We enjoyed our 2 night stay, we had the 2 queen bedroom, the room itself and bathroomare very spacious, probably bigger than any other standard room anywhere we’ve stayed before. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and the couch made is actually a twin size roll out bed which was a nice accommodation. Good breakfast options, waffles, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, toast, muffins, cereals, fruit, yogurt among other things. Pool is smaller but big enough for our small children, no hot tub. The staff is friendly and helpful. Conveniently located across from Worlds of fun was perfect for our visit there. Overall excellent stay and highly recommended

The pool was very small and very dirty. Even my little kids were grossed out enough not to swim the 2 days we were there, which was the part they were looking forward to most. Other than that it was all great. The room was clean and updated, the breakfast was small but the options were good.

Wonderfully close to World's of Fun, if you're going to the amusement park. Very helpful staff and good amenities. Gym has treadmills, bike, and eliptical, plus dumbells, a waterbottle machine, and yoga mats. Solid space for exercise. Morning breakfast was nice as well. Midstay cleaning staff were thorough too.

Loved our start here at Springhill suites. Professional, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Clean Rooms. Comfortable beds. Great lobby area. Only gripes are one broken treadmill and don't like the sliding bathroom door with glass that bleeds light into the room.

I wish that they had a self check out for the store. Everyone had to wait for all guests to check in so we could purchase snacks or other things we need. It was a 15 minute wait just to grab Claritin, drinks, and a Mac n cheese.

I stayed for over 3 nights and they NEVER CLEANED MY ROOM. I Even called the front deskband they said I was on the list for it to be cleaned. I got back that nightcand it still wasn't cleaned. This was ridiculous

The staff at the property (front desk, custodial, food service) were all amazing and so, so kind! The hotel lobby was bright and comfortable. Breakfast was great. The location is very convenient. The room was generally fantastic, with lots of space (we stayed in a two queen bed suite, which also had a couch with a trundle bed). There were some spattered stains/spills on the walls in a couple of places, but the room was overall quite clean. These spots looked like perhaps someone splashed coffee or something, and didn't really bother me (and I'm a very picky person). The pool was nice, and the location felt safe and secure. I would definitely stay here again.

There was semen all over the couch, blood smeared across the computer table in my room and a huge red stain (appeared to be blood) on the carpet! Also the shower floor still had dirty foot prints on it!

Although the building appeared clean and new on the outside, the reality was quite different. When I woke up in the morning, I discovered around 20 bug bites on my arms, including my hands and elbows. I had left my arms outside the blanket while sleeping, and it seems that area was exposed to the insects. It appears that bugs may be living in the outer sheet of the bed rather than the inner sheet. I was so alarmed that I requested a room change, and fortunately, I did not get bitten the following night. This suggests that either pest control has not been properly managed or the cleanliness of the bedding is lacking. It is a place I would never want to visit again

After staying at a not so great hotel in the area, this hotel was so inviting! It smelled clean from the moment we walked in! I felt safe. The staff were lovely and helpful. Check in was quick. The room was large, clean and quiet. I was so happy to get a good nights sleep!

Everything was great. Super friendly staff. The only thing i didn't like was the door to the bathroom. It slides and makes too much noise. And it is transparent though frosted so the light gets through. Totally annoying if you are a light sleeper and someone gets up to use the bathroom at night.

Overall a good hotel. Clean modern and 15 minutes away from Arrowhead stadium. The only downfall is that the walls and floors of the rooms were clearly made from tissue. You can hear every step thats made above you and below. Also can hear the toilet flush next door and the entire phone conversation that someone is having at 2am. I did NOT sleep good for 3 nights. Everything else was fine.

Hotel itself was great but the bathroom slider door is frosted glass so if anyone has to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, you either wake up everyone else in the room or use a flashlight. Very poor design IMO. Pool is small, breakfast was great and the room was very clean.

Good location, nice indoor pool, but units facing highway were quite noisy. Had called first to be sure the one bedroom suite was, in fact, a bedroom and not merely a space divided off by a piece of furniture. I was assured this was the case - but it was not. When we entered our room and saw the configuration, I phoned the front desk to ask about this and was informed that all of the rooms had the same layout. Not ideal when traveling with a three-year-old.

The team is the star. I stay at a lot of hotels. And the team here was so friendly. They were amazing. I had a very talkative 7 yr old with me. And they interacted so well with them. They were patient. And even told me how much they enjoyed talking to him. Everything was clean. We loved our room. Great location. Definitely a fantastic stay. Also the pool was clean. They kept the towels etc picked up. And it wasnt overly chemical. And the breakfast was great. The team setting up and cleaning it were friendly and fast. Over all a great stay.

Excellent stay! I want to compliment Josie at the front desk. She was extremely accommodating and was also so sweet and engaging. She helped us check in early, find restaurants and answered questions. Please provide her some recognition! Only comment for feedback was the breakfast was congested. If there’s any opportunity to rearrange and have the plates and utensils start on the right hand side of the counter and then move the flow towards the waffles I think it would ease things a lot.

We are reward members and have stayed at this location but very dissatisfied. For one the exhaust fan in bathroom runs non stop. Asked Amber at front desk yesterday morning around 9am if house keeping can just make our bed and change 2 hand towels. First Amber said since you're staying only 2 nights we cant do that. I already ask housekeeper and she said front desk will have to list our room for partial clean. She wanted to know housekeeper nane. I said we only have 1 request. She finally after basically arguing that she would ask housekeeper. When we returned from out event the bed was not made and so i called and spoke with new person on shift who said no request was notated from us. Room 504. Amber did not do her job and made us feel devalued!

Hotel was perfectly located for all the things we were in KC to do. Room was great! Clean and fairly quiet given the hotel seemed to be fully booked. Mini fridge and microwave in the room was an awesome surprise! Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms with incredible mattress and pillows. Nice to have a separate place to chill and watch TV that's not on the bed. Breakfast was good only thing here is when they say breakfast until 9:30 that is what they mean lol. Everywas cleaned up and we noticed a few disappointed guests.

Everything was fine, until we went to breakfast. The desk staff, was kind,friendly, and fast. Room was clean. It was going well. And the breakfast service was absolutely terrible. 3 people running around accomplishing nothing. 9 am all food was empty except honeydew. Only milk left was frozen. Bacon was barely cooked 20 minutes later. Plenty of coffee, but no creamer or milk. Only 1 silverware, had to wait 20 minutes. Counter splattered with trash. One thing that was quick was the bill.This breakfast might have caused this to be my last stay.
