The staff at this hotel were amazing! They are all friendly and accomidating. The hotel has recenty been brought by a new owner. Because of the transfer there were a lack of services available such as phone, wifi, and cable! We stayed for 2 nights and on the first night we discovered there we a plumbing issue (no water). Fortunately that was taken care of by the next morning!

It was just a room, and it did not wow me, nor would it you. There is no working pool, it is closed and the water is brown. The wifi works but the cable and tv did not! The towels were HARD as the mat you put on the floor, and the one side of the shower curtain bar was loose and would not keep water in.

We didnt stay when booked it advertized inside and outside pool and when we got there to check in the front desk told me they had remodeled and remoced the pools.

Front desk clerk smoking outside then charged $100 deposit then after I had paid through Travelocity charged me two more times for room. Cold indoor pool, no towels, mildew on bathroom ceiling. Terrible breakfast everything was cold at 7:30am, lobby smelled like weed.

The facility did not have tv services, wifi services. They gave an option to cancel reservation, but funds would not be readily available to go anywhere else. After speaking with staff, the services have been out since Thanksgiving. I asked about a discount, staff stated owner refuses to give discounts. States the rooms are to be charged full price. I have stayed here previously and had great experiences, but I will not return. And had I known the services were out, I would not have booked here. There was no information on the website when I booked it. And when I called, there was no mention of services. It was posted on when as you walk into the lobby.

I thought this would be up to par like the country Inn and suites was when they were in this building but things were dirty, moldy in the fridge, TV and internet didn’t work, pool hours weren’t conducive to a one night stay. I was very disappointed.

Lobby air was out, no toilet paper or bath stopper, dirty room- everywhere— dirty. Was informed DHEC has closed the pool.

The pool was green and closed. No one mentioned that. There was construction going on in the neighboring rooms and furniture was left in front of our door, blocking it. We had to move it! The place should be closed until all renovations are done. Shame on Wyndham.

Hotel was nasty looking, prior to check in there was a sign posted that they had not internet, no telephone, no TV and couldn’t tell guests when it would be up. The front desk associate said she would cancel my reservation. She confirmed cancellation. Still no refund.

It would be nice if the website would let customers know there are no TVs or Internet at this location.

OMG, disgusting, unsafe - the door to the room has a Hugh gap, light filtered through- The floor/carpet was not just dirty, it was nasty - it hadn't been washed/Vacuumed for months. I booked for a week (7 nights) and stayed 2 nights. Customer service leaves much to be desired. There were big rolls of carpet in the areas - so maybe they are in the process of renovating - more than the carpet need replacing - the whole building, bathroom especially.

Found a live roach on the nightstand. Carpet was filthy. Toilet seat was falling off. Hotel charges $100 deposit to insure you don't smoke in the room. Deposit is immediately posted to your credit card until they decide whether you smoked in the room. Took 4 days for them to remove the charge from my credit card.

the room was smelling musty and molded,, the furniture was worn out and looking broke down, their was no hot water, the toilet seat was broken u slide of of it when you sit on it, they didn't have enough towels, i went to walmart to buy my own for me and family, the breakfast was not good, i wanted to check out the next day to go to another hotel but i was told i wouldnt get my money back Jessica the front desk person tried her best to make the situation better by upgrading my room so we switched room the next day the only difference was that room had hot water but again furniture was worn out and rrom smelled wet and musty, I would not stay here again sleeping in my truck would have been better, checked out hours earlier that expectd

The property was not clean and had mold. People were smoking in the building as well. My children and I had to come here due to Hurricane Helene and had no choice but to stay. I wouldn’t stay at this property again and wouldn’t recommend to others.

Very dirty, out dated , bathroom light switches didn't work lamp plugged in for light on bathroom, someones personal belongings still in the Drawer. Trash left in lobby and on front counter. No Internet or phone or cable.

Absolutely disgusting and filthy!!!

I would not recommend this property to anyone when I was first looking to book the hotel the reviews was okay, once I arrived to the property on Thanksgiving the signs stated there was no internet but I had already paid for the room and his Thanksgiving I don't already travel over 9 hours to get to the place I was in town to visit my grandchildren I just wanted to be able to relax and if the internet was down for the night not such a big deal I just wanted to take a good shower and sleep. The first room we were assigned to was filthy and not clean smoke detector hanging off the wall, the next room wasn't too much better to find out it has things on the curtains two and sheets the air conditioner was blowing out black mold which I did not realize it and the beginning then I went to take a shower and it was molded all around the top seal above the shower and the ceiling tiles it had I don't know whose hair all over the floor all over the bathtub I was really disappointed. We stayed until Sunday we did not eat the continental breakfast or anything we ate out the internet was not on our whole stay the pool was down the whole purpose of staying in a hotel away from your home is to be able to be at least comfortable thankfully this was not one of the business trips I had to take just the inconvenience of the fact of even trying to book another hotel even though there were several around I picked up for the location 9 minutes from my grandchildren.

The hotel was very outdated with small rooms, and very dark, There was only one lock on the door and it was broken and did not latch all the way. A good push and the door was opened without a key. Did not fell safe.

The door had been damaged to a point it would not lock and there was a gap between the door and the door frame that fingers could be placed thru.

If you're looking for just the basics this facility was okay. The AC, beds and shower were all fine. The TV in our room was above average in color and clarity. The staff at check-in was very friendly. Overall the facility has a slightly shabby appearance, not being maintained very well. The grounds are unappealing, especially on the rear side of the property. The rate was fairly cheap so one can't complain.

We did not end up staying here for the night. The room had bugs on the floor, there were rooms with broken windows and screens, our door didn’t want to close properly, the pool was murky, and by the time we decided to leave there were 3 cops and and an ambulance out front because of a confrontation at the hotel. Do yourself a favour and avoid this hotel.

My room door was off the hinges and hard to close. Shoulder still hurting from it. The ceiling over the shower was moldy and when I got back in at 1 it was 30 degrees outside and my heat would not work. Could not find anyone on the property including the front desk. Called customer service who told me maintenance would come but never came even after I told her they never came for the door. Room 208 . Terrible. Left sleepy with a headache and sore throat

The bed was comfortable and I had a desk to work at. BUT the lamp next to my bed didn't work, the light in the bathroom didn't work, there was a roach in my bathroom, dead, thank goodness. This was the second room, because the 1st room, the door was falling off the hinges. For the building only being 20 years old, needs some serious updating.

Doors had been kicked in and “fixed”. Second locks didn’t work. Pushed chairs in front of the door at night to feel safe.

Kids ran up and down the hallway until around 2 am. Playing on the elevator also. Tub spicket leaked really bad. Tub was black all around the drain. Room 211. Place just needs to be updated.

You get a decent rate but the rooms are a little scary. You can hear your neighbor and the foul odors are very strong

The owner and his staff was extremely accommodating. We got into town very early that morning and were exhausted so we figured to drop by the hotel to see if our room was possibly available. It wasn't, however, they got us into a room just so we could sleep for the time being and then moved us when our room became available. I was SO GRATEFUL, you have no idea!!! The only thing was our toilet in our room was very dirty. Other than that, we'd stay here again. It was a great value for the money and in a great location. There was also free breakfast every morning with eggs, potatoes, meat, and make your own waffles. Oh, and they have a pool. We didn't have time to swim in this trip but maybe the next one

Property was overbooked by manager. Did not receive correct room for the rate paid and what was booked. Staff not helpful and incapable of solving problem. Room its self had broken lamps and a broken connecting door to the room adjacent.

Rude customer service. House keeper cussed at me and told me she was gonna beat my a** b**** I got the right one today etc… all I did was ask her nicely to shut the door at 9 something am because had no clothes on and when I shut the door after telling her I hear check out is at 11, she beat back on the door and continued cussing at me. Very unprofessional very uncomfortable.. paying customer. Stayed here a lot of my pregnancy last year while having issues at home with BD and have always loved staying here but this did it for me.

By far one of the worst experiences I had with a hotel stay. The rooms were not locking properly, some smelled like weed or cigarettes. The door had a massive hole that people could see through. When I opened my door, there was someone else already occupying the room. We lost a night of stay because the management didn’t want to refund our money. We checked out not even a hour after checking in. There are several other options in town so do yourself a favor and stay away!

Great location and great staff

Liked the area, it's close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel lobby and hallways was hot and muggy. Reception's pet dog was barking at my child, made it a little scary. Room was average with minor cosmetic issues.

There was no breakfast and the front desk lady didn’t seem to care. The shower handle was broken so we couldn’t even shower. There was toothpaste on the mirror and hair on the floor. Sheets were dirty. Everything was dirty. Terrible experience

Breakfast was very disappointing compared to last stay here. Was told corporate told them a limit of 2 hot foods. No biscuits, no gravy, only apples for fruit. Bathroom light was broken and they had a lamp plugged in sitting on bathroom sink counter. Toilet did not flush good. Grounds wete filthy.

We got there for 3:00 pm check-in but room was not available. We were told to wait on hot water. Pool was "out of service for maintenance." Our room overlooked where trash dumpster where trash was on ground and mattresses propped. Breakfast was non-edible. Bathroom vent all rusted.

Our room was clean - and the hotel itself was very clean. I thinl there should be more options for breakfast. There was no fruit, eggs, etc.

The desk clerk and housekeeping were both very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable but the toilet ran constantly and took forever to fill back up. However the stay was very good as was the complimentary breakfast.

The room and staff was okay but the breakfast was not what we expected. My family booked 5 rooms in that hotel. The breakfast was not what we're used to having. Next time, we will select a different hotel.

Got our room, walked in and someone else was already in that room. Breakfast was supposed to be out by 0700, waited till 0745, then gave up waiting and went to IHOP. No hot water in the room and the halls smelled dirty outside of room. overall lmn my ty
