Latroupe Prado Policy and Condition: Cancellation Policy: - Flexible rates: Cancellation/Modification: Full refund if notified by mail 24 hours in advance of your arrival date. Canceling the reservation after 24 hours prior to arrival (local hotel time), or failing to show, will result in a charge the first night of the stay made to your credit card. - Non-Refundable rates: Cannot be changed, are prepaid and non-refundable Failing to show on the first night will result on the cancellation of the reservation with no refund. Payment policy: - Flexible rate: Payment 24 hours before arrival date on credit card provided - Non refundable rate: payment at the time of reservation Schedule: - Check-in from 15.30 - Check out at 11.00 - Late check-out until 14.00 (shared dorms: 7€ per bed) / (private rooms: 20€ per room)) General: - Breakfast 10,5€ - not included - 24 hours reception. - No curfew - Pet are not allowed - No Smoking - Lockers inside the room (padlock necessary - can be bought at reception) - Lockers before check-in & after check-out (paid service) - Towels for rental (3€) - Age restrictions: Bookings cannot be accepted from any person under the age of 18 unless an adult (18 or over) accompanies them. Legal guardian written consent is mandatory. - Bookings for minors: Guests who wish to bring their children under 18 years of age must book a whole dorm or private room. Baby cots can be requested at reception for free, only for babies up to 2 years old, 3 years old and up is mandatory to book a bed. - Bookings of 13 people or more are considered group bookings and must be made through the group reservation department. We reserve the right to cancel such reservation without refund.
