While they don't offer a front desk, check-in communication was excellent. Room was clean, spacious and comfy. Location was perfect if you are in Prague as a tourist. My only comment is they don't offer any shampoo or coffee. You might plan on bringing your own or buying at one of the many nearby mini marts.

Our stay at Golden Angel Suites was great. The unit was awesome-very spacious, clean and comfortable, loved the contactless experience, and the location was perfect! I would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone looking to be close to the tourist hot spots of Prague!

Great location for our one week stay in Prague. Pay attention to the details as this is a self-check in location. You will get a code the day before your check in. You can leave your bags with security before your check in if you can't get in early. The front door is opened by code. So if your code doesn't work, you can go to the backside of the property and enter freely. This is where security is located and they will gladly store your bags. Overall, great place to stay. Room was large and clean. Would stay here again.

O hotel é maravilhoso super novo extremamente bem localizado para quem Vai fazer turismo em Praga porém fazer o chek in é um problema pois quando se chega temos que andar uns 700 mas através de ruelas com nome impronunciáveis ( para nós ) até um outro hotel para se fazer o nosso chek in quando tudo poderia ser feito no no propio Local

Ich kenne die Unterkunft schon seit vielen Jahren - als dies noch ein Hotel war und nicht blosse Apartments. Man muss sich bewusst sein, dass es "bloss" Apartments sind, die nicht jeden Tag gereinigt werden (ist aber gegen Aufpreis möglich) und die auch sonst bloss ein sehr eingeschränktes Service-Angebot zur Verfügung stellen (z.B. Gepäckaufbewahrung vor Ort, relativ frühe Check-Out Zeiten (10:00 Uhr) als Standard etc.). Die Apartments sind aber sehr zweckmässig und auch grosszügig ausgestattet - inklusive einer kleinen Küchenzeile mit einem Kühlschrank etc. Mir persönlich gefällt die Lage am Rande der Altstadt sehr (der Hauptbahnhof aber auch Tram und Metro sind zu Fuss schnell erreichbar). Da Prag eine beliebte Party-Stadt ist, muss man sich des Umstandes bewusst sein, dass es in der Nacht nicht immer ruhig auf der Strasse ist... Der Check-In und auch sonst der ganze Kontakt laufen rein elektronisch ab, was sicher nicht jedermanns Sache ist (es gibt aber eine zentrale Rezeption mitten in der Altstadt) und der Zutritt erfolgt über individuelle Codes. Sehr positiv: zahlreiche Cafés für Frühstück liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ich werde jedenfalls gerne wieder hier absteigen.

Sehr schönes Hotel,bestens an der Altstadt gelegen,gut erreichbar, bestmöglicher Ausgangspunkt für Aktivitäten & Ausflüge. Nicht gut war die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel, Zugangscode erst am Zielflughafen nach mehrfachen Telefonaten bekommen. Teppich im Zimmer sehr dreckig....den Zimmerdienst gibt es nur alle 5 Tage...dafür gibt es zu wenig Handtücher bei 4er Belegungen,und zu wrmig Toilettenpapier... Die letzten 1,5 Tage kein Licht im fensterlosen Badezimmer,keine Lüftung....und keine Reaktion auf Mailanfrage. Also mit Taschenlampe auf Toilette.... Da es keine Rezeption gibt,keine Chance auf Abhilfe! Hört sich alles schlimmer an als es ist,aber wir haben das Hotel bewusst gut bewertet,da es Klasse ist im Preis Leistungsverhältnis!

My experience at this hotel in Prague was very disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare: upon arrival, I was greeted by a security lady in a terrible mood who spoke only Czech. After several minutes I realized she wasn’t in charge of check-in at all, and that everything had to be done via WhatsApp. I sent my last name, received no reply for a long time, then was asked for more booking details, and finally they sent me a web link… which didn’t even open. I tried to solve it by calling the customer service number, but only reached a recording. After waiting, the message said all operators were busy, and no one ever picked up. In the end, it took me 25 minutes to get my code through WhatsApp, even though they claim responses come within minutes. That gap between promise and reality is unacceptable. On top of that, the behavior of the security staff was completely inappropriate. I even made three calls from my phone, all of which went unanswered, though the missed calls are recorded. Once inside the room, the carpet was full of stains, giving a clear impression of neglect and poor cleanliness. The only reason I am giving this hotel two stars instead of one is its excellent location.

The apartment was very clean, easy access to shops and restaurants, excellent location! The only fault was on the second night the shower screen door came off on the hinge, we told the security guard, but nobody came to fix it.

The location was excellent, the outdoor terrace was amazing and the room was clean. My only negative was the carpet - it's horribly stained and should be replaced.

Had a great stay — the apartment was very clean and well-kept. The only downsides were that our 5th-floor room got quite hot during the day and night, and the air conditioning wasn’t very effective. Also, while there were coffee-making facilities, no tea or coffee was provided, which I’d usually expect to be included.

Excellent stay! Exactly what we were hoping for and more. Very spacious light airy apartments. Super comfy huge beds, slept very well every night. No noise heard from bedroom, although sister slept on bed in living room area & said she could hear noise from street below & construction work started at 6am. Excellent local amenities, from bars & restaurants to local shops. Prime location; within walking distance to tourist hotspots, 5 mins to a Lidl & shopping centre, 15 mins to station & bus terminals. Old Town is beautiful with so much to see and do. The bar opposite Cérnā Madona was fantastic for breakfast, cocktails and the most elegant little cakes. Can’t fault this stay in any way!

Would absolutely stay here again! The suites are really secure and in a great central location close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge, as well as some more local haunts within 10 minutes’ walk. Even though the hotel is central, you wouldn’t know it as there’s not a lot of noise pollution to the rooms. The suite came with a functioning kitchenette within the large living/bedroom area and really nice bathroom with good toiletries. There’s also a safe in the room. The air con system was really good, and came in useful during the summer! Just to note that the suites are staffless - check-in is provided by a code to access the building and your room. We were still provided with contact info if needed by email and in the room.

Location was perfect - close to restaurants, tourist spots, etc. Check-in process was smooth. Property was clean and suite was as shown in pictures. Only problem was that the temperature in the suite was too high and the AC did not seem to work. Turning on the AC would make it hotter - almost like it was a heater and they hadn't switched to AC. The bathroom in the top room was almost like a furnace. The room cooled down in the night time slightly, but would be unbearable during the day time. Also, there was construction right next to the building, which got very very loud quite early in the morning.

The good : It was in a great location close to the city centre. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy. The bad : Booked the "executive apartment" and Expedia is falsely advertising a much bigger space in their pictures than what you get. There are two TVs in their pictures and you only get one...in the bedroom with no seating in the bedroom, besides the bed. Expedia also claimed we get a city view but what we actually got was an "alley" view with the building 15 feet from our window under construction (and it sounds from other reviews that it's being renovated for more than four months already). The construction starts at 8am every morning so it's very loud early. Tons of drunks walking the streets at 3am and 4am shouting and singing at the top of their lungs. The carpeted floors are pretty stained, as are some of the walls...disgustingly so. The only mirror in the entire place is on the second floor in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor which makes getting ready quite difficult. The towels are very thin and of poor quality. I sent two separate email requests to the Adrez email given and neither of the emails were replied to. While the stay was okay, I highly doubt we will ever book an Adrez property ever again. Nor will we ever book with Expedia after all their embellishments on this property.

Hard to give a higher rating. The accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, and modern. The location was highly desirable, right on Celetná in the city center. My experience at this hotel in Prague was very disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare: upon arrival, I was greeted by a security lady in a terrible mood who spoke only Czech. After several minutes I realized she wasn’t in charge of check-in at all, and that everything had to be done via WhatsApp. I sent my last name, received no reply for a long time, then was asked for more booking details, and finally they sent me a web link… which didn’t even open. I tried to solve it by calling the customer service number, but only reached a recording. After waiting, the message said all operators were busy, and no one ever picked up. In the end, it took me 25 minutes to get my code through WhatsApp, even though they claim responses come within minutes. That gap between promise and reality is unacceptable. On top of that, the behavior of the security staff was completely inappropriate. I even made three calls from my phone, all of which went unanswered, though the missed calls are recorded. Once inside the room, the carpet was full of stains, giving a clear impression of neglect and poor cleanliness. The only reason I am giving this hotel two stars instead of one is its excellent location.

L'hôtel est très bien. Les chambres sont propres spacieuses et bien équipées ! L'emplacement est excellent ! Par contre la communication n'est pas bonne ! J'ai envoyé un message hier matin pour demander un taxi pour ce matin pour l'aéroport et nous sommes déjà arrivés à l'aéroport et n'avons jamais eu de réponse !

The apartment was very clean and spacious. Only thing i didnt like was it was hard getting help from someone at first. Good thing there was a whatsapp number on the door which made it a lot easier but still takes a while to respond. Had to get my access code changed and waited a while to get that. Luckily the lady there was able to get us in without the access code. Nice to have a luggage storage but since my code didnt work it was hard trying to figure out how to get our luggages stored. Wasted half an hr trying to find someone to help. Good thing we saw the door in the back that was open and asked and the lady said that’s where we leave our luggages. Overall stay was good. Very happy with the apartment and loved how almost everything was walking distance. Would be nice to include a whatsapp number on the booking since the email they provide does not respond to inquiries at all.

Excellent stay! Exactly what we were hoping for and more. Very spacious light airy apartments. Super comfy huge beds, slept very well every night. No noise heard from bedroom, although sister slept on bed in living room area & said she could hear noise from street below & construction work started at 6am. Excellent local amenities, from bars & restaurants to local shops. Prime location; within walking distance to tourist hotspots, 5 mins to a Lidl & shopping centre, 15 mins to station & bus terminals. Old Town is beautiful with so much to see and do. The bar opposite Cérnā Madona was fantastic for breakfast, cocktails and the most elegant little cakes. Can’t fault this stay in any way!

The property is in the heart of Old Town Prague. Billa grocery store is a 4 minute walk away. We never had to use public transportation. ( walked everywhere ) The only issue is that late at night a little loud from the bars closing. Lots of drunk people singing in the streets. I kind of like hearing those people singing having a good time, so it didn't bother us at all...Just people having a good time

The good : It was in a great location close to the city centre. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The check-in process was very easy. The bad : Booked the "executive apartment" and Expedia is falsely advertising a much bigger space in their pictures than what you get. There are two TVs in their pictures and you only get one...in the bedroom with no seating in the bedroom, besides the bed. Expedia also claimed we get a city view but what we actually got was an "alley" view with the building 15 feet from our window under construction (and it sounds from other reviews that it's being renovated for more than four months already). The construction starts at 8am every morning so it's very loud early. Tons of drunks walking the streets at 3am and 4am shouting and singing at the top of their lungs. The carpeted floors are pretty stained, as are some of the walls...disgustingly so. The only mirror in the entire place is on the second floor in the bathroom. The lighting in the bathroom is very poor which makes getting ready quite difficult. The towels are very thin and of poor quality. I sent two separate email requests to the Adrez email given and neither of the emails were replied to. While the stay was okay, I highly doubt we will ever book an Adrez property ever again. Nor will we ever book with Expedia after all their embellishments on this property.

Great location for our one week stay in Prague. Pay attention to the details as this is a self-check in location. You will get a code the day before your check in. You can leave your bags with security before your check in if you can't get in early. The front door is opened by code. So if your code doesn't work, you can go to the backside of the property and enter freely. This is where security is located and they will gladly store your bags. Overall, great place to stay. Room was large and clean. Would stay here again.

The apartment was in a great location & it was clean & spacious the issue we had was that the shower door came apart & we weren’t able to close either door. Besides this the rest of the apartment was lovely especially the bed which would probably fit 4 people & was so comfortable The kitchen was a little on the small size but we ate it every day so didn’t use it I would definitely book again

I stayed here for four nights with my parents and had a great stay. We arrived well before our room was ready and it was easy to store luggage and begin exploring. Our room completely matched the description - we also found them clean, comfortable, and a bit more spacious than expected. I appreciated the lofted two bedroom layout as it gave us a greater sense of space. I was pleased to find an elevator (helpful for going up!). The building is beautiful and location perfect!
