Property is a colonial style courtyard series of large rooms. There is no traditional Hotel Services and the Propert is extremely difficult to find. You MUST locate the #60 on a fenced property as there is No Signage and only a 1” x 3” hand written note of the name of Corte del Merlo. The external area is very dark and a little worn. Access is a secured entry that requires you to press a button. Eventually someone comes to the Iron Fence to let you into the property which is very pleasant. Parking is across the way and expect to pay at least 15Euros plus a tip. There are lots of restaurants etc.

Anche se non centrale in quanto si trova nei pressi dello stadio tra il centro e Mondello è una residenza di recente ristrutturazione ben collegata e nella calma di un piacevole giardino interno sicurizzato.
