Kaffeetassen dreckig, Kapselmaschine ziemlich ramponiert. Deckel Wasserbehälter fehlt. Wasser läuft aus. Kapseln kosten 50 Cent pro Stück. Das allerbeste war aber die angepriesene Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle! Noch nie habe ich in einem Hotel so eine Bettwäsche gesehen. Nicht nur, dass sie total ungebügelt war, nein- total abgenutzt und dünn # so dünn, dass sie total zerrissen war. Am Ankunftsabend war es nur kalt, da haben wir es nicht gesehen. Am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück mussten wir zwei Mal hinschauen. Die hochgepriesene ägyptische Bettwäsche war eigentlich nur ein Fetzen - vielleicht hat da schon Tutenchamun drin geschlafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, daher die Bahn kaum zu hören. Darüber hinaus

Mein Zimmer war sehr neu ausgestattet und geräumig. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber, aber unterm Bett wurde schon länger nicht gewischt. Trotz moderner Ausstattung hörte man alle Geräusche von draußen. Die Lager an der Hauptverkehrsstraße mit abbiegender Straßenbahn ist für den Rühe gewöhnten Menschen eher störend. Nächstes Mal würde ich ein Zimmer nach hinten raus bevorzugen.

Die sehr sehr enge Tiefgarage ist ein Manko. 12€ pro Nacht was ok ist. Aber ich frage mich wieso und nicht ein Tag vorher Bescheid gesagt wurde das die Garagen Ein/Ausfahrt am Abreisetag mit Bauschutt beladen wird. Ein und Ausfahren waren somit nicht mehr möglich ohne Vorwarnung. Die Zimmer waren modern sehr sauber und schick.

Ganz neues Gebäude, tolles, helles, modernes Zimmer, allerdings zur viel befahrenen Bundesstraße mit Straßenbahn gelegen. Mit geschlossenen Fenstern aber vollkommen ruhig.

Our stay was very comfortable. The room is spacious and clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. The windows have eclectic shutters which was nice to keep the room dark for great rest and sleep. We love the fact that the room had AC. That was a huge plus since the weather was quite warm and humid.

While this property is outside the center of heidelberg, it is much cheaper and transport is very convenient. We drove into the central car park, which took about 7 minutes. Alternatively, there is a tram opposite the hotel, which seems convenient enough! The hotel has private parking that comes with a current charge of €12.50, and there are plenty of free street parking around the hotel. The hotel is clean and modern. Everything from lights, curtain and cleaning request can be done via the room dashboard panel by the door. The hotel staff is efficient and friendly, the check in and out process was simple. I would definitely use again if i was in hieldelberg again.

Good check in process, friendly staff, very helpful. We checked in a little late so a staff member stayed back to check in. The room was in great condition no issues but the air conditioner did not work. No one at the front desk and no one answered the WhatsApp messages and phone calls all night. The room was a sauna. Someone called from the hotel and promised that they will take care of things and discount next time I stay at the boarding hotel...provided I give good reviews.

Quarto limpo, cama confortável , funcionários excelentes . So que a recepção fecha às 20h. Chegamos 19:55h e não tinha mais ninguém lá . Deixam apenas um número para ligar, mas quem é de outro país nem sempre consegue ligar, eu por exemplo só tinha plano de dados no meu celular . Tive que pedir por mensagem para uma amiga que mora na Alemanha ligar para o hotel para mim .

Alojamiento nuevo, cómodo, moderno, amplio y limpio. Alejado del centro para ir a pie, pero bien comunicado con tranvía. Las habitaciones que dan a la avenida principal tienen ruido de tráfico. Parking privado con poca capacidad. Nos dijeron que estaba completo. Buena opción para alojarse y buena relacion calidad precio.

Not sure if it was unsafe around the area, but there was graffiti and I opted to pay the 12 euros to park in the garage. It was not terribly convenient to the city center unless you used the bus and that stop was close.

Zentrale Lage in Rohrbach, S-Bahn in 100m Entfernung. Gute Lärm-STOPP-Fenster, deshalb Straßenlärm kaum wahrnehmbar. Sehr sauber, nette Leute an der Reception.

Kommunikation Einchecken usw. war per WhatsApp einfach und schnell. Danach keine Antwort mehr auf Fragen. Am ersten Abend Wasser zum Duschen lauwarm. Keine Heizung und das bei Minustemperaturen. Toaster am Morgen von der Putzfrau besorgt. Anscheinend gab es ein Problem mit der Fernwärme Versorgung. Immerhin haben sie dann die Klimaanlage zum Wärmen freigeschaltet. Allerdings war der Boden sehr kalt, im Badezimmer keine Heizung, wie gesagt nachts -6°! Heißes Wasser gab es am Abend nicht, nur morgens - duschen am Abend nicht möglich! Wasser und Umgebung zu kalt. Sauberkeit ok, könnte aber besser sein. Kaffeetassen dreckig, Kapselmaschine ziemlich ramponiert. Deckel Wasserbehälter fehlt. Wasser läuft aus. Kapseln kosten 50 Cent pro Stück. Das allerbeste war aber die angepriesene Bettwäsche aus ägyptischer Baumwolle! Noch nie habe ich in einem Hotel so eine Bettwäsche gesehen. Nicht nur, dass sie total ungebügelt war, nein- total abgenutzt und dünn # so dünn, dass sie total zerrissen war. Am Ankunftsabend war es nur kalt, da haben wir es nicht gesehen. Am nächsten Morgen zum Frühstück mussten wir zwei Mal hinschauen. Die hochgepriesene ägyptische Bettwäsche war eigentlich nur ein Fetzen - vielleicht hat da schon Tutenchamun drin geschlafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten raus, daher die Bahn kaum zu hören. Darüber hinaus

Sehr empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Trotz Lage an Hauptstraße ruhige Zimmer. Einrichtung ist modern und praktikabel, Kitchenette mit Nespressomaschine und Wasserkocher funktional. Unterkunft sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Bett schlief sich hervorragend!Für den ersten morgendlichen Kaffee war gesorgt. Man findet fussläufig gute Gaststätten und eine kleine Bäckerei mit leckeren Frühstücksbrötchen.Ein kleines Manko war die Lautstärke des Straßenverkehrs. Da musste das Fenster Nachts leider geschlossen bleiben. Ich werde das Zimmer sicherlich wieder buchen, wenn wir geschäftlich in Heidelberg zu tun haben.

Die Unterkunft ist komplett neu und das merkt man auch. Alles ist hochmodern. Preis-Leistung ist top. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahn, die in wenigen Minuten in die Heidelberger Innenstadt fährt.

Good hotel, but TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM EXPEDIA! The hotel is worthy of its high ratings, but Expedia didn't bother to warn that it is unstaffed, and presumes a reasonable comprehension of written German. I haven't studied German in decades, and when I arrived tired and hot in the early evening, there was no one there. I accessed the property's message to me through the app. All German. Might not have been a huge issue, but the Expedia app on my phone would not allow me to copy the text of the message so that I could put it into a translator. I was able to figure out the code for the front door, my room number, and the code to my room, so I got in, however I couldn't access the parking garage with my comprehension of the information in hand. There is no parking on the street in front so I had to park my motorcycle on a landing on the side of the building until I was able to make telephone contact with an English speaking member of staff who was able to provide access. By this time I was very cross with Expedia for not providing any warning. I would have made a different choice, had Expedia informed me. The hotel is nice, clean, quiet, and offers tremendous value for money. If your comprehension of written German is adequate, you might love it. The only reason my marks aren't five ⭐'s all across is due to the incomplete info from Expedia.
