The pool was freezing cold it wasn’t even heated. We tried to contact room service didn’t get any answer. Tried three times no answer. The noise from the road was extremely bad. The staff was very friendly and nice.

The pool was closed as I assume it was because of the large hockey team there, we booked this hotel for the pool for my daughter so it made my stay a bit less exciting for her and had to spend extra money for activities. Definitely should let people booking prior to this if amenities are not available.

checking in was wonderful. The front staff were friendly and provided helpful information I requested. Restaurant staff were friendly and knowledgable about the menu meals. Elevators were well maintained and smooth ride all the way up. The lobby was beautiful and comfortable.

Great location! Minutes from downtown and close to walking trails. Smells good and they have cookies at check in! Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Great workout facility. What more could you ask for?! My new favourite hotel in Calgary.

Nice clean room of a good size, comfy beds. Bright and inviting lobby area, nice large pool (although a bit cold and no hot tub). Food at the restaurant was decent and reasonably priced. Staff at front desk were friendly and helpful.

the room that we got smells like cigarettes and sewage went to the front to complain and it seems like the lady in the front desk is not happy that I'm complaining about it. They only sprayed air freshener in our room and when I went to the washroom in the lobby all of the stalls has poop on it.

Hotel itself was good nothing at all wrong with it, but it is beside a main highway however and people slam on the gas going by which makes it very very loud, and the other small issue we had it we had smart TVs with no access to steaming services or the ability to mirror from our phones, other than that a good stay.

The convenience of the property from downtown Calgary. It is located close to two thoroughfares Trans Canada Highway and Alberta Highway 2.We had difficulties controlling the air conditioner in our room. On our last night, the air conditioner kept rattling and prevented us from getting a good night rest.

Clean room and the property looks nice. However, the room I got had issue with heating and cooling. First night, the temperature was constantly at 26 deg no matter what temperature I set it to. The second night, the temperature dropped to 21 deg and constantly blowing cold air from the vent. Finally, I ended up shutting off the system completely.

Upon check-in I was offered an upgraded room (for a $25 fee) and accepted. I proceeded to the room which was still being tended to by cleaning staff. I returned to the front desk, explained the issue, and was instructed to return to my room in 15 minutes. I waited in the hotel's adjoining restaurant for 30 minutes before making my way to the room. Once reached, I could see that the cleaner(s) were still present. At this point, 45 minutes after my initial check-in, I returned to the front desk once more. The agent then contacted another cleaning staff overseeing my floor (by handheld radio) who appeared moments later. The front desk agent then proceeded to berate the cleaning staff right in front of myself and other guests which made for quite an uncomfortable moment. I was then instructed that the room was now ready for my arrival. I returned to the room and, in fact, the cleaning staff was STILL working in the room. The young man assured me he was finishing though he was hurriedly in and out several more times before I finally had the room to myself - over 60 minutes after my initial check-in time. Most surprisingly, nowhere along the way did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. Upon checkout the next morning, the front desk agent who had initially assigned me the upgraded room asked me how my stay was. I recounted the issues to actually get into the room and, while she expressed surprise, once again she offered no further assistance or apology. Very disappointing.

Rooms were very well looked after by cleaning staff. We had a Highway 1 side room which gave a great view of downtown during the day but very noisy due to traffic at night when trying to sleep. Sounded like some street racing going on. Lots of emergency vehicles sirens. Good distance from airport.

Was handed a bill at breakfast after confirming with the hostess if breakfast was included in my stay, she checked her list and informed me our room, 1021 wa on the list , we took a seat and started on the buffet. When the bill came I questioned the same hostess andshe said I must have mis understood, it was not included. $ 38.00 for an OKM buffet. Denny's next door would have been half the price.

The room was a pretty good size as was the bathroom. I found that the room smelled sour for a couple of nights but that seemed to go away after a couple of nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was really good but could have used more fresh fruit. The dinner options at the bar were good. I would stay there again.

Booked a king room with a nice big bathroom. On arrival was told the room wasn’t available so I was moved to a 2 queen room with the tiniest bathroom possible. I was offered breakfast as compensation. I told them I would not be able to take advantage of the breakfast due to having to leave both mornings before breakfast started. Was told “well I’ll give you vouchers anyway”. Room was also not turned down after the first day due to lack of staff. Pretty disappointing stay overall.
