Es un buen lugar, pero no entiendo por qué abren el restaurante a las 830 am (muy tarde para quienes vamos por trabajo) y cierran 830pm (muy temprano). Además, se alcanza a escuchar mucho el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas.

Beautiful hotel with high view of a park in a revine below. The beds were firm and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant is good but separate from hotel so no tabs to room. Everything in Xalapa is a challenge to drive to because of the topography and one-way streets. We recommend taxis! Our overall experience was wonderful. Good value for the money! Our friends stayed in the 3rd floor special room. It was a little more expensive but an amazing room!

Al día siguiente de que llegamos, mi hijo salió de la habitación a las 2:00 pm y cuando regresamos a las 8:30 pm no habían hecho la limpieza A regañadientes la señorita en la recepción me dijo que nos darian otra habitación después de tener cero empatía ante nuestra situación diciendo que nonera su culpa porque la política de limpieza (que no nos indicaron en ningún momento) era hasta las 3:00 pm

I have a big nose and it is very sensitive. I swear that every hotel could skip using all the cleaners and detergents for a week and the cleanliness would not suffer. And they would save money. My bathroom had a huge smell of some antiseptic cleaner. It spread to the entire room. I had to keep the bathroom door shut with the exhaust fan running. Also, the TV appears to only stream content. No broadcast channels The last person forgot to log out of Netflix and I could have used her subscription for free. There is a nightclub nearby and music played until very late. It prevented me from keeping the window open to take advantage of the cool night air. The facility is beautiful and the rooms large. The shower was huge with lots of hot water. Good location. Friendly English speaking staff This review is a lot negative but I would stay again.

Muy buena estancia, la habitación muy amplia, limpia, con excelente vista al bosque y las camas muy cómodas y excelentes amenidades. El check in muy rápido y la atención del personal excelente. Tuvimos problemas para la conexión con WiFi pero lo solucionaron. El unico detalle es que en la madrugada el aire acondicionado hacía muchos ruidos, debido a que se congeló el agua y el hielo cayo en el interior del AACC.

El hotel está muy bien, no lo conocía en general todo aceptable, me quedé por que necesitaba estaba cerca del teatro del estado. El personal no es accesible si llegas antes del check in llegue 13:30hrs y tuve que esperar en el restaurante, hasta las 15:00hrs y sin aire acondicionado, he estado en muchos hoteles en varios países del mundo, incluso de las cadenas más importantes y hay más apertura por comodidad del huésped.

La atención en recepción dejó mucho que desear. Había 4 personas y ni una sola con hospitalidad. Si así reciben a las personas no quise ni saber cómo estaba la habitación. Decidimos no quedarnos y mejor irnos a Veracruz dejando Xalapa.

La estancia en el hotel fue muy buena y placentera. La atención del personal (recepcion y las personas de aseo a las habitaciones) es muy atenta y resuelven muy rapido las solicitudes. Las habitaciones son muy comodas y limpias.

El Hotel está muy agradable con una excelente vista desde las habitaciones hacia el parque de los tecajetes con exuberante vegetación, tiene estacionamiento y la comida del restaurante está muy rica, está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila por lo que si requieres tomar taxi seria de aplicación, solicitándolo a un sito o caminar a la avenida más próxima que estará como a uno 250 metros, sin duda muy recomendable.

El Hotel está muy agradable con una excelente vista desde las habitaciones hacia el parque de los tecajetes con exuberante vegetación, tiene estacionamiento y la comida del restaurante está muy rica, está ubicado en una calle muy tranquila por lo que si requieres tomar taxi seria de aplicación, solicitándolo a un sito o caminar a la avenida más próxima que estará como a uno 250 metros, sin duda muy recomendable.

I was not happy regarding the late breakfast service and there were days that nothing was available. Otherwise it was a wonderful place , I loved it!

Es un buen lugar, pero no entiendo por qué abren el restaurante a las 830 am (muy tarde para quienes vamos por trabajo) y cierran 830pm (muy temprano). Además, se alcanza a escuchar mucho el ruido de las habitaciones vecinas.

Now fue muy bien , nos gustó mucho el hotel , la vista al parque es preciosa . Es un hotel limpio , moderno , con todo nuevo . Tiene muy buen servicio y buen restaurante .

Beautiful hotel with high view of a park in a revine below. The beds were firm and bedding very comfortable. The restaurant is good but separate from hotel so no tabs to room. Everything in Xalapa is a challenge to drive to because of the topography and one-way streets. We recommend taxis! Our overall experience was wonderful. Good value for the money! Our friends stayed in the 3rd floor special room. It was a little more expensive but an amazing room!

This is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are large, very clean and had a fabulous view. It would have been a perfect stay except two doors down the guest staying in that room had karaoke so loud it could be heard not only in our room but in the hallway. We finally called the front desk at 11:30pm and were told that they could not hear it on the lobby but “ok”. The music stopped but started again at 5:45am! It got even louder when we were about to check out. This must have been a “special” guest to have these privileges. Also, we ate at the hotel restaurant. The first meal pizza was great but when we returned for breakfast the next morning, my husband got his meal and I waited an additional 20 minutes to get mine! We had the older lady for a waitress and we had to ASK her for more coffee and why the wait only to be told “well, they are poaching the eggs”. 🙄😒

Our room was spacious and clean. Being right above the edge of Parque Tecajetes, we looked right into the trees. The staff and food at the hotel restaurant, Sal y Piedra, were both excellent. We would stay there again.
