Just stayed the one night, Wayne was very helpful on arrival. Great to have secure off road parking. The room was well equipped with all you would ever need. I am in the area again soon and will try and book a room here again.

Very cool property. Has a small full kitchen (oven,cooktop, microwave, fridge) and a small washer/dryer. I was happy to find a full sized shower and the queen sized bed was comfortable. Wayne was very nice and made check-in a breeze. The pub across the street had incredible food, a good selection of beers and at least a couple ciders on tap. Definitely would and already have recommended to friends and family. It would only be cramped if trying to bring along kids.

We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. We appreciated the little extras left at no extra expense and I found other peoples comments a little ungrateful. Kilsby is a very pretty village and has alot of history. There are leaflets dotted around the village providing a map and information. The property really did provide great value for money

Excellent communication & information received from Wayne prior to my stay, then again on the day. Parking was easy & secure. Nice little snack waiting for me in the room. Felt a bit strange not going to a reception or meeting anyone when I arrived, but again, a quick call to Wayne & he explained everything & he was incredibly helpful. A really nice guy and the room/accommodation was superb. Thank you

Hunt House Quarters is lovely. We have stayed in hotels all over the world and this is one of the cleanest rooms in which we have stayed. The owners had thought of everything and there was good attention to detail. We would definitely stay there again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Entered the property through a secure coded gate, with plenty of parking. The room wss immaculate, warm and cosy. Wayne and Caroline"s welcome and attention to detail are outstanding. There is a pub directly opposite, which was also warm and welcoming. I would recomend this place over any local hotel, as it gives you a home from home feeling at a reasonable price. 5 Stars from me!

A perfect little stay - no muss, no fuss. Room had everything I needed. Wayne went out of his way to help me with some extra things and was generally very supportive. Shower was a bit confusing but I suspect that's due to me being American and not used to that type (but the medium setting with the knob at the first red dot was good for me). Pub just across the street was very helpful for meals since I didn't have a car. I'll be back!

Best place we ever stayed at during this trip. The Manger room was fantastic and a good value. Wayne, the host was very accommodating and had lots of info on the local area. The pub across the street was wonderful as well. Only nit is that the front made noise every time the wind blew. I suggest weatherstripping so it doesnt rattle. Nevertheless it deserves the 10 out of 10 rating it has on Expedia

Fantastic experience from the first point of contact to the end. In the morning of the booking I had a text from the owner explaining the parking, key code to the gate etc which was very helpful. Overall the room was clean and tidy and comfortable which was well needed after a long day travel and course. If I am working away in the area this would be the place I would book again easily. Thank you Wayne

The Tack Room was comfortable and functional. Well stocked with all sorts of goodies and essentials - very generous in the snack and tea/coffee department compared to other places. Great communication from the owner who had sent detailed instructions, but also met us at the gate and made us feel most welcome. Would definitely stay again.

The local shop closes at 4pm, which when you work a regular day is no use. If you don't drive - as I don't - your only option is to utilise the pub across the road. Fortunately, that was nice and the food was good, that said, going to a pub may not be everyone's first choice for something to eat.

A wonderful stay. We stayed in the Tack Room which was clean, cosy and very welcoming. Wayne sent directions prior to our arrival and check in was perfect. We would most definitely stay here again if we are in the area. We were staying for a visit to the Kilworth House Theatre which was only 20 minutes away by car.

Fantastic stay at Hunt House. We were in The Paddocks. Beautifully thought out, the little finishing touches made it really cosy. Loved the tiles in the shower! We weren’t there for long but would love to come back one day. Lovely area and the pub over the road was fab too, great garden and very friendly staff.

Stayed here for 4 nights on business. Entered the property through a secure coded gate, with plenty of parking. The room wss immaculate, warm and cosy. Wayne and Caroline"s welcome and attention to detail are outstanding. There is a pub directly opposite, which was also warm and welcoming. I would recomend this place over any local hotel, as it gives you a home from home feeling at a reasonable price. 5 Stars from me!

Fantastic accomodation for our weekend away. Very comfortable, everything we needed including a fridge with cold water, lovely snacks, and even a bottle opener! All finished off with lovely decor, making it such an inviting space.

Lovely accommodation, clean, comfortable and secure. Heating was simple and quick to use. Host was super helpful and provide extra plates and cutlery. Plenty of drinks and snacks provided. Pub opposite serving reasonably priced food. Community shop for essentials.

A perfect little stay - no muss, no fuss. Room had everything I needed. Wayne went out of his way to help me with some extra things and was generally very supportive. Shower was a bit confusing but I suspect that's due to me being American and not used to that type (but the medium setting with the knob at the first red dot was good for me). Pub just across the street was very helpful for meals since I didn't have a car. I'll be back!

Very cool property. Has a small full kitchen (oven,cooktop, microwave, fridge) and a small washer/dryer. I was happy to find a full sized shower and the queen sized bed was comfortable. Wayne was very nice and made check-in a breeze. The pub across the street had incredible food, a good selection of beers and at least a couple ciders on tap. Definitely would and already have recommended to friends and family. It would only be cramped if trying to bring along kids.

We booked the Paddocks which had a self contained very well equipped kitchen in an enclosed courtyard It provided a very comfortable overnight stay. We couldnt fault it. We arrived early as we had booked Sunday lunch at the George which was excellant and Wayne allowed us to leave our car there. Wayne was very friendly and not intrusive at all. We appreciated the little extras left at no extra expense and I found other peoples comments a little ungrateful. Kilsby is a very pretty village and has alot of history. There are leaflets dotted around the village providing a map and information. The property really did provide great value for money

The local shop closes at 4pm, which when you work a regular day is no use. If you don't drive - as I don't - your only option is to utilise the pub across the road. Fortunately, that was nice and the food was good, that said, going to a pub may not be everyone's first choice for something to eat.

Excellent communication & information received from Wayne prior to my stay, then again on the day. Parking was easy & secure. Nice little snack waiting for me in the room. Felt a bit strange not going to a reception or meeting anyone when I arrived, but again, a quick call to Wayne & he explained everything & he was incredibly helpful. A really nice guy and the room/accommodation was superb. Thank you

Really great place to stop over for a night or two. Lovely location, local pub across the road and only 15 minutes into Rugby. Two of us stayed and would stay again. Secure car park was really helpful with the motorbike. Wayne and his father in law were both really friendly. The room was well kept and great value for money. We stayed in The Tack Room. A lovely quiet spot to stay!
