Close to train station, cafes and restaurants. Nice bar/restaurant on top floor. Only odd thing is that it isn’t open on a Sunday night. Also, Subiaco on a weekend is not open early so if you are after an early coffee or breakfast go upstairs. Also cannot charge the room although they take a deposit off your credit card. Nothing in the bar fridge either. You have to get room service. Found that weird. Gym was great.

Dual aspect windows made the room feel light and airy. Pool and restaurant on the 9th floor give nice views over the surrounding area. Breakfast up there is a great way to start the day and the poached eggs on sourdough is the best!

Overall is good, front desk staff are helpful, location is excellent, the facilities are clean and room is spacious. Only a few disappointments like when my stay nearly come to an end ( something like the 9th night out of 12 nights stay)and the body wash went out... the housekeeping staff seemed just put water into the bottle. Sometimes housing keeping staff didn't clean up my room, once I left the room in noon and came back at 11pm, and the room is untouched. However, it's still a nice place to stay and I am willing to visit this hotel again.

Property was conveniently located to St John Of God Hospital. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Facilities at property met my needs. Reception Staff were very helpful providing guidance to find my way around Breakfast was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay. Downside, toilet paper was almost run out in my bathroom and hair conditioner dispenser in shower only had one pump of product in it. Minor things, otherwise I will stay again Thank you to all staff I delt with

The Vibe is a great hotel located in the heart of Subiaco. All staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was a great size with a good view. The bathroom was modern and functional. Terrific roof top restaurant and bar. Great value. Highly recommended.

Great location right in the heart of Subiaco. Parking next door was plentiful and easy to access. Room was clean and spacious ( we had a separate living space) however bit bland with no character or charm. Little things like only one hand towel and flannel were a disappointment. We ate at the roof top restaurant which was nice. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful and friendly. Would stay again

I had booked a standard double room and while it wasn't an unpleasant stay, I would expect more of a 4½ star hotel. The bathroom seemed to be quite old, especially the shower had lots of limescale. There was no free water supplied, the advertised minibar was empty (except for a pack of milk), the curtains were hard to close completely because they were malformed and while there is a note in the room explaining how to be friendly to the environment, room cleaning service seemed to disregard everything that was printed there. For example, I didn't want my towels to be replaced and therefore didn't throw them on the ground but they were still replaced every day. The rooftop pool was a nice touch, although it is quite small. However, I was missing a separate changing room here. Most people just went right to the elevators in their wet clothes which must have been a strange feeling considering that the rooftop is a publicly accessible area with a restaurant, so they walk in bathing clothes right next to the restaurant guests.

Breakfast the second morning was a let down; We were shown to a table and then waited 15 minutes before having to call for wait staff attention. We had in fact been forgotten! So then we placed our order and were given a glass of water. We waited another 20 minutes before breakfast arrived only to find it was an incorrect order. We did at least get tea and coffee. Another 10 minutes before the correct order was served. Shame about the service, the food was reasonably good.

There was no issue at all with the property. It was clean, very convenient and the facilities in the room were great. The issue was some of the staff. We stayed for 7 days because we were visiting our family who live locally. We weren't told of any VIP benefits on arrival and appeared to be given a standard room on the second floor. No big deal. A few days later we receive a complimentary bottle of wine and an excuse that Expedia hadn't provided them with our details. Again we couldn't care less. On the 6th night we were almost asleep when we had guests enter our room. They were so apologetic and so surprised that the room was already occupied. One of them went back to reception and was mortified and highly embarrassed. Then on our return from visiting our family the next day we were locked out of our room because of the previous nights incident, also our room was reset over night as we were woken up by the TV resetting in the early hours of the morning.

Staff were amazing with my kids and spoilt my daughter for her bday with a sweet treat. Everytime we came down lobby or lit they were so polite. Room was fantastic, fold out bed sorted without having to ask. Didn’t need to ask for anything all was sorted for the stay. Thank you team

We paid prior to check in, then when my partner checked in they charged him again but double the amount of our actual booking. We booked this stay as we are not from perth and I needed to have an operation, when asked about early check in as my partner had our baby with him they said it would cost an extra $20 an hour even though the room was available.

A beautiful property with restaurant staff that ensure you get the best service. The restaurant was very busy on the Sunday morning we stayed and the wait staff were concerned about the time we had to wait for our breakfast so deducted our coffees from our bill....which was a lovely, unexpected gesture. The food was beautiful! Really comfortable, clean rooms and quiet. Lovely surrounds with plenty of eating, coffee spots. Conveniently located next to the train station which made getting to the city and our Saturday night concert very easy. Safe, underground parking for $15/night. Also very close to UWA and the colleges were two of our kid's attend so hoping this place stays affordable as it is fast becoming a favourite city stay for us.
