Well where do I start. The only pillows on the bed had upholstered fabric to match the bedspread. The bathroom had ants

Did not have bath towels in the room when we arrived late. I went to ask about getting some and the office was already closed. The next morning we said there were no bath towels when speaking with the office staff and they disputed us, saying they were on the bed when we arrived (there were none). Another staff member overheard and gave us a couple towels to use. Also, tv remotes did not work.
