there is Lower floor to access from 1st floor, but have only one elevator so need to wait if someone goes to upper floor from 1st floor. Better to have two elevator.

We love it! Just booked again for May. Room was clean and the beds were so comfortable. The staff was also very friendly. The only concern was the pool said it was heated which it was not.

The room had all the amenities anyone could ask for! The social hour was nice; complimentary snacks and drink were available. Great place to stay!

This is a great property to stay with a family. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was very spacious. The kids loved getting to swim in the indoor pool. We felt very safe and had fun exploring the area.

Some issues noted in our specific room would be: Staining on the stools in kitchen area, dirty dishes in dishwasher, dirty counters, the refrigerator was very noisy, and the HVAC system, which the access door is in the bedroom, woke us up every time it clicked on. Sleep was lacking that night. We did not utilize the breakfast with exception of grabbing coffee but looked like the typical hotel offerings. Offers free laundry, which is a great bonus. Although it was busy (college golf kids staying), it was very quiet. The area was clean, apears safe, and had a ton of dinner options in the area. Overall, the hotel is a good option and would stay again if passing through the area.

The property is well situated in Franklin near whole foods and other smaller shops. The gym itself Is a handful of cardio equipment but otherwise well maintained. The only major problem with the hotel is the hotel doors are not properly adjusted so ever single door slams loudly. It was the worst sleep I have ever gotten at a hotel. Non stop door slamming, would not recommend this hotel to a light sleeper.

Very nice property with large room with bed, sofa, TV, desk and kitchenette. Had everything I needed in the kitchen to fix my leftovers from lunch. The pool was small but refreshing.

We always stay here when visiting our daughter. A mix of dining and shopping options are a quick drive from the hotel, with some being walkable. Easy access from 65 with ample parking. Rooms are always clean, and the staff is always so welcoming and accommodating!

We loved all the choices around for dinner. It was a Beautiful area. Unfortunately we did not receive the room we reserved. And staff did not let us know at check in and really didn’t care we were upset. Room was ok - cheap couch not comfortable at all. Bathroom was Awful. Tub & toilet/ walls were dirty with hair and stains- I had to clean tub at 6am before using the shower. Would not recommend- will stay in the area again but not use this property. Put in message to management on Saturday after check in and still have not heard from anyone.

We stayed 2 nights and found the property wonderful all around EXCEPT for the morning of our departure a huge cockroach was in the bathroom. We took a photo and showed the front desk. We weren’t asking for money discounts but simply to inform them. I was freaked out by this and worried that more of them were getting into our belongings. I don’t know what to think- this property otherwise seemed clean and modern.

It is really new and clean. The space is well organized for extended stay or in our case a stop with five people and a small dog. Only complaints were the pull out couch is really a twin size and the mattress really thin with a very stained cover. Also when asked for bedding all they gave us were comforters. Our kids ended up just sleeping on the small couch. Coffee was good but rest of breakfast food was typical low quality for these types of places

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was spacious and very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the bed linens were good quality. The shower water pressure was excellent. The complimentary breakfast had many options: cereals, fruits, eggs, juices, yogurt, breads and pastries. Great location, near so many shopping and eating destinations, some were walkable. The hotel is conveniently located in a busy area near the highway. Great price point and a super value. We would definitely stay again.

The suite was very nice and the bed and pillows were amazing! However, the thermostat couldn’t be controlled and the temperature wouldn't go below 70°. It was hot and stuffy. It was one of those thermostats with the appearance of being able to push buttons, but nothing happened. Also, the ice maker in the refrigerator was off and we had no ice. I would have expected more from a pricey hotel.

Friendly and helpful staff

We booked a double queen room for my family of 4. We arrived and check in after a long day of travel. The man checking us in confirmed how many people in my group. We get to our room and it was a king size bed only. I called the front desk and said this is not what we booked. He said they are full and will need to talk to the manager and call us back. Why was nothing said at the time of check in? We had No call back after 1 hour. My husband goes to front desk to ask for pillow and blanket so a bed can be made on the couch. The same guy that checked us in said “ we are trying to figure out a switch for you and we will call your room soon.” And did not give a pillow or blanket. No call. No knock on the door. Nothing. How rude and poor customer service.

Everything was great the young handsome man at the front desk was very very helpful courteous n thoughtful. Thanks for all your service.😘

The staff was outrageous and nasty to the guest. We were blamed for something that we absolutely did not do and had to move hotels. I have never been treated so poorly.

Friendly Staff

We booked a 2 bedroom suite at the Staybridge Suites because I was traveling with my husband and 2 children, 17 year old boys. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that they were sold out of the 2 bedroom suite and instead, they said they would put us in rooms right next to each other.  I asked if there were any adjoining rooms and they said no.  I explained that it was just the 2 boys and me, so we really needed a 2 bedroom suite/adjoining rooms because the boys are minors and I needed to watch them.  Bethany said the best she could do was 2 rooms right next to each other, so she gave me the keys to 2 rooms and sent us to the elevator.  She passed us on her way out of the hotel as we were getting in the elevator. When we got to the 3rd floor, I realized that I was booked in room 330 and the two boys, under 18 years old, were booked in room 221.  Not only were the rooms not next to each other, they were on completely different floors!  We went back to the front desk where I talked to Sam.  Sam said there was nothing he could do, he couldn't change our rooms, they were sold out.  VERY disappointed. One, that the room I booked was not available; two, that a reasonable substitute was not provided; three, that two teenage boys had to stay in a room by themselves on a separate floor than the booking adult; and four that staff didn't seem to care or be willing to problem-solve. This is completely unacceptable.

The first lady I encountered at check in was very nice and helpful but the man who was the desk at checkout was not very nice and actually pretty rude. He did not even acknowledge I was standing there and acted like I was bothering him. I would not have expected such service at such a nice establishment. Very disappointed. Put a damper on a nice time we had in Tennesse.

Franklin is a quiet and quaint area witb access to shopping ,restaurant as well as downtown Nashville.

Nice place in a great location

Exceptionally clean & quiet. One of the better hotel breakfasts we have had. We were just passing through, so it was nice to start our day off with a hot meal before getting back on the road. Easy access to I65 & off the highway; therefore, no traffic noise. It's also close to an area filled with local restaurants.

The hotel is in a great location! Easy off and on the highway. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area. The facility is well maintained. My bed was comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing!. Not many healthy choices and not enough food for the amount of people staying in the hotel.

Clean spacious room, good breakfast buffet

The service and room were great. The only thing we ran into that was a problem was the breakfast. When they include breakfast and it’s over $200/night, I expect more than overripe bananas and moldy cheese. We found mold in cheese, told the person working it, she chuckled, took the piece out of our hand that was moldy, then walked away. They never took the cheese or said anything other than laughing at us about it. Breakfast on the weekend consisted of cold waffle fries and scrambled eggs.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The two bedrooms and two baths was wonderful for trying to get ready for our cheer competition. Everything was nice and clean. We could have purchased groceries and stayed there all day and night. The kitchen was great. Only negative I have was the breakfast. It was very bland. It seems like both mornings when we got down there, and it was at different times that they were out of something or another.

Beautiful suite, super clean, great location and breakfast…. Couldn’t recommend it more highly.
