Terrible. Communicating with the team was poor. No entrance information was given until minutes before arrival. The room was stifling hot and the windows wouldn't stay open. There was one small fan for two bedrooms. The couch was disgusting. There was no hot water in the shower. The beds were cheap and not comfortable. It was so bad that we booked a different hotel after just 1 night (we booked for 3). Don't let the pictures fool you.

The sofa bed was unusable and needs to be replaced. The internet was slow and Freeview did not work. The location was excellent. Communication prior to visit was incomplete and full information was not provided until 30 minutes before check in. Check in staff were however helpful. Parking was a bonus.

There were no keys when we checked in. These were eventually brought over from a different venue. The property we booked was meant to be a 2 bedroom apartment with an ensuite bathroom. There was no ensuite bathroom. The property had terrible smells from the previous occupants. While the offer of several air freshners helped. We would have expected a cleaner, fresher apartment.

Lovely apartments very clean. Beds are comfy has everything you need .including toilet rolls shampoo washing up liquid . Perfect location . Very central to city centre.we will definatly be returning.
