Ho soggiornato in questo hotel sabato 12 aprile 2025. Si trova in una posizione molto comoda poiché si raggiunge facilmente per chi proviene dall'aeroporto, Falcone/Borsellino di Palermo, sia con servizio autobus che in treno (praticamente basta attraversare la strada che siete giunti in Hotel). Il personale è estremamente gentile e cortese, la zona adiacente è tranquilla e ci si può connettere ai migliori siti di Palermo sia a piedi che con ulteriori servizi di trasporto della città. La mia camera era molto pulita e spaziosa, oltretutto silenziosa. Sono stato benissimo in Hotel ed altrettanto a Palermo che ho trovato essere una città meravigliosa così come i suoi abitanti, gentili ed accoglienti ovunque. Se desiderate soggiornare a Palermo, io vi consiglio quest'Hotel.

Di positivo solo la posizione, hai vicino molte attrazioni turistiche, ed il letto che devo dire molto comodo. Per il resto non mi è piaciuto nulla. Per andare alle camere si deve prendere l’ascensore che è posto in un pozzo luce. Una puzza di fogna incredibile. In camera la stessa puzza nel bagno. La mia era una quadrupla anche se avevo richiesto una matrimoniale e la finestra si affacciava sul pozzo luce, arredo minimale e da rivedere (un comodino praticamente era da sistemare). La camera invece degli amici con cui siamo partiti dava sull’esterno ma aveva il pavimento saltato. Pulizia scarsa. Insomma diverse cose da rivedere. Sicuramente il rapporto qualità-prezzo non soddisfacente.

Rated a 4 star hotel. The best I would give is 1 star. Not clean even though it says they sanitize, haven't seen that. Don't change the bedding only straighten the sheets and cover out. Shower leaked all over the floor to the sink. Would not recommend.

Dans la douche le marbre est cassé en deux risque de coupure pour les pied car le marbre coupe comme un rasoir,l’attache du pommeau cassé ! Emplacement de l’hôtel bien situé avec commodités ! Dommage qu’il y a la misère sur la place au pied de l’hôtel. Pas de wifi dans la chambre ! Je ne recommande pas du tout .

Our first room, the A/C unit would not turn on so they moved us to a new room. Unfortunately, they moved us down to the first floor. Others have reported the noise level—we listened to people screaming, cars honking, sirens, scooters racing—all night long. The new room had a working A/C unit, but it didn’t really work well. Part of the reason for the noise and lack of A/C is the face that to rooms don’t have “real” windows—just two sets of shutters that never close all the way. Not fond of the pillows— one inch of flat foam—and beds, although numerous, were not especially comfortable. This is a two-star hotel at best and you are paying for the proximity to the train station. Front desk was super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very crowded and served mostly baked goods with hard boiled eggs and some meat and cheese. The hotel seems to be popular with families and groups, probably because each room has multiple beds. I would only stay here again if I had an warly travel connection. It wasn't bad, just loud and not especially comfortable.

Personal war freundlich. Kein Wlan im Zimmer. Betten sind immer auseinander gerutscht. Die Dusche viel zu eng und klein. Man konnte sich in der Dusche nicht mal bücken. Undichte Duschtür, dass ganze Wasser lief raus und stellte das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Dreckig. Fenster ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Die Straße viel zu laut. So gut wie gar nicht schlafen können. Dafür aber zentral. Das Frühstück immer das selbe. Die Pizzabrötcgen vom Vortag noch teigig. Säfte zu süß. Einfach nur schrecklich. NIE WIEDER. Und die Tourismusabgaben verdoppelt. Auch nie wieder Expedia.

This hotel is very close to the train& bus station it was very noise from lots of traffic from cars buses motorbike and people. There was a large number of teenagers staying at the hotel which was noise. We were unable to get breakfast as at 7.45 again large numbers of children in the eating area. We had to use the stairs as again large numbers of people were staying at this hotel during the lift .

Perfekt läge vid stationen precis vid den historiska stadsdelen. Stora fina rum med balkong. Trevlig, vänlig, serviceinriktad personal. Oväntat bra frukost ingick. Otroligt bra pris! Vi hade bokat ett dubbelrum med två enkelsängar och fick två rum med en dubbelsäng och tre enkelsängar!

Noisy till 11 and then cafe underneath started dragging chayote at 5.30 am. This cafe was overcharging for pretty average food and the breakfast they provided for hotel guests was ordinary. No tea or coffee facilities. Go elsewhere

Il punteggio alto per la posizione e la colazione offerta a buffet dal bar Central di fianco. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo pagato una tassa di soggiorno di 4,00 euro anziché 2,00 euro come indicato nella nostra ricevuta . La nostra camera era al primo piano senza luce perché la finestra dava nell’intercapedine. Avendo soggiornato x 6 notti mi aspettavo una camera al piano alto avendo fatto la richiesta che purtroppo non è stata soddisfatta perché era pieno! Ogni giorno ci hanno cambiato le lenzuola e dato sapone e pulito sempre la stanza . Non mi sembra un 4 stelle ma ho apprezzato la comodità di fronte alla stazione di Palermo Centrale che x me questo vale 5 stelle!

Al llegar no contaban con la habitación reservada( reservamos 1 matrimonial y querían darnos dos Simple’s). A las 22h tuvimos que esperar 40min para que resolvieran el problema. Habitación ruidosa, pobre con lámparas plásticas, mosquitos en l habitación y condiciones muy básicas del edificio pra ser 4estrellas. El hotel es 2estrellas

This hotel was the perfect base for rail travel around the island , as the rail station was 2 minutes away. The hotel was basic , clean and well equipped. Staff were friendly, helpful and very pleasant.
