Masseria Bagnara is truly one of those special places that you never want to leave. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, personal, and authentically Puglian. The property itself is absolutely beautiful, but what made our stay so memorable were the people. Salvatore and Claudia were simply wonderful. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality made us feel incredibly welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. They have a way of making you feel less like a hotel guest and more like you’ve been welcomed into their home. It’s the kind of hospitality that is becoming increasingly rare and something we will always remember. And the food — absolutely incredible. Every meal was exceptional, beautifully prepared, and full of the flavors of Puglia. We were genuinely blown away by the quality, creativity, and attention to detail coming out of the kitchen. The dining experience alone is worth a trip to Masseria Bagnara. In our opinion, the restaurant deserves a Michelin star. There is something magical about this place — the peaceful setting, the beautiful surroundings, the incredible food, and most importantly, the people who make it all come together. Masseria Bagnara was one of the highlights of our time in Puglia, and we left already talking about when we could return. Thank you, Salvatore, the Pagano family, and Claudia, for making our stay so unforgettable. We cannot recommend Masseria Bagnara highly enough. ❤️

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were incredibly helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The hotel itself was extremely clean and well maintained. If you’re looking for a hidden gem in a quiet rural setting this is the place to go. Perfect as a base to see what the west coast of Puglia has to offer.

Was great and short

Outstanding on All Levels!! Mr Pagano greeted us numerous times a day and the staff at the front desk were always friendly and polite and helpful, guillia and Daniela thank you again for everything. The restaurant staff were attentive and a delight to interact with! Thanks Marco and Marco again for everything you did for us! Silvia in the kitchen in the morning and afternoon was just a fabulous cook and she made me 4 special dishes believe me I felt like a King. Salvatore did everything for us regardless of what we asked for he delivered. We were sad to leave believe me. To my new and dear amici, a heartfelt thanks and till the next time be well ❤️
