Unfortunately I hate to leave bad reviews but what this hotel did was simply unacceptable. I confirmed my stay and sent them a message that we would be arriving later. They gave me a temporary code for the front gate and a cellular for staff for issues. We got there past 10pm and the code to open gate did not work. No one answered the number they gave me and I was stranded with 2 kids at 11pm! We tried endlessly, in fact Hotels.com is still trying to reach them for a refund and they don’t answer!

Overall, very good and a charming property. Only downsides were some rather stiff towels in the bathroom, lack of any milk to make tea, and breakfast being served at 9ish rather than 8:30 as promised. The breakfast was delightful, however, especially being able to eat it in the beautiful courtyard - there are too few tables and chairs in the courtyard though so, whilst we were ok, others may have been disappointed.

Great old building close to the cathedral,in the center,!very nice rooms, we have 3, very confortable and the woman in charge of Gioia is very helpful and nice, the next time I ll stay at boulogne, I’ll choose again StayWell because the stay was well

Disappointed with this B and B. We found the apartment to be noisy from people stomping over head. The service was non existent as on the third day we had to ask for fresh towels. The unit was extremely hot and the AC didn’t work. We had a loud noisy fan but it wasn’t great sleeps from the noise of the fan. We requested an early breakfast on the day we checked out and we did not get our breakfast.The breakfasts were always the exact same. On a positive note the area was nice with lots to do.
