Lovely hotel, perfect with the two swimming pools especially if you have children. Staff are lovely and helpful. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and approx 10 to the strip area. Shops very close by. Hotel very clean and studio apartments are great for babies. I would recommend this property.

Loved the room. Full kitchen. With Aldi nearby we were able to have several meals in the room. This hotel very much had a cruise feel. Tons of kids and activities. Great if you have kids. If not, the noise from the pool area wasn’t great - started early and went late. If you dont want a very noisy room maybe request one that faces the street.

This was our first trip to Portugal. I would definitely recommend Vila Petra for adults and families. Immaculately clean, well maintained, quiet (expecially in the annex buildings) with excellent staff everywhere. It has gained it's star rating honestly and would not disappoint anyone.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating as we were a big group. We were impressed with the facilities and it was perfect for a large family gathering of all ages. Despite it being July, it was busy but we did not have to wait as it was well staffed and a large space. A little noisy outside at times as there were groups going to the nightspot (Strip)

Hotel was great. Didn’t use all of the facilities or entertainment as we were out and about most of the time. Entertainment area was busy but relaxing in the evening. Pool is excellent and no bother getting a sunlounger. Spacious rooms and good air con! 300 euro or pounds cash security deposit for groups. We didn’t have to pay it though - be mindful you might be asked to if a few of you check in together.

Hôtel sympa , petit déjeuner moyen on n'y trouve ce qui faut mais pas assez a mon gout niveau du choix pour le prix de 13€ on s'attend à mieux.... Trop bruyant le soir avec les animations... Chambre très mal isolé rideaux occultant pas top sur les côtés la lumière passe du coup le matin nous sommes vite réveillés... Propreté : ménage fait en 1 min chrono ni aspirateur ni rien mon fils de 18 mois a eu le malheur de se glisser sous la table je vous raconte pas l'état de ses vêtements... Tout poussiéreux.. concernant le personnel l'accueil top, gentille rien a dire mais une dame qui bosser a l'accueil de la piscine couverte ! Mon dieuuuu a fuir une personne âgé genre 55 ans ... Mon mari et moi sommes rentré ds une salle de gym ouverte .. donc pour ns accessible elle ns as sorti méchamment de là et depuis notre premier jour du coup la salle été tjr fermés afin que ns ne puissions pas y retourner... N'importe quoi y avais un miroir qq altéres et des cordes a sauter ! Enfin bref .... Serviette prêté pour la piscine ( blanche de base je suppose,) sont grises et ne sèche même plus le corps a force de les avoir laver et utiliser depuis sûrement une dizaine d'années.... Sinon, à part sa ( déjà pas mal) lol l'hôtel est plutôt bien ! Rapport qualité prix je le trouve un peu cher pour cf que c'est....

Had very little expectation going to Vila Petra as was booked late and last minute. The facility is clean and well maintained. Where it excels is its Staff, from check in to every interaction with staff it was superb.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were kept very clean every day! The area was quiet but still close to everything. By car it only takes 5 minutes to the nice beach of St Eulalia and to the old town of Albufeira.

The hotel gets the job done. It’s a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel. The walls are very thin and the twin beds pushed together to make a “king” do not work at all, they split apart while sleeping. The beds are also not comfortable. I went with my partner but for a family I can see how this hotel could work with the kitchen it has and the pools. They do some shows as well in thr evenings, again more family friendly. The 4 stars I give it is for the location close to the strip and walking distance otherwise I’d prefer a little more luxury.

Location was ok to the new town. Property quite nice, a little dated but very functional. Had a one bedroom which was great. Very bright and roomy. Only complaint was the quality of the beds. Only offer two twin beds and were not comfortable for two adults. Probably ok for children.

Really lovely apartment. Location: Close enough to walk to the busy part of Albuferia, but far enough away to not hear it! 20 min gentle walk to the beach. 45 min walk to The Old Town. Food and drink: restaurant was beautiful, but very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Uber’s are ridiculously cheap and always available.

Great location, with walking distance to a wide selection of restaurants. The polo was clean and spacious. The rooms were big and the kitchen was well equipped. The only drawback was that I found the bed to be a little too hard.

Les studios sont bien équipés et ont chacun un balcon privé. Beau site familial propre et bien situé. Le buffet du restaurant est très complet. Le seul défaut c’est que les chambres ont des portes qui peuvent communiquer entre elles si on ne les verrouille pas pour ceux qui veulent louer des suites adjacentes. L’insonorisation en souffre.

Tout poussiéreux.. concernant le personnel l'accueil top, gentille rien a dire mais une dame qui bosser a l'accueil de la piscine couverte ! Mon dieuuuu a fuir une personne âgé genre 55 ans ... Mon mari et moi sommes rentré ds une salle de gym ouverte .. donc pour ns accessible elle ns as sorti méchamment de là et depuis notre premier jour du coup la salle été tjr fermés afin que ns ne puissions pas y retourner... N'importe quoi y avais un miroir qq altéres et des cordes a sauter ! Enfin bref .... Serviette prêté pour la piscine ( blanche de base je suppose,) sont grises et ne sèche même plus le corps a force de les avoir laver et utiliser depuis sûrement une dizaine d'années.... Sinon, à part sa ( déjà pas mal) lol l'hôtel est plutôt bien ! Rapport qualité prix je le trouve un peu cher pour cf que c'est....

Several food options at the hotel as there aren’t many restaurants around the area unless you walk to the strip. Aldi’s grocery store close. Uber and taxis made it easy to get around but we walked around town and the beach for the most part. All in all a great stay for the price.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating as we were a big group. We were impressed with the facilities and it was perfect for a large family gathering of all ages. Despite it being July, it was busy but we did not have to wait as it was well staffed and a large space. A little noisy outside at times as there were groups going to the nightspot (Strip)

The hotel gets the job done. It’s a bit outdated for a 4 star hotel. The walls are very thin and the twin beds pushed together to make a “king” do not work at all, they split apart while sleeping. The beds are also not comfortable. I went with my partner but for a family I can see how this hotel could work with the kitchen it has and the pools. They do some shows as well in thr evenings, again more family friendly. The 4 stars I give it is for the location close to the strip and walking distance otherwise I’d prefer a little more luxury.

Lovely hotel, perfect with the two swimming pools especially if you have children. Staff are lovely and helpful. Only a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and approx 10 to the strip area. Shops very close by. Hotel very clean and studio apartments are great for babies. I would recommend this property.

Really lovely apartment. Location: Close enough to walk to the busy part of Albuferia, but far enough away to not hear it! 20 min gentle walk to the beach. 45 min walk to The Old Town. Food and drink: restaurant was beautiful, but very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Uber’s are ridiculously cheap and always available.

The staff was friendly and the rooms were kept very clean every day! The area was quiet but still close to everything. By car it only takes 5 minutes to the nice beach of St Eulalia and to the old town of Albufeira.

Les studios sont bien équipés et ont chacun un balcon privé. Beau site familial propre et bien situé. Le buffet du restaurant est très complet. Le seul défaut c’est que les chambres ont des portes qui peuvent communiquer entre elles si on ne les verrouille pas pour ceux qui veulent louer des suites adjacentes. L’insonorisation en souffre.
