As we were not sent a key code, we could not access our room when we arrived. We spent nearly 2 hours trying to get hold of someone but the help number just went to answerphone. There was no back up and no one on site could help. We almost left. We are older disabled people, we needed facilities and rest. We were very frustrated. We were offered one night's refund. The room was clean but basic, and there could have been better nearby parking- we moved bins to park closer to the room.

Very pleasant stop offon the way north or south. Very easy check in, warm room and lovely varied breakfast.

We had a really lovely time. The food was quite nice. andis very quiet not many people round but it was very nice. My daughter and myself really enjoyed it.
