The room was very clean and nice, the bed was very comfy. A little noisy as the window gives onto the pub outside area, but this is to be expected. The staff were very nice and were able to fit us in to the fully booked pub since we were boarding with them. The parking was good too and no issues with finding a space. Overall, very good value for money, would come again!

Very comfortable room with very welcoming staff at the pub. Though I would advise don't go Monday as its a late check in and no breakfast. But the room was very nice, only minor issue was the coffee maker didn't work but it was very clean, very comfortable and amenities were excellent.

Great value, rooms are great and overall 10/10. One tiny criticism would be no breakfast availability however I should have checked upfront. Definitely use again 👍🙏

Parking space a bit full since it's a restaurant as well, but can park on road side which is a walking distance and just moved car when it's clear, which was not really a problem for me. Good restaurant and food, good room with ensuite and with comfy bed. Only stayed overnight. Definitely will choose them in the future

Super leuk hotelletje. Er zijn maar 3 kamers, wij verbleven in kamer 2, de blauwe kamer. De kamer was heel sfeervol ingericht, had een heerlijk bed, een badkamer met douche en toilet. Beneden was een pub met restaurant en een overdekt terras met een paar tafeltjes. Het eten was heerlijk, wel jammer dat er geen ontbijt gereserveerd wordt.

We stayed in the Green room for just one night but wished it was longer; what an absolutely lovely and deluxe room. It had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Chairs and sofa, a dressing table and a rather comfortable bed, and various types of pleasant lighting. Very clean bathroom with Faith in Nature toiletries and other useful extras. Someone has put a lot of thought into making this a lovely room. We had a nice welcome, the parking was good, and would thoroughly recommend.

Country pub with rooms. Room was comfortable and clean and bed was fine. The food in the pub was superb with a great selection of locally sourced produce and the beer was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Alas they don’t do breakfast so had to travel away. Lovely place for 1 night

Very pretty place, but didn’t seem very welcoming of guests. We had dirty glasses in the room and there was a bitten nail on bedside table when we arrived. Room two is right above a smoking shelter so there is a smell. The bed had two stacked mattresses so was very very soft. However, it served its purpose for our stay to see Bath/ Longleat and Stonehenge for mine and my twins 30th Birthday. On the Monday (day of arrival) we were advised the pub was closed but it would open the following evening, there was no mention of needing to book, and was advised when we went in the pub that “they couldn’t really take anymore people” (there was only 2 tables in at this time). On departure we were told to just leave the keys in the room and depart, which we did.

The bar is very quaint with a lovely atmosphere and good selection of beers. The room was well presented but no big light, only lamps. Although this gives a soft atmosphere it was very difficult to get ready for a New Year’s Eve ball with such poor lighting. The communication was terrible prior to booking. Phoned and was told to email, emailed without a reply, rephoned snd was told to email.. I asked if I could book the New Year’s Day meal and was told they weren’t sure if there was space.. I was told someone would be in touch to confirm either way.. I didn’t receive a call. If you can put up with this poor communication and dark room then you’ll probably have a lovely time.

We found the lighting poor due to light bulbs glow orange making the room dark. Mattress uncomfortable and dated. Coffee making machine, cups too large for the stand making it unsafe to use. Pub food excellent five star, staff spot on. Would I stay here again yes if they updated their accommodation.

Fairly large room, big and comfy bed (quite soft mattress, but not too soft even when I like a firm mattress). Slept like a log (whcih isn't always the case when I'm staying in a "new" palce). No bath-tub, but nice big shower-head.

Host was so friendly. We got in late, had flown over night from the US, hadn't slept in 36 hrs. The place was cozy and adorable. Didn't have a phone cube for England, let me borrow one for the night, we slept for 12 hours! He filled up our water bottles in the morning. Such a lovely place.

Room was clean and comfortable . Food was good with large portions. Only downside had to rush to get there for check-in by 2.30 pm or then hang around till they opened at 5 pm for next check-in time. They close between 2.30 and 5 so wasn’t even able to get a drink. Otherwise the overall experience was good

I really didnt appreciate how check in was at 5:30pm.That is a ridiculous hour.The check in personnel wasnt friendly or professional nor did he explain the check in process properly so I waited an extra half hour before being checked in.There is a pub below the rooms,food wasn't great.Check out was seemless.

Amazing experience with staying at the Inn! Staff were all welcoming and friendly, the room we were booked in looked amazing and very niche! (I really like the interior design and the little details!) we will definitely come back again here again! I will mention though drinks were pricey but that something to overlook at.

The room was really nice and it was perfect for an evening in Bath and a visit to Frome. And Rode was lovely too.

Country pub with rooms. Room was comfortable and clean and bed was fine. The food in the pub was superb with a great selection of locally sourced produce and the beer was fantastic. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Alas they don’t do breakfast so had to travel away. Lovely place for 1 night

Lovely hotel with doacious bedrooms excellent products and the food was the best we've tasted in a long time. The owners were very welcoming and the locals were friendly. Not much to do in the village but a lovely stop over. Would definitely reccommend

Perfect stay for a short notice trip. Nice sized room, clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. Was a monday night when pub closes earlier so peaceful from abut 9.30pm and nice ambiance in the pub before that.

The food was poor and badly cooked. The pork chops were pork shoulder and were tough. The mattress was not "hotel standard ". The serving staff were pleasant but inexperienced.

I really didnt appreciate how check in was at 5:30pm.That is a ridiculous hour.The check in personnel wasnt friendly or professional nor did he explain the check in process properly so I waited an extra half hour before being checked in.There is a pub below the rooms,food wasn't great.Check out was seemless.

Amazing experience with staying at the Inn! Staff were all welcoming and friendly, the room we were booked in looked amazing and very niche! (I really like the interior design and the little details!) we will definitely come back again here again! I will mention though drinks were pricey but that something to overlook at.

Lovely hotel and the staff were amazing. Food in the pub was amazing. Could do with a little bit of tidying up in terms of the odd paint work but very clean and tidy. Our only complaint was the bed was very soft and quite uncomfortable.

Absolutely an Amazing 1 night Stay nice and friendly staff beautiful room,restaurant and outside patio garden ate in the restaurant Absolutely delicious food, loved everything about the crosskeys place they went above and beyond with all the little touches in the rooms very calm and relaxing place we thoroughly enjoyed it there and will be going back soon for another stay but hopefully for longer next time as ot was such a beautiful place 5☆ from I.O.W 😊
