Schöne und gepflegte Anlage mit geräumigen, sauberen Zimmern. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal. Moderner Pool mit guter Poolbar. Ca. 1km vom Zentrum entfernt, kein Problem dies fußläufig zu erreichen. Dort findet man nette Läden und gute Restaurants. Schöne Strände an der vorgelagerten Halbinsel Spinalogkas.

Really wanted a massage and spa treatment, but despite me visiting the spa on 3 separate days and waiting 2 to 3 hours on 2 days, nobody showed up. This would really have made my trip perfect, as I was staying at the Elounda golf resort for the previous week, which is not comparable in terms of the cost, so felt this really did ruin my holiday experience as I had to leave the hotel to find other places.

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn't find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some falo music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you'll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!

The amount of palm was like an oasis after being in busy Istanbul. The food and dining there is phenomenal. There is a lovely pool and comfortable pool chairs to relax in. They have a great bar and the hotel itself is very well kept.

Excellent hotel… professional service was fabulous always with a smile and super helpful both in restaurant and bar. Spotlessly clean. Good air conditioning in our rooms. Great menu choice with dietary information visible and catered for if requested (I am GF). Quiet location around 3/4 mile walk into town and a little further to nearest beach. We hired a car for the duration which allowed us more freedom to explore. Staff couldn’t do enough. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers available. Gym was good and spa treatments available too reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel gostoso, com alguma vista para o mar. O gerente Maximus foi muito simpático e atencioso, inclusive ofereceu um bom upgrade para um quarto com piscina privativa, foi bastante apreciado. Meu filho usou a academia, e a opinião é de que é fraca em termos de aparelhos. Os apartamentos são ótimos, clean, bem arejados.

Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. About 20 min straightforward walk to the square and harbour in Elounda and a wide range of restaurants and bars. Very easy to get taxis and reasonably priced. I’d happily return.

We had a wonderfully relaxing 8 nights at Elounda Palm. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The Deluxe Infinity Pool Suite we had was lovely, with a spectacular view over the Aegean. The dinner buffet has a variety options to suit most tastes, but it is the Dacos restaurant where the food really shines. The bar is also a great place to relax, and the staff are always attentive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at Elounda Palm. The room was very nice with a big bed and plenty of room and good shower facilities. The swimming pool and bar area’s were very nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with wide variety. The hotel as a whole was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Elounda village was a 15 min downhill walk away and was great for restaurants and bars and some charming shops. We would get an 8euro cab back to the hotel. Would definitely return to Elounda palm hotel

The room was great, lots of space for our luggage and our toddler to run around. The private pool is the perfect size and the water was very clean. They cleaned our room daily. Staff are friendly and happy to help. I would definitely go back.

Incredible stay at the Elounda Palm. Myself and my partner enjoyed our stay so much. The staff were so helpful and always had a smile on their faces. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. The pool and pool area is incredible well maintained and is a beautiful setting to relax. The poolside bar and food is of a very high level. It is a short 15 minute stroll down to all the bars and food places right on the water in Elounda and taxis are easy to get back at around 8 euros if you dont want to walk back. Don’t hesitate to book staying at the Elounda Palm.

L’hotel è molto bello, tuttavia sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto quando sulle foto riportate sul sito la family room era descritta con una veranda abbastanza ampia e al piano terra e non con un piccolo balconcino… non avrei prenotato altrimenti. L interno della camera invece rispecchia la descrizione come il resto della struttura.
L’hotel è molto bello, tuttavia sono rimasta molto delusa in quanto quando sulle foto riportate sul sito la family room era descritta con una veranda abbastanza ampia e al piano terra e non con un piccolo balconcino… non avrei prenotato altrimenti. Overall this was a great experience. Unfortunately, our Ferry from another island was late, and the only major negative experience for the entire stay at this hotel was the attitude from the front desk gentleman when he checked us in late at 10:30pm. Not cool. Otherwise, we got the room with the pool and let me tell you, it’s not heated. Don’t waste your money on it if you’re traveling in the month of May or earlier. The ocean view was slight, but still beautiful. The huge positive callout was the amazing restaurant breakfast, awesome staff and amazing room service. They really made up for a lot, and it was the highlight of our Crete trip. The property is beautiful, and our room was updated and clean.

Bellissima area esterna con piscina, bar e ristorante. Personale gentile e disponibile. La nostra camera però non era come da nostra scelta, dalle foto erano camere nuove e moderne mentre a noi ne è stata data una della parte vecchia. Comunque adatto per famiglie più che per coppie.

What a wonderful week spent in this lovely hotel, we couldn't find any fault. Our room (607) with its own infinity pool had amazing sea views that were so lovely to wake up to every morning, especially catching the sunrise, the room itself is spacious bright and clean. The staff are all friendly and attentive. We had a few lunches in the hotel, all incredibly tasty. The pool bar is a great place to enjoy cocktails, and listen to some falo music. The town is just a pleasant 20 min walk, where you'll find lots of sea front restaurants and bars to choose from. All in all a fantastic relaxing week in Crete!

The room was great, lots of space for our luggage and our toddler to run around. The private pool is the perfect size and the water was very clean. They cleaned our room daily. Staff are friendly and happy to help. I would definitely go back.

Overall this was a great experience. Unfortunately, our Ferry from another island was late, and the only major negative experience for the entire stay at this hotel was the attitude from the front desk gentleman when he checked us in late at 10:30pm. Not cool. Otherwise, we got the room with the pool and let me tell you, it’s not heated. Don’t waste your money on it if you’re traveling in the month of May or earlier. The ocean view was slight, but still beautiful. The huge positive callout was the amazing restaurant breakfast, awesome staff and amazing room service. They really made up for a lot, and it was the highlight of our Crete trip. The property is beautiful, and our room was updated and clean.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön in Hanglage. Die Zimmer sind modern und schön eingerichtet. Die Gartenanlage und Pool ist sehr sehr schön und bietet viel natürlichen Schatten. Leider ist das Frühstück sehr einfach gehalten und Service kaum vorhanden. Als Beispiel, kein eingedeckter Tisch, alles ist selbst zu holen. Die Freundlichkeit des Rezeptionspersonal könnte auch gastfreundlicher sein. Sofern man auf der Suche nach einem schönen Hotel ist, aber auf die oben genannten Sachen verzichten kann, ist das Hotel gut.

We have absolutely loved our stay here! The staff are all wonderful - from the bar and restaurant staff to reception, everyone has been so friendly, helpful and kind and made us feel so at home and comfortable. We can’t thank them enough!!! The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food and drinks are 10/10!!! Cocktails are really delicious and unique, and the food is some of the best we’ve eaten all week - even beating many of the restaurants in town! Lovely views across the bay, and the pool area is so chill and relaxed. Would 100% come back!!!

Bij aankomst kregen wij een upgrade naar een veel grotere kamer/appartement wat heel fijn was. Maar qua looks was het gedateerd. Toch was het een fijn onderkomen. De mannelijke receptionist was niet heel klantvriendelijk, maar dat hebben al zijn collega's zeker goed gemaakt!

Understated place (that’s a positive) and quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast got a bit boring after a week although it is a nice buffet. Service was good but really non existent. For example when we checked in they didn’t tell us where to park our car effectively and also when we checked out they didn’t even ask how our stay was - like I said, understated. We will be back though.

We had a wonderfully relaxing 8 nights at Elounda Palm. The staff are extremely welcoming and friendly, and the rooms are spotlessly clean. The Deluxe Infinity Pool Suite we had was lovely, with a spectacular view over the Aegean. The dinner buffet has a variety options to suit most tastes, but it is the Dacos restaurant where the food really shines. The bar is also a great place to relax, and the staff are always attentive and helpful.

Such a beautiful hotel. Newly refurbished rooms with a peaceful pool/ bar area. All the staff are so friendly and welcoming. You are treated like a friend. Shops and waterfront restaurants are within an easy 15 minute walk of the hotel, which is perfect.

Lovely pool area, quiet and relaxed, plenty of sun loungers. Nice bar and seating areas. Attractive well kept grounds. We had a deluxe suite with private infinity pool: the room was comfortable, well-furnished, clean, with good storage. The private terrace and pool were fabulous and really enhanced our stay. About 20 min straightforward walk to the square and harbour in Elounda and a wide range of restaurants and bars. Very easy to get taxis and reasonably priced. I’d happily return.

Quiet, secluded hotel above Elounda with fantastic sunrise view from the infinity pool. Very relaxing and the staff were fantastic, buffet breakfast set you up for the day. We wanted to experience traditional Greece and we got it in spades.

Fantastic stay the hotel and staff are excellent. Food is very good and the facilities are good to. Wonderful sea views and the grounds and gardens are well kept. Nice stroll of about 25 mins into Elounda village with numerous eateries, bars and shops.

We had a fantastic stay at Elounda Palm. The room was very nice with a big bed and plenty of room and good shower facilities. The swimming pool and bar area’s were very nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with wide variety. The hotel as a whole was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Elounda village was a 15 min downhill walk away and was great for restaurants and bars and some charming shops. We would get an 8euro cab back to the hotel. Would definitely return to Elounda palm hotel

Hôtel calme, personnel très agréable. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien sauf le jus orange et jus de pamplemousse qui ne sont pas bon ( goût chimique). Le buffet du soir est bon mais trop cher (30e/ pers) pour le choix offert. Nous avons préféré manger dans différents restaurants du centre d’Elounda ou pour 50e à trois avec apéro vous mangez très bien. Suffisamment de transat pour tout le monde.

Das Elounda Palm Hotel ist eine großartige Unterkunft. Wirklich saubere und super moderne und schick eingerichtete Zimmer; abwechslungsreiches Buffet sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim Abendessen. Sehr nettes Personal, die bei jeder Frage zur Seite stehen. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub.

Very spacious rooms. Our suite had a private pool which was lovely. Very clean facility and service staff was nice. Our only complaint would be the food. Not that it was bad but the breakfast buffet was exactly the same each morning. One of us has food allergies so her choices were very limited.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, especially families with young children. The staff were truly exceptional – without a doubt the highlight of our stay. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special. They always greeted us with a smile, were fantastic with our one-year-old son, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. The food was another big highlight. The quality was consistently excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes that made every meal something to look forward to. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Crete, especially families with young children. The staff were truly exceptional – without a doubt the highlight of our stay. Every single person was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special. They always greeted us with a smile, were fantastic with our one-year-old son, and went above and beyond to help whenever we needed anything. The food was another big highlight. The quality was consistently excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes that made every meal something to look forward to. We were only there for one night but were especially impressed with how clean the room/property was. We enjoyed the dinner buffet and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was very spacious and we had a chance to enjoy the balcony for our morning coffee. We would stay here again if in the area.
