The hotel needs to be updated. Very old bathrooms and super noisy air conditioner in bedroom kept us awake most of the night. Enterance to reception is in basement so very difficult to access if you have mobility issues. Would not recommend going there until they update the place.

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is very clean. Our room had a great view over the city to the west. It has both an elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings. But for the price, the hotel needs to do better with the decor. The furniture in the lobby is worn and cheap looking. And our room felt austere and institutional. Warmer lighting, and wall color other than blue would be a good start.

Très bon séjour dans l hôtel Garibaldi : chambre très spacieuse avec petit déjeuner à un prix très intéressant. On a eu une chambre pour 3 avec un canapé moins cher que la chambre standard sur le site. Une propreté irréprochable. Buffet au petit déjeuner copieux, seul point négatif pas d une grande qualité ( produit industriel) mais convenable néanmoins. Quelques nuisances sonores la première nuit dû au café et mac Donald à proximité mais pas les autres nuits. Emplacement un peu loin du quartier touristique mais se fait facilement à pied par via maqueda, plus agréable que la via roma (trafic important).

Well-located hotel. Room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast included a variety of foods and it was delicious. The only problem for us was the poor-quality of the air-conditioning unit. The front desk kept telling us it was working, but the room remained very hot. It was a bit difficult to fall asleep because of how hot it was. At the end, we requested a fan and that helped a lot.

La mia camera (n. 203) era una stanza accessibile ai disabili, cosa non indicata in anticipo. Il bagno era adattato (WC alto, senza bidet, doccia a filo pavimento), ma dopo la doccia risultava tutto bagnato. Le camere sono spaziose, ma arredate in modo molto semplice – TV piccola, poco spazio per lavorare e nessuna pantofola per il pavimento freddo. Manca un po’ di comfort e cura nei dettagli. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, but they are small. The bedding is subpar and the entire hotel is very loud. You can hear everything in the hallway and all of the rooms facing sit above the loading dock for the building next door. The windows are single pane and old so we heard people yelling and loading the dock next door until 3AM. They have a large ashtray right outside the lobby entrance so you have to deal with smokers in your face every time you enter and leave as well. Very small TVs on the wall. It's a great location and the staff are really nice, but it's a terrible place to try to get any rest.

Vanskeligt at finde frem til i bil pga lukkede veje. Receptionens svar var bare at vi jo fandt det ! Men lidt tips fra hotellet havde været rart. Værelset var rent, men kedeligt og sengen meget hård med kun ét lagen over. Morgenmad udvalget ok, men meget kedeligt brød. Udsigt til baggården. Meget støj på gangen.

The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean, but they are small. The bedding is subpar and the entire hotel is very loud. You can hear everything in the hallway and all of the rooms facing sit above the loading dock for the building next door. The windows are single pane and old so we heard people yelling and loading the dock next door until 3AM. They have a large ashtray right outside the lobby entrance so you have to deal with smokers in your face every time you enter and leave as well. Very small TVs on the wall. It's a great location and the staff are really nice, but it's a terrible place to try to get any rest.

This hotel was in a great area - lots of outdoor restaurants at Belmonte - il Culinario was fabulous. Staff at hotel was fabulous . Walked to Guardini Massimo and shopping there was even better than Mercado.

Très bon séjour dans l hôtel Garibaldi : chambre très spacieuse avec petit déjeuner à un prix très intéressant. On a eu une chambre pour 3 avec un canapé moins cher que la chambre standard sur le site. Une propreté irréprochable. Buffet au petit déjeuner copieux, seul point négatif pas d une grande qualité ( produit industriel) mais convenable néanmoins. Quelques nuisances sonores la première nuit dû au café et mac Donald à proximité mais pas les autres nuits. Emplacement un peu loin du quartier touristique mais se fait facilement à pied par via maqueda, plus agréable que la via roma (trafic important).

This hotel has a lot going for it in terms of location, close to the bus stop, Politeama, from the airport, walk to old city, and lots of restaurants. The staff are very nice and helpful, and it is very clean. Our room had a great view over the city to the west. It has both an elevator and a beautiful spiral staircase with wrought-iron railings. But for the price, the hotel needs to do better with the decor. The furniture in the lobby is worn and cheap looking. And our room felt austere and institutional. Warmer lighting, and wall color other than blue would be a good start.

Excellent stay in the very center of Palermo, the bus to/from PMO airport within 300 meters. Superfriendly staff all english speaking. The breakfast is very good by italian standard, i.e. scrambled eggs / Bacon / sausages / rolls / cheese / ham / salami / fruits / Youghurt and of course all the cakes and cookies You could possibly ask for.

Bel hotel avec un personnel disponible et souriant. Nous avions une chambre qui donnait sur une cour intérieure donc beaucoup beaucoup de bruit le matin des 6h/6h30 avec les livraisons. Le petit dej continental n’est pas top, peu de choix et les propositions ont été identiques les 7 jours de notre séjour

Room 003 is right next to sidewalk, could hear everyone talking, scooters going by, etc. until 2am. After 2 hours sleep the night before in Athens, this was not what we needed. Got to change room to 3rd floor today.
