We had a pleasant stay. The property was clean and so was the room. The only issue we had which wasn't a big deal is the exercise room's equipment wasn't good. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and had great customer service.

My truck was broken into the first night we were there. The police came and made report and told us that this location is horrible because they don’t keep up there cameras and thieves know it. They also wouldn’t replace my window that was broken out. I will never stay there again!!

I like the fact that it’s an extended stay facility and it’s cheap. Most of the staff are very nice and friendly. But elevator is always out of service for the most part.

I would NOT recommend staying here. First, the entire interior of the property is not clean and smells like vomit. In particular, the elevator was gag inducing. The rooms are not clean and the beds (like another reviewer stated) are more like cots. There are no basic amenities (no ice maker, no hair dryer in room). And although there is a full kitchen, there is not one....NOT ONE....kind of utensil, dish, plastic glass, towel, paper towel....literally NOTHING. Bring your own or buy it, but they don't provide it as part of the room - you can't even rent it from them. The staff was kind and nice. Don't stay here.

The people were wonderful; however, the broken elevators were unnacceptable. When I reserved the room for 7 nights, I said I required a first-floor room or elevators because I travel with heavy dialysis equipment. When we arrived, we were able to get everything up to our third-floor room without problem. On the second day, the elevator broke so from then on I had to climb up and down three flights of stairs to come and go. Not an easy task as I walk with a cane. I didn\'t realize I should have asked for a "working" elevator. If you book a room at this hotel, be aware that a non-working elevator is apparently common here. We will not return to this hotel in spite of our need to be in Georgetown/Round Rock frequently. They were not willing to adjust the room rate due to this dangerous "inconvenience."

Well....it started as soon as we arrived to check in. There was no one at the front desk so we had to call on the provided phone a total of 5 times and it took over 45 min before someone got there to check us in! Our room was on the fourth (the highest floor) floor and the employee walked right past us as we waited for the elevator only to find out after 10 min from another guest that the elevator was broken. I am a disabled veteran and it is very difficult to travel up and down four floors of stairs. The room had no shampoo,soap,coffee maker, or anything. The furniture was the cheapest crap I have ever seen. There was no breakfast. And to top it all off. They actually called us in the room 20 min prior to check-out just to "make sure that we were checking out and leaving on time"!!! And then, had someone knocking on the door 2 min prior to check-out asking the same thing!!

There's no change machine, the front desk doesn't carry enough quarters to make change, each machine is $2.50 per cycle, washer or dryer and the dryers run for an hour with no exception. Not far from gas stations, grocery stores. The staff is friendly enough to help you feel welcome.

The smell was horrible, wet dog and pee smell everywhere both floors they had me try. Walls all had damage, no toiletries, nothing near by. Complained to the front desk to which they could have cared less. Refused to refund or cancel so i could leave. Refused to respond to Expedia or me. Gm never contacted me as requested.

The hotel was fine. I had no issues other than the front desk clerk spoke very softly and mumbled while explaining the list of rules like they didn't matter. There was something yellow stained on one of the towels. It's a decent place to visit Inner Space Caverns located just down the road. I would book it again!

The overall environment and atmosphere was very unsettling and uncomfortable. People passed out and doing stuff in the parking lot. Roaches up and down the hallways. Holes in the walls and doors. Human hair in the bedsheets and on the pillows. Foul stenches filled the air of the room and hallways that were nauseating. Stayed for a total of 5 minutes. Will be demanding a refund.

The property itself was a bit rundown. The entire silverware drawer in the kitchen area was missing. No phone in the room and the chair was damaged at the desk. It was quiet and the staff was great! I believe the property nay just need a bit of updating to it as far as upkeep.

Got in late due to flight delay. Front desk closed had to wait for girl to come check me in. She was pleasant and professional. No coffee pot in room and speaker on TV was barely audible even when turned up to max volume. Room was dated stains on chair. Plenty of hot water bed was average. If you’re in a pinch it’ll do for a night.

The room was not comfy at all, the wood floor brought in a cold, crisp ambience accompanied with a faulty lighting in the restroom. Also Along with no curtains on the window. There was no soap, no shampoo, one set of towels, and no electricity on the left side of the room. Best Part, Wasn’t even In the room longer than five minutes when an exterminator comes to knock at my door to spray our room. Although I was happy that the hotel was handling their infestation issue, It would have been considerate to spray for pest before we entered the room. The phone provided in the room wouldn’t even work to call the front office. I just Had a bad experience within the first hour of arriving. 10/10 wouldn’t Recommend

HORRIBLE!!! They cancelled my reservation! How is that possible? I was hours into my drive there and I got a call at 7:30pm. The hotel (Ashley) said another guest paid for a room but his card expired. When he showed up, he was mad so she gave him my room. She said she would call their other hotel locations for a room and call me back. After an hour and no call, I called her and she said they were booked. So I started calling other hotels and everything in my price range was booked as well; probably because of the same reason I was there (high school golf tournament). Long story short...I SLEPT IN MY CAR! As I women who was traveling alone, this was a nightmare! Oh, and it got down to 30 degrees that night.

When I showed up to check in, it was very late and the doors were locked and the desk was shuttered. I called the late hours check in number and no one picked up. I was forced to find another hotel very late at night and pay a full rate.

My truck was broken into the first night we were there. The police came and made report and told us that this location is horrible because they don’t keep up there cameras and thieves know it. They also wouldn’t replace my window that was broken out. I will never stay there again!!

Do not waste your money here. It smells TERRIBLE. This is a glorified halfway house, in a terrible area. I didn't even stay the night because it was THAT disgusting.

The property is not located in a very nice area - more of an industrial and low rent environment. There was a very unappealing odor present throughout the complex that was noticeable as soon as I entered the property. I went to the room and there was another unpleasant odor on that floor. I immediately went back to the front desk and cancelled my stay.

The location is in a good area! There are a lot of food places and stores to shop at nearby. My stay was good, but I only had an issue with the outside bugs. It wasn’t infested or anything, I only saw 2 bugs so I didn’t make a big deal about it but for the most part, they are clean!!!

The hotel was fine. I had no issues other than the front desk clerk spoke very softly and mumbled while explaining the list of rules like they didn't matter. There was something yellow stained on one of the towels. It's a decent place to visit Inner Space Caverns located just down the road. I would book it again!

Not a bad place to stay. Clean and everything, but there are downsides with the laundry facility. There's no change machine, the front desk doesn't carry enough quarters to make change, each machine is $2.50 per cycle, washer or dryer and the dryers run for an hour with no exception. Not far from gas stations, grocery stores. The staff is friendly enough to help you feel welcome.

The overall environment and atmosphere was very unsettling and uncomfortable. People passed out and doing stuff in the parking lot. Roaches up and down the hallways. Holes in the walls and doors. Human hair in the bedsheets and on the pillows. Foul stenches filled the air of the room and hallways that were nauseating. Stayed for a total of 5 minutes. Will be demanding a refund.

Got in late due to flight delay. Front desk closed had to wait for girl to come check me in. She was pleasant and professional. No coffee pot in room and speaker on TV was barely audible even when turned up to max volume. Room was dated stains on chair. Plenty of hot water bed was average. If you’re in a pinch it’ll do for a night.

Well....it started as soon as we arrived to check in. There was no one at the front desk so we had to call on the provided phone a total of 5 times and it took over 45 min before someone got there to check us in! Our room was on the fourth (the highest floor) floor and the employee walked right past us as we waited for the elevator only to find out after 10 min from another guest that the elevator was broken. I am a disabled veteran and it is very difficult to travel up and down four floors of stairs. The room had no shampoo,soap,coffee maker, or anything. The furniture was the cheapest crap I have ever seen. There was no breakfast. And to top it all off. They actually called us in the room 20 min prior to check-out just to "make sure that we were checking out and leaving on time"!!! And then, had someone knocking on the door 2 min prior to check-out asking the same thing!!

Filthy room. Hallways smelled like sewage half the doors into the building did not work with key card. Mold in room on walls and all over bathroom door. Condensation all over walls in floor in the morning. Ac leaked onto floor, ac from room above leaked down wall and rattled on window sill constantly.

The hotel was decent. At check in, was notified of additional fees (i.e. if we needed more towels than what was provided it would be additional $3, if locked out of hotel $10, and they attempted to charge additional fee for my husband staying in the room). Had to have room key to even enter the hotel. We were only staying one night, but it would be nice to know all these fees prior to booking.
