Hassan was a pleasure at the front desk. Hotel was beautiful and modern. We enjoyed our dinner by the bar / fireplace area the food was fantastic and the kids had a great time. Hassan was extremely knowledgeable about the hotels amenities and services. We will be returning in the future ! Thank you Hassan

Convenient location. Have stayed dozens of times visiting family. Not a fan of the new (relatively) $10/night parking fee.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was mediocre because it lacked bacon. They also charged $10 a night to self park in their lot. Bad idea.

I enjoyed my stay. Everything was very clean. The workers attended to my needs. The breakfast was good. The gym was very clean as well.

Friendly & accommodating staff. Consistently good breakfasts. Comfortable lobby and fireplace sitting area. Question $10/day parking fee, no covered parking, large nearby parking lot. Would stay again.

This is a lovely hotel, but I could never come back here because I could not get a good nights sleep. The beds are extremely hard and when we asked them about adding some cushioning, they put a topper that was extremely soft. I ended up spending half the time on a fold out bed, which was about as good as a fold out bed gets It’s a shame because it’s a wonderful hotel with a beautiful lobby and bar and fireplace and a very good breakfast. Surprisingly good food in the bar in the evening and everyone was very nice there.

Complimentary breakfast was very good including eggs, chicken sausage and quiche. The bar area was very warm and inviting with a gas fireplace. Excellent for dogs with a convenient safe walking path right outside.

Really nice room and nice hotel. The extra $10 (20$ for 1 night) for parking is absurd but it might be normal around here. Id read the fine print before booking to see if the extra fees make other hotels more attractive

Rooms are clean, staff is always friendly and beds are comfortable. The fireplace and hangout areas are perfect for cold days or nights. And there’s other space to congregate.

The hotel was rated as exceptional. I’d like to agree with this. The hotel clerk was tri-lingual, the breakfast was great, the bartender was helpful, the amenities were wonderful, the fitness room was better than most, and I felt like the staff cared. We will return here since it is only minutes from my son’s apartment. I thought the price was excellent, too.

Very clean and comfortable

I stayed for 4days comfortably with a close shopping mall in a 5minutes by walk. I leave some as below: 1) No complimentary water in the room - hope you to buy at nearby market 2) Arrange and partial clean every two days 3) at winter season, it is quite dried in the room. I recommand to hang the wet towel up at head of bed. 4) the others are quite perfect! All of employees are so kind and reflect well.

Our stay was lovely for the most part. Breakfasts were very nice. Good abundant. Rooms very nice. Our room was overlooked by housekeeping our entire 4 day stay. We had to ask for clean towels. To accommodate this over site, our parking fee was taken off our bill. Parking should not be charged. Paying enough for a room and not even a covered lot.

Yes room was spotless and customer service was good! Enjoyed my stay!

Pleasant service, however, mold in the shower.

Customer service was excellent, the staff were extremely pleasant, the only negative I’d say is that the ice machine didn’t work, which is such a nothing problem. Everything else was clean and comfortable, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Room cleanliness is way below average. And the staff especially ladies at the front desk they are very unfriendly. Unlike the other residence inn, residence inn natick charges high rates on daily parking. The only positive about this hotel is the location where you spend the whole day out. But I guess nearby hotels could options too for next visit.

Sheets were polyester. The worst things to sleep on and you are in the sleep business. Same with the duvet cover. Not natural. The bath towels were cotton however….how did you manage to do that? Given the room was very hot already we were kicking off the duvet all night. The sleeping part should be the best part. Not sure why hotels can’t get that part right.

I wasn't familiar with the Residence Inn, but given it's affordable price, I was so surprised and impressed - beautiful place, great free breakfast that actually included many healthy options; lots of space in the room, the bed was huge and comfortable, the room was quiet, full-size fridge, sofa, bedroom had a separate door, and on and on.

Everything was great, except the walls are a little thin and around 3 am I heard people talking in the next room, not terribly loud, but loud enough to wake me. We put the air and fan on to min noise. Other than that great!

Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise from the cars on the road. Would stay here again.

My stay was amazing and the hotel was clean. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. My only gripe was that I had to stop by twice on my Wedding Day to try and check in to my room. The first attempt was a sorry your room is not ready. Come back in a half hour or so. I returned an hour later and still had to wait. I understand these things happen but the Assistant General Manager I felt was rude when I was trying to obtain my key. She told me I should be grateful that I got a room before 3pm. My fiancé had arranged a room for noon so we could get ready to go to the church for a 3pm Wedding. I did let her know that we did reserve it well before 3 and was ignored. Other than that everyone else was very accommodating.

Hotel was just ok. Person checking us in was not friendly or enthusiastic that I would expect from a residence in. Ac in living area didn’t even work

Staff was friendly and helpful. We were greeted each time we came in the door. A problem with the room-darkening shade was resolved within an hour of our report. I felt at home

I commented that the room we had in our previous visit was quite noisy because the family in the room above us had children running around. The clerk immediately assigned us to the top floor.

Excellent location. Very nice rooms. 2 negatives… Staff: Never said hello or looked up when anyone entered. Also, didn’t acknowledge that we were Bonvoy members. No water bottles in the room. Charged $4 per bottle. Never have been in a Marriott that didn’t give bottled water.

We had an amazing stay here! Hassan at the reception even upgraded our suite at the check in, which was super sweet. The hotel and the suite itself was very elegant, immaculately clean, and had plenty of amenities. A separate shout out to Miguel and kitchen staff who were sweet enough to open the kitchen for us when we missed breakfast by 5 minutes on our first morning—we really appreciated you guys! Overall an amazing experience! We’re definitely coming back!

My daughter and I flew into Boston for a Fall Foliage trip. We drove to the beautiful, quaint town of Stowe, Vermont. After spending time in Stowe, we planned to visit Boston. When I was planning the trip, the hotels in Boston were very expensive! I had stayed at Harborside Inn in downtown Boston in 2022. Because I'd enjoyed my stay at that beautiful boutique hotel with the perfect location to walk the city, that was my first choice. Unfortunately, it was more than $800/night!!! Other hotels in the city were all over $600/night! I decided we could stay in a suburb since we had a rental car. The Residence Inn Natick/Boston proved to be an excellent choice!! It is a new hotel, opened in 2023. It has the appearance and amenities of a modern, luxury apartment. The decor choices were well thought and glamorous. The layout of the rooms is expertly designed, with excellent use of space. The bathroom is large, with a long vanity. The rooms have exceptional black out shades and automatic chargers on the nightstands. The kitchen area is compact, yet complete. The island serves as a counter and dining area. The lobby area is chic and inviting. My daughter and I ate dessert by the fireplace. The breakfast area is spacious, attractive and officers various seating options. Located across the street (easy walk) from Natick Mall, Safe area near shops and walk/bike trails. Easy access to the hwy and 25 minute drive to Quincy Mkt and the airport! Great proximity to Boston, greater price!

We stayed for two nights during our trip to Boston, and had a great experience! The hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance to the Natick Mall, and a short 7 minute drive to the Natick Center station. Check in and out was quick and smooth, and we were in our hotel room within 10 minutes of arriving. The staff were friendly and welcoming. For a hotel breakfast, it was pretty decent, with many options from eggs and sausage to oatmeal to pastries. Our room was very clean, and relatively quiet (the hotel sits right on a busy roadway, and our room overlooked that and the mall, so noise was to be expected), and the blackout shade was perfect to block out the city lights. The only issue we had was Saturday night. The hotel also has an event space, and looked to have a high school dance of some sort. Parents picking up their kids had traffic backed up out of the hotel lot and into the busy street, as there is only one entrance/exit. At 10pm after a 16hr day walking 10+ miles around Boston, not hitting traffic on any of the highways, and then spending 15-20 mins in traffic at our own hotel was not ideal. Having someone help direct the pick-up would have been nice as it was backed up into a 3-4 lane busy road. We wish we had more time to spend at the hotel and surrounding area (we really only slept there as we went to and from Boston each day), but we will definitely consider booking here again for any future Boston trips, or anywhere in the Natick area.

This was an excellent property. We stayed for 7 nights while visiting family in the area. The kitchen and bartender, Eric, were excellent. The breakfast offerings were plentiful and delicious. We asked to be moved to the topmost floor and we were accomodated the next day. One elevator was not working during most of our stay but it was only a minor inconvenience. This location is located close to the Logan Express bus to Logan Airport, and it is located adjacent to Natick Mall which is so nice. We loved Hassan and Rachel at the front desk! They made our stay even more excellent with their cheerful check-ins and friendly service. This place is a gem and will be the place we stay every time we visit Natick and Framingham. Thank you!

Very clean and great breakfast

If you're renting a car, I highly recommend staying at the Hampton Inn in Natick. The hotel options in Boston itself are not great — extremely expensive with poor value for money. This hotel, on the other hand, offers an excellent experience: spacious and comfortable rooms, basically a full apartment — it truly feels like home! The breakfast is outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty items, which is rare even in more expensive hotels. No doubt, if there are World Cup games in Boston, I will definitely stay here again. It's much more worthwhile to stay at this hotel and drive a few minutes than to overpay for poor accommodations in downtown Boston.
