Everything was great except parking. Did not expect to have to valet and pay $56. Although the valet service and personnel were very nice and as far as i can tell no problems. i never have anyone drive my ferrari and left me with a very uneasy feeling having to explain how to drive the car when valet didnt know how to get it in gear. Rather pay and park myself. Otherwise nice place that was recommended by Del Frisco's

The view from the top was worth the whole stay. Valet parking helped. note ** It was not included in the cost though. ** The room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was lovely too. The hotel was right at the end of the harbor walk and perfect for a night in the city.

the "roof top bar" has no umbrellas or waiters. I had to go inside every time I wanted a drink and they had one crabby bartender working. No room service. The bars didn't open til 4. Primitive

We had a wonderful stay! The harbor view from our room was amazing. Valet parking service was easy to use and we were able to check in early. The hotel is located in a great spot within the seaport and is very walkable to downtown Boston and beyond. Our room was clean and there was a nice breakfast selection each morning of our stay. Lots of great amenities like the convenience store on the second floor that made our stay easy!

What a great spot to explore the Seaport District. The 12th floor rooftop bar complete with fire pits was awesome providing excellent views of the harbour.

Quiet and well organized place. The breakfast was so and so. The area was nice too. There is parking valet.servoce for cars a liitle bit expensive in my opinion ($60/day)

Based on the info on line, I thought the hotel had a restaurant and a full bar area. There was no restaurant and the bar had limited hours. However, the woman in charge of the bar (and other things it seemed) was so very pleasant, engaging and so helpful.

Staff never cleaned room for duration of stay, even when requested still was met with a dirty room upon returining from site seeing. Shower had cold water for most of the stay and had to literaly run the faucet on cold water to allow it to warm up. Shower head was old and displayed no pressure. Really had high hopes for this hotel but was very disappointed as me and my wife rarely get to travel and when we finaly were able to this is what we were met with.

This hotel was spotless and very well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. They held my bags before check-in and even let me check in a couple of hours early, which I really appreciated. The views are incredible, especially if you enjoy airplane spotting you can see Boston Logan Airport right from the hotel. Great drinks at the bar, too. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean and not too worn out. Bathroom was good other than the shower valve was kinda broken. Also went to the gym, has just enough equipment to get a little workout in. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

I had a great time. The room was amazing but the internet was not good. I was disappointed because I brought some work to do and I had to go to the lobby where the internet was working. I think the manager should solve the problem because everyone relies on internet connection to do most of the things. But other than that it was amazing.

There’s a concert venue across the street which you can definitely hear from your room however the venue must stop music at 11pm. It wouldn’t keep me from staying here again. Very nice property. Spacious room. Clean. Good restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Extremely clean hotel! And the staff go out of their way to provide top notch customer service. Some of the best customer service I have ever come across in my lifetime of travels. Shout out to Rikesh (a manager), who checked me in late night after I had to flee another vacation property rental which was unsafe. He knew I was frazzled & exhausted from traveling all day & from my evening experience of having to vacate another property. I am extremely grateful for how Rikesh and his check in staff assessed my situation and took instant care of me; they knew that what I needed was a safe place and to get some rest right away. The staff I encountered at this hotel seemed to take great pride in their work, and they were kind, attentive, pleasant, and very welcoming. The cleaning crew were also wonderful; my king kitchenette suite room was immaculate, truly spotless. My new go to hotel in Boston.

Workspace met my needs. Heater wasn't working properly. Technician fixed it right after I called at 8 pm (!). I didn't have time to try the breakfast. The bar food was good and the service was excellent the night I checked in.

This hotel was spotless and very well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming. In the seaport area directly across the street from outdoor concert venue. Walked with our suitcases to the cruise terminal ( weather was nice). Breakfast was great, location was great and we had a fabulous 11th floor view. Loved it!

Breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Super close to the gray line that takes you to the subway to catch all the other lines. Free round trip on gray line to airport and hotel. Very easy to navigate. Good restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area. Tv in room was huge. Would recommend this place.

The valet service was great. It was very quiet and a restful sleep every night. It was easy to get an Uber and Lyft from here to anywhere in Boston. It was walkable. The colosseum across the road would be great for anyone wanting to be close to some concerts. We wish we could have stayed for more.

A really comfortable room in a good location, particularly useful for accessing the airport as the Silver Line Way bus stop is literally around the corner. Service was excellent and really helpful to us considering the times we arrived and wanted to get to the airport for. Breakfast was good too.

Everything was great except the breakfast. The breakfast is closed at 9 a.m.--too early for people on vacation. The breakfast offerings were very limited and all were not fresh. The fruit salad was almost rotten. Eggs were from a mix. Breads were not very fresh. No cheeses were available.

Best hotel stay we’ve stayed at for a long time! The Hyatt is gorgeous, so comfortable and quiet, and the nicest front desk employees. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious and the roof top bar was so comfortable with beautiful views. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
