Excelente, lo único que no entendí es sobre: una llamada que quise hacer, a una persona que se sentía mal y se quedó en la habitación y dijieron que estaba prohibido, a pesar de que solo queríamos saber como se sentía. Es mejor quitar los teléfonos en las habitaciones

The suite was pretty good for what I've expected, though parking in premises was bit complicated and other care parking overnight simply blocked my access, so on the day of my departure I had to endure a significant delay as no ways out until couple of hours later.

El hotel es cómodo está limpio pero el problema es que hay cucarachas, sobretodo en la noche, maté más de 15 en una noche, eran de tamaño pequeño. No lo recomiendo por eso.

I did not like the overall condition or appearance of the room. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. I went to plug in my cell phone and the outlet sunk back into the wall. The fake plants were very dirty. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. Smell was not desirable either. Won't stay here again and won't recommend anyone to stay here. The meal we had was very good but we saw a cockroach crawling along the floor of the dining area

Las habitaciones sucias, muy llenas de polvo. No hubo energía eléctrica durante el último día de estancia y check out, agua insuficiente debido a ello. El desayuno continental incluido con café muy frío, el personal no pudo ofrecer una solución al problema de energía eléctrica, poco empáticos con los clientes hospedados.

The lobby looked nice courtyard was cute check in staff was nice day staff was terrible. Room was dirty window wouldn’t close no shampoo soap etc not enough towels for our booking of four. Day staff says housekeeping was supposed to leave water etc when I informed them there was none and asked for a bottle to take medication we were told to walk to the store to buy it. Air conditioning was screaming all night then stopped cooling woke up in a sweat at 3am. Continental breakfast was limited and we had to wait for items to be refilled and there was hair in the yogurt. Overall terrible we will never stay here again.

3rd time here. The room has always been clean. I usually eat in the restaurant but will not in the future. Ordered chicken fajitas...got chicken fingeers & fries?????? Waitress was indifferent and you always have to hunt down to pay.

The lobby looked nice courtyard was cute check in staff was nice day staff was terrible. Room was dirty window wouldn’t close no shampoo soap etc not enough towels for our booking of four. Day staff says housekeeping was supposed to leave water etc when I informed them there was none and asked for a bottle to take medication we were told to walk to the store to buy it. Air conditioning was screaming all night then stopped cooling woke up in a sweat at 3am. Las habitaciones sucias, muy llenas de polvo. No hubo energía eléctrica durante el último día de estancia y check out, agua insuficiente debido a ello. El desayuno continental incluido con café muy frío, el personal no pudo ofrecer una solución al problema de energía eléctrica, poco empáticos con los clientes hospedados.

I did not like the overall condition or appearance of the room. It needs to be thoroughly cleaned and maintained. I went to plug in my cell phone and the outlet sunk back into the wall. The fake plants were very dirty. The bathroom needs to be updated. There was no body wash or shampoo in the dispensers in the shower. Smell was not desirable either. Won't stay here again and won't recommend anyone to stay here. The meal we had was very good but we saw a cockroach crawling along the floor of the dining area

The suite was pretty good for what I've expected, though parking in premises was bit complicated and other care parking overnight simply blocked my access, so on the day of my departure I had to endure a significant delay as no ways out until couple of hours later.
