The building is nice but reserved parking is difficult. You have to get out of your car to hit sensor and run back to car to catch gate before it closes. I had to do that three times just to get in because I couldn’t back to car quick enough. Bed is not comfortable like regular hotel beds and there is no extra towels if you are staying multiple days.

If you’re parking a car here you have to park temporarily, find your way through the maze of hallways to your room, get the garage opener, come back down, and then park and find your way back to the room. The process is confusing and unnecessarily complicated. I recommend staying elsewhere if you have a car. Otherwise the apartment was nice and the location good, but personally I prefer a full-service hotel.

Excellent property, very nice. HOWEVER, the beds were awful. Checked out a day early, my back couldn’t take it anymore. ALSO , VERY LIMITED PARKING. Secure parking is located in the basement of the building. 6’8” MAX height. NO OVERSIZED VEHICLES. Full size truck and trailer, had to park on the street. Was unaware of this until we checked in.

Great place. Everything you need was in the suite. The beds were comfortable, it’s easily walkable to Coors Field or Ball Arena. Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights and it was so much better than a hotel. The units are very spacious. Only complaint was that the temperature was in the mid 90’s and the pool was down for maintenance.

First, this is a great mini-apartment for a vacation or short stay. It is by no means a hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable and nice to stay in. The parking is a severe pain. I could not get the garage to open despite having paid an extra fee per day for parking. The instructions have you walk out of the garage and around the block back to the front door, but there is no obvious way out of the garage to the street. There is an elevator in the garage that will take you back to the apartment floors. Each time I tried to enter the garage I had to wait until someone came along behind me to open the garage for me. This was tedious. There are no amenities outside of the room. The room has a comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen and laundry machines. Great location and good price for the location.

Great property just unfortunate that the pool was out of service during our stay. Good value for parking as other downtown hotels charge $50/night or more. The area is safe and easy access to downtown by either pedestrian bridge over the tracks.

The property is lovely, and the area is nice. Our unit was well appointed but did lack a few things. We did not have a hair dryer in the room. I called to get one and waited an hour and a half before we finally left for the day. When we arrived back that evening there was a dryer however it did not work. We tried 4 different outlets. We had a newly crawling 9 month old that managed to find a piece of broken glass on the rug. Upon further inspection we found 3 more pieces of glass, several small elastic hair bands, dried food crumbs and candy wrappers under the edge of the couch. The legs on the coffee table were not screwed in and it was very wobbly. We had to hand tighten them to keep it from toppling over when the baby walked around it. I am likely overly sensitive about housekeeping because I oversee and small 10 room inn but hair in the shower that is not my own is an eww factor. We would definitely stay again because it totally fit our needs. I just hope they find a new housekeeper with a little more attention to detail.

Odd smell in the hallways but otherwise very clean. Thermostat a bit temperamental. Could have used more silverware and washing machine soap. Ability to get late check out would have also been nice. Otherwise great. I’d give it a 4.5 out of 5. Good location.

Really nice building and location. Easy check in and access to our room. The room could have been a little better cleaned but otherwise it was really nice, comfortable bed, kitchenette, good amenities. We didn’t receive a “perk” we were promised when I reserved with Expedia but that wasn’t something the 3rd party Kasa could help us with unfortunately. Overall a good stay, would stay again.

I asked that the room be especially clean for allergies and asthma. I was told it would be cleaned “meticulously.” It was generally clean except for dust accumulation in and around vents, on top of doors and lots of short hairs on floor board in bathroom. Under the bed was dusty and filthy. I had very bad allergies with swollen eyes the entire time and didn’t know of it were the building vents/ sheets/ air quality outside… but realized my eyes got better when we left and worse when we’d get back. Very unfortunate because it made the stay uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for our visit, walking distance to what we wanted to see. The windows faced east and the morning sun was bright in the bedrooms. Darkening shades would have kept the sun light from waking us up so early.

We really liked the space in this apartment. 2 couples fit very comfortably with an area to hang out. It was very clean and quiet. The surrounding neighborhood was young, trendy & safe. Walkable to LoDo & Ball Arena. Easy parking in garage.

The location was perfect, the communication was unusual but ultimately acceptable, just needed a bit more effort on our side. The media options were uneven, we suggest taking your own streaming devices to display on the TV if necessary. Our stay was quite comfortable with only very minor issues. Note to the Kasa people, please replace the in room coffee maker. It was un-usable despite our best efforts to clean it. Thank you for the stay.

The apartment was lovely -- extremely spacious, and I appreciated the balcony and full kitchen. There was a coffee maker in the room, but there was also a fresh-brew, single cup coffee machine in the hallway on every floor, which was very nice. The location was also excellent. Walkable from Union Station and to restaurants, grocery, and cafes, and right across the street from Commons Park.

We were genuinely impressed with the property overall as well as the space we chose. It was extremely well cared for, clean, and very new. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, & convenient to walk to many great places in the city. We would go back without hesitation. Our only con was the windows. There were no blackout or darkening curtains so we feared you could see in or silhouettes in the evening and the main bedroom was missing a screen so we could not open the window.

This was so convient to Union Station and Coors field where we met our tours and shuttles. Really did not need a rental car.Free bus to downtown area was a bonus. The apartment was better than a hotel because it offered a full kitchen, washer and dryer, king sized bed, and garage parking. A short walk provided numerous dining opportunities. Would stay at Kasa in the future!

Kasa UNion Station was a really nice building with clean and comfortable rooms. Great location! Easy access to restaurants, and LOTS of walking trails, the river park is directly across the street. We had our dog so it was really nice being that close to the park which had a dog section for them to run around. However the KAsa team gave us bad code to access the building and after waiting on hold for 45 minutes we finally got to talk with someone and we were able to get into the building. But when we got to our room that code did not work! We called back and had to wait another 35 minutes to get ahold of someone who tried to give us another code, did not work, tried to unlock it remotely and failed to do so. They finally moved us to another room which was a nice room. We were staying two nights. The next morning I received a text message saying that we were going to need to check out that morning. I called back and only had to wait 16 minutes this time and they had to change codes again but we were able to stay in the room. Kasa was extremely hard to get a hold of and not very accommodating for all the time I spent on hold sitting out in front of the building waiting to be let in and then again in the hallway. For that alone I do not think I would stay at another KASA location.

We are being charged for damage caused by a dog. We did not travel with a dog. I have before pictures that show the damage upon arrival that they are accusing us of causing. They are withholding our security deposit.

The Kasa was a great stay for my work trip in Denver - easy to park outside or in the garage. Apartment was clean and stocked well. I will say if you arrive later in the evening, the door code was very hard to figure out - and I actually didn't - someone let me in. There was another guest having the same issue. Be sure to do the check-in verification ahead of time - a little annoying but the only way you get your access information.

The automated and offsite communications cause more harm than good. Our entire trip was spent attempting to resolve issues with ongoing text, calls, and more texts without any continuity of response or personalization. It defined the entire time and made the lovely location and otherwise fine conditions mere footnotes on the whole experience. I am not sure if there even is an onsite team aside from the logely cleaning staff.

Check-in process is the only negative about this property and it is actually not that bad, just grossly over explained. (7 pages worth of check-in instructions). I think this could easily be reduced to one or two pages. It makes the check-in process scarier than it needs to be. It really wasn't too difficult. Anyhow, after you get by the check-in, the property is nothing short of perfection. Very clean, very modern, everything you need is there (coffee, laundry, etc) By using the free 16th street mall bus, it is withing walking distance to everything. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'll be staying here again. By far, the best bang for your buck in Denver!!

While the place itself is lovely, figuring out how to check in is very complicated. Moreover, our room was not ready until nearly 6pm even after Kasa sent us a text at four saying our room was ready. A 6pm check in time is unacceptable for a family with young kids especially after communicating otherwise. We were offered a tiny refund after complaints but it really did not make up for the inconvenience.

Kasa Union Station Denver is a really nice property, very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is fantastic. It is a short walk from the Station and a great Wholefoods store. However, they bombard you with emails and the pre-arrival information gathering is OTT. We paid extra for a fifth person in the apartment but there was no 5th bed set up at all. That is most annoying. So, if you do not mind the niggles, it is a great place to stay.

Love the property and location. Check in was not at all good, I paid an extra fee for a guaranteed check in for 2pm, was charged the fee but not granted access to check in at 2pm. I paid the extra as we were in town for our daughters wedding and the rehearsal dinner was at 4pm, which was why I paid the extra charge to be able to check in and get ready for the rehearsal dinner. Was very disappointed with check in.

Room was spotless and clean, no complaints. However the check in situation was ridiculous, I received numberous emails with confusing information and links that led nowhere. Parking instructions were unclear. When I contacted KASA via chat I received very clear instructions in one paragraph that answered my question. All of the emails I received for about a week prior with links to complete check in that said it was too early to check in were ridiculous. Please streamline this process.

Excellent apartment in downtown Denver. Felt like being at home during a long road trip. Check in instructions very long but clear. Have to leave car and get up to the studio to get the garage key so I was glad there were two of us. Everything you need to live cook sleep and catch up on laundry! Shops, restaurants and Coors field all walkable.

Overall, the stay was good. First the Pro's: Room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Having a washer and drier available in the room was very convenient and allowed for packing lighter than usual. Now the Con: The hotel is located too far from Union Station. It's 4.5 blocks and 1 railroad bridge away from the station. That might be ok if you are in your 20's or 30's and in fair weather but when you are in your 60's and have heavy rain for several days - not good (I even purchased an umbrella & rain poncho but still got soaked). Even all the banners mounted all along the Little Raven Street declare it to be in the Riverfront Park Neiborhood not Union Station. It's a bit misleading to call it Union Station.

The design of the apartment was clean and minimalistic. I felt safe with all the safety measures that are taken to enter the facility. Kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook with. The Starbucks coffee machine in the lobby was a plus, but there were never any cups. It would have been nice to be able to take a cup of coffee to go as we started our day. Pool was great, but no hot tub.

Parking was easy in the garage and had an elevator going to the 4th floor. I loved the Starbucks coffee machines on the 4th floor and also the first floor. The first floor also had flavored syrups and powdered creamer. The room had a firm mattress extra pillows which were extremely fluffy! We loved the washer and dryer and the the mint liquid soap in the shower and the shampoo and conditioner as well. Great location in Lodo less than 5 minutes from many great restaurants and Scooper grocery store for breakfast items!!

The check-in process seems weird and confusing at first, but once we got through that, the rest of the trip was perfect. Great view from our balcony, comfortable bed, full kitchen, and as a bonus, there was a machine that ground beans and brewed fresh cups of Starbucks coffee for us right outside our door!
