Front desk was horribly unfriendly, valet brought me my car our first night and forgot to give us the keys and we got stranded at a restaurant. Valet took about 30 minutes to get our car when we checked out of the hotel. No microwave or fridge in the room. The $62 per night for valet seemed excessive.

No parking included - you need to take the valet from 62$ to 86$ per day. The pool was really small compare to the photo shown on Expedia- breakfast was not that good and a lot of people - need to make line-up on weekends when we were there.

The sliding washroom door is the worst design ever in a hotel room! Everyone in the room can hear when you use. You don’t have privacy at all! The valet parking service is not as expected, we chose this hotel because of the electronic charging service, but we never got our car charged by the staff there even though we reminded them everytime we dropped off our car. Totally not worth the fee we paid

The complimentary breakfast buffet was good although crowded after 8 AM. The elevators ran smoothly. The indoor pool on the third floor had warm water one day and cold the next. Food choices within walking distance were very limited and expensive. You have to walk several blocks to get to public transit and no nearby grocery stores. The beds and room temperature were comfortable.

Everything was great until it wasnt. Staff is rude, slow, unacomodating, did i say RUDE. Where do i start? Upon arrival there was a decrepit, durty, crusty GROSS facecloth left on the top of the towel rack. I asked for a dental kit because i hadnt found my tooth brush yet.

Service at the desk both for check-in and departure (on a very rainy day) was superb! I was acknowledged as a Hilton honors member with the warm greeting I received upon arrival. The general lobby area along with the guestroom and bathroom were all immaculately clean. The only thing that was slightly less than stellar was the bedding. It was awkwardly placed on and a bit rough to the touch.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hampton Inn Sea port. Excellent location to cruisers since the cruise terminal is across the street. No restaurant on site, but there's one across the street. Room had a beautiful water view, was cleaned, quiet, and modern. Very easy to explore the city. Also, hop up- hop off bus stops near the hotel.Staff was very friendly. Breakast buffett was very good with lots of options.

Didn’t like the noisy room. The AC was very loud and staff refused to accommodate us. We couldn’t sleep so we had turn it off. Showed door kept opening while showering. Not a good stay at all.

It was new, clean, and spacious. Excellent amenities! The only complaint I would have is that the snacks for purchase were extremely expensive (small bag of popcorn $7). They did have complementary breakfast each morning and beer at night. Great place!

From the moment we checked in at the front desk Natalie and the rest of the staff was amazing, super friendly. Everyone at the front desk was very accommodating. It was my daughter‘s 21st birthday, and they all went out of their way to make her day super special.

I had gone thru Hotels.com, since it was cheaper than your website. When I did ask to be credited, I was. Your housekeepers were especially friendly and kind, please acknowledge them, they keep the place running.

Would recommend this hotel to friends and family. Property is clean, service is good for the type of hotel, and the breakfast is pretty good. I will say the location in Seaport is somewhat on the far end of the area but walking, riding a bike, or rideshare gets you to your local destination pretty fast.

We stayed two nights pre-cruise. Nice hotel, clean, great staff, tasty breakfast, conviently located just a 5 minute way walk to the cruise ship terminal. Bus stop and hop on hop off stops nearby. Highly recommend.

Beautiful and clean hotel. Breakfast is disappointing - not many options. Basically it’s like a muffin or small packaged scone or blue berry sweet mini bread or muffin) waffle station, cereal and three warm items like potatoes, eggs and white omelet. Same thing every day. I heard a lot of other patrons saying that they did breakfast first day and then went out for breakfast the rest of the days of their stay.

Great location in the Seaport area of Boston. The property is clean and the staff was excellent. The only issue I had was that breakfast was served only until 9 am. While this isn’t a big deal it did cause quite the chaos with guests all coming around the same time causing long lines and difficulty finding a place to sit. Having breakfast open until at least 10 am or even 11 am would mitigate this.

Wonderful hotel. Sheets not the nicest…not soft and a little noisy to sleep on. Guests aloud and slamming doors in our hallway…not hotel fault Pool was nice. Breakfast very crowded and ended about an hour too early…couldn’t find butter or ketchup. Overall a positive experience
