Motel style venue without any interruptions from staff/ cleaners. Area outside the hotel does not have great mobile phone coverage which was frustrating but the wi-fi was in top working order. Clean room and good facilities.

Very suitable for a stopover convenient to motorway. It is not luxurious , but perfectly adequate facilities, bed very comfortable. Probably our mistake but we found ourselves in a first floor room with no lift in the hotel. We shall need to be more careful in future. Easy booking system .

Good value and a good location, handy for the motorway with nice pub next door. Very clean, the carpet in the room was nice, but I scored average for condition as there were quite a lot of scuffs on the walls in the room. This is our 2nd stay here and we were not disappointed and would stay again.

We checked in at 2 but had to wait until 3 in the restaurant with one complimentary drink. The room was clean and functional however the bed was VERY firm and we did wake with some aches and pains.

Property, location and service were all excellent, but the bed was so hard we'd have been more comfortable on the floor. This led to a poor nights sleep so we wouldnt return on those grounds alone unfortunately.

Unfortunately the building smelt of weed on arrival. I was disturbed between 12am and 3am by people talking and laughing loudly for ages in the corridor near my room. Being on my own, I was not comfortable saying anything to them. I read there's security, but where were they when this was going on? I tried to put my tv on but it was glitching so couldn't watch anything. The room is a very good size with the facilities you need. Handy to have the restaurant within walking distance. Food was good. A bit disappointing really.

The hotel is very clean and the staff in the adjacent bar are really great. The only down side is that there is nowhere comfortable to sit in the room to watch tv for example.

This is our second stay here. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our key card didn’t work on the second night, but all was sorted quickly. The only negative from us was the bed, it was rock hard! We had two awful nights sleep as the mattress was too firm. Apart from that, everything was spot on.

Convenient location to motorway, however if you are a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend this hotel due its close proximity roads and a drive through McDonald's. Pub that is part of the hotel was very good

This wasnt my 1st stay here, and the last time the twin room i had had 2 3 foot beds in it, but this time it was 2 2 foot 6inch beds (i suspect a king ziplock bed, but not sure). Had an awful nights sleep, almost fell out the bed and from then every time i turned over i woke up checkin i wasnt goin to fall out. Dont know why these beds were different from the last time, but ill not be stayin in them again, shame as the 1st time was great

Lovely room for the price we paid, we stayed for a few days over from Northern Ireland to see family. The staff were very accommodating and always checked to see if we needed room service. We ordered from the restaurant downstairs a they brought it up for us. The staff over all where lovely and we would stay again.

The room was comfortable and clean. It also was quiet considering where it is. We were disappointed with the breakfast service. We ordered and paid for the best on the menu. The staff in the dining room were not trained to serve properly. Maybe they were new or short staffed. The first morning I had to ask for 2 services as we had ordered and paid for 2. The second morning the staff were having a meeting and we had to wait again. If the staff were trained the four tables would have been served much better.

Good size rooms and really clean. Conveniently located just off the M18 with a pub next door that serves good food and has option of breakfast. McDonald's, Aldi and KFC also in close proximity if that floats your oat

Always a good place to return but will point out that this morning breakfast was not the best as it looked like bacon had been microwaved but was cold and a bit anemic. This was a buffet as opposed to a cooked breakfast I received on previous occasions. Staff are very good and I will still return to this hotel. Hopefully this morning was a one off.

Brilliant hotel very clean and quiet. Very helpfull staff. Lovely pub food the carvery is so nice. Breakfast is a good choice aswell. Highly recomnend staying here if on way to skegness its really helped having a stop off both ways if ever go back towards skegness will definatly stay here again :)
