Hotel was very nice. Beds were comfortable . Rooms were clean. Restaurant or lack there of was terrible. Bar was never attended to other than desk clerk who could not mix drinks.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Yuliya in the dining room was so friendly and accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing breakfast. The entire hotel, rooms, lobby, pool, gym were clean and very well maintained. This was one of my best hoyel experiences and I will definitely stay again when I am in the area. Thank you!!

Hyatt House is very clean and offers plenty of parking. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. EV vehicle charger is not available so you can drive up to IKEA (less than 300 meters away). Breakfast items and quality is good. You can use their chrome cast to play your Netflix etc without any problems. I will stay again when visiting Winnipeg.

The hotel is modern and new. Rooms were very smartly designed. Great gym. The only thing was the pool area. There were never enough towels. The pool was really cold and the hot tub was too hot to even go in.

We booked for 2 nights for our Anniversary. We had called ahead when booking to ensure there was a hottub and pool. When we went to use them, the hottub was out of order and pool was freezing. Had we known before hand, we would have canceled our reservation. The hotel itself was clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast was good.

Our only complaint was that we have never been to a hotel whose policy is that they clean ( make the bed) only every other day unless you "request" the bed to be made. We're used to towels being kept for a few days, but at the prices this hotel charges, to come home to a made bed should be a given. Other than that observation our stay was very good.

The hotel itself is very clean and new, our room was good but signs of wear and tear, broken coffee maker and mold in the shower. Obviously it’s one of the rooms they rent out for booking sites. Just expected a bit more for what we paid.

The outlet mall was right across the street so that was nice, staff was great, beds were a bit soft, tv really made me mad, as channels weren’t what they said they were, and it kept losing the signal, very frustrating, and should have mats in the gym, I train my core a lot, so a mat would have been nice, used a towel, 🙄

Located close to our purpose of stay in Winnipeg. Had ample parking. Newer hotel therefore has clean hallways and dining area which is kind of expected. Stayed on the 3rd floor facing towards Sterling Lyon Parkway which also has a nice sunrise view. Room was clean. Beds were however too plush for a 70kg me which kind of felt like being sucked into a singularity of a black hole. Washroom and kitchen is nice and very appreciated. Just wished the beds were more comfortable.

A gorgeous hotel in Winnipeg. Stayed a couple of nights in a king size suite to celebrate our daughters birthday. Love the room, and the bed is very comfortable. Having a kitchenette is very handy for reheating leftovers. The hotel breakfast was delicious. The pool was great. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is definitely our new number one choice when staying in Winnipeg.

Property was well appointed & had very clean rooms. I'd have appreciated if they would've designed the room so the tv was halfway between the living room & bedroom. As it was, it was nearly impossible to get to the one side of the bed. That said, staff was polite from the front desk to the housekeepers. They had an excellent breakfast buffet that was included in the price. They did have a "Happy Hour" bar special each evening, but we didn't partake in that. I wouldn't have any problem recommending the property & should we find our way back to Winnipeg in the future, I'd have no problem staying here once again.

The room and amenities were good. Nothing special. At check in, the staff was incredibly kind to the woman checking in before me. She asked her questions about why she was in town, recommended things, and spoke conversationally. When I stepped to the front desk, she was on the phone and held up a finger to me. Once off the phone, she did not look up from her computer as she checked in me in. Incredibly off putting.

Yulia, who helped us during breakfast was terrific. When my husband was feeling under the weather, she carried a breakfast tray upstairs for me and then checked daily to make sure he was ok. Would choose this hotel again when in Winnipeg

I stayed at this hotel a year ago and found this trip to be lacking in many areas. It’s generally a nice hotel and I would consider staying here again but there was a noticeable decline in the effort to maintain the high standards it is trying to achieve. My biggest issue is the understaffing in the breakfast area and sometimes at the front desk. The staff was courteous and helpful but there was an overwhelming feeling that there just were enough staff steering the ship. I was at the hotel for a week and the service in the buffet breakfast area over the weekend was abysmal. There was one staff person expected to replenish all the food . There were times when there was no cutlery and a long lineup of people waiting for food. The quality of food seemed fine but I felt badly for the woman running back and forth in and out if the kitchen trying to keep up with the demand. When I checked in I was asked if it was ok if housekeeping came to clean on the 4th day of my visit. That was fine with me. Much to my surprise I came back to my room on my 2nd day to find my room cleaned and again on my 6th day. I was checking out the next day. Not very eco efficient! The bed was very comfortable although I wasn’t a fan of the pillows, but that’s a personal preference. Others might love them. (Not enough bounce for me) The location is great for shopping at the outlet mall or for anything you may need to do in the south end of the city . Overall an ok stay but it may look weathered quick

We had an excellent experience. When we checked in, we were served by extremely nice and friendly staff. We had a call to the room to make sure the room was suitable. The breakfast was excellent and all aspects of our stay were pleasant and positive. I recommend this hotel and will be back!

The hotel is clean and in great shape - modern and updated. Personally, didn't like the area as it's on the outskirts of the city in the midst of a lot of block stores. Everything required driving. Good for pets though note a $50 fee for pets.

I loved the studio suite. Very spacious for family traveling. Hot tub was shut down for maintenance while in it. Tried to check in early but it wasn't ready which was fine. Its not easy to walk places due to heavy traffic to cross. Breakfast was great!

My wife and I came here for a 1-night getaway with reward points and it was a great experience. The hotel was very clean, and staff were all pleasant. Adjacent to the property is a hayfield and walking trails leading to Fort Whyte Alive, which was also nice!

We really enjoyed our stay. However, the 'spa' was disappointing. Its not designed well - for a 10 night stay, there were no drawers to store clothing. And then the adjacent room with the jacuzzi tub had a window in it that shone directly into the bedroom area so that if someone had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, it woke the other one up. The breakfast was questionable at best- pretty sure our stomachs were suffering because of the eggs- didnt have for the rest of our stay. I don't know if this was worth the price. The staff were excellent though so maybe if we stay again, we'd pick a different room.

Great hotel with wonderful rooms. The breakfast is excellent and Yulia at breakfast was so kind and helpful. Always making sure we had everything we needed. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. A great stay as usual.
