First the rooms are VERY small, 185 Square Feet. Not very good for multiple nights with two people and luggage. Second, the parking garage is 2 blocks away. The parking garage is very uncomfortable at late night and early morning. And costs an additional $32 /- per day stay.

Room is fine. Small, European-style. Very clean and tidy and comfortable, but this is very much a chic hotel placed into an old building with small spaces. I enjoyed it, but be aware when you're booking. I will say the tacos were excellent and the bartenders make a really fine cocktail. That was impressive. And the lobby is a cool spot to hang out and spread out a bit too.

The property and people were amazing! Everything appeared to be clean and we had a gorgeous room! HOWEVER, beware the parking situation! We were there on an “event night” and the parking situations was atrocious. We were told at check-in that event parking ran until midnight ($25) and then we would need to go back out at 7 AM to pay parking again because the lot is a “private-owned public lot.” We figured out that we could pay parking after the event to avoid someone going down that early, but had to pay another fee ($15). So, just know that parking is limited and the quoted rate very possibly isn’t what you will end up paying.

Staff including people at counter, bartenders- all fantastic. Nice room, fabulous location. Parking was only free on street overnight, deck was $22 and if you wanted to get vehicle in and out, cost was $32. FYI.

Fun property overall we love Moxy hotels and frequent them a lot. They are fun and we love the lobby. We will not stay at the Moxy again until the offer valet parking like the Moxy in Chattanooga. The parking is terrible. Even loading and unloading caused issues with traffic. I would have gladly paid $50 a night for valet rather than ride around in traffic trying to find parking and having to carry luggage so far. Overall love Moxy hotels but not this one. Plus - Zombie Taco in the lobby was awesome.

Zero hotel parking. Having to pay to park a block away and drag suitcases to hotel was miserable. Zero air flow in room. Set on 65 and still sweated horribly. Cost way too much for this!

This hotel was very hip and cozy. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The room was small but well appointed, though my wife and I did have a bet as to who would knock over a corner lamp that wasn’t entirely necessary and kind of in the way. Whole parking is an amenity, it’s a public garage a block away and a separate charge of $22 a night. I don’t remember seeing this as I booked. All over, great stay and will stay again.

Hotel vibe wonderful. Room was extremely small and unclean. Hairs and grime on the shower and bathroom floor. Asked housekeeping to deep clean the room and ensure all bedding is clean. Was still below standard!!!!

Erika was so nice and so accommodating. I would stay here again because of her hospitality. She's awesome. The rooms were SO CLEAN. Normally, I hate seeing certain things that are dirty or the towels smelling like mildew. Their housekeeping is ON POINT. Everything was nicely put in certain places. Also, Moxy hotels normally don't have mini fridges, but I ENDED UP WITH ONE in my room and was so excited about it because I have a dietary needs. SO AWESOME. Thank you!

This was our second time at Moxy. Very clean and convenient location. The rooms are tiny, but they are also much more affordable that the sister hotel Distil. The rooms are also very quiet. You don’t hear doors in the hall or the people above you. Our only complaint is the deflated pillows and lumpy mattress. Other than the bed, everything is great. We will stay here every year for the Thunder.

the rooms are tiny and i could touch the shower from my bed it was only seperated by a curtain. the sink was practiaclly at the foot of the bed just not what i expected i guess it is geared towards a differnt clientel than myself i was given a recept for 327.21 and my card was charged 380.00

Lobby was nice and lively. Hotel is in a good location if you want to be close to downtown and Nulu. Nice views. You have to pay for parking to stay in the hotel's lot but we were able to find street parking without a problem. I just didn't care for the room and set up. Three pillows for a two person stay. No coffee maker nor did I see any option in the lobby. I absolutely hate the concept of a sliding barn door for the bathroom. Why do hotels think anyone wants that (especially in a hotel with small rooms)? The vanity sink is outside of the bathroom.

On my final night (a Sunday), there was live music playing somewhere in the neighborhood until 2:30am. I don't mean a car stereo volume...this was a concert type event. I had to get up at 3am for a flight. Don't stay here if you want to get sleep. Stay here if you want to party until the sun comes up, then sleep until dinner time.

Not for me. Small room, poor pillows, no fridge or safe. Main Street was one block away with a lot of things to do. 4 th street was fun. Not the safest town. Hotel bar and dining was just ok. Mexican style breakfast available for purchase. Wouldn’t go back but wasn’t terrible

Valet parking is in front of another hotel on the corner and this is a little confusing. Check in is at the front bar of the Moxy and on check in we had 2 rooms booked one for my wife and I and the other in the name of of travel companion. After check in I noticed my card had been debited for both rooms and In the morning I notified reception who advised when our friend came down they would reconcile the mix up. When she spoke to reception they said they had fixed the mistake. Still this has not been done and I have both rooms paid for on my card as we are near the end of our trip this has put a financial strain on my wife and I and needs to actioned ASAP
