Exactly what we were looking for. More affordable option in Lucerne. Great proximity to everything in Lucerne and 5 minute walk to main area. This hotel was no frills but clean and functional. Nice staff. Would stay again. No parking lot but plenty of room on the street around the hotel for our rental car.

Our view was to a parking lot, no mountains but it was mostly quiet so we didn't complain as our previous hotel was very loud. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Loved the visitor card. Was in a pretty good location in old town. We ran into a couple very large groups checking in which made it hard to enter as lobby is pretty small. We didn't eat breakfast there but we did get free coffee and the staff allowed us to bring plates and silverware up to our room which we thought was nice. It was mostly clean, only complaint is in the bathroom. I took a bath and a flake of scum or mold ended up in the tub with me some how. My friends said they could use a shower curtain too (only had half glass) because when they showered, water got all over. AC didn't do much but we had for open do was nice and cool. Needs were pretty comfy to me too.

A equipe é muito solicita e atenciosa. Fui recebida com cartinha de boas vindas e chocolate. O quarto é muito confortável e amplo. Embora não tenha contratado café da manhã, o hotel oferece café, chá e água a qualquer momento o que deixou nossa estadia ainda mais acolhedora. A localização é excelente, com muitas opções de passeios e comércio, mercado e restaurantes próximos. Já recomendei a vários amigos o espaço e faço o mesmo aqui.

De kamer was ok. De badkamer was ok. De bedden waren goed. Goedijnen waren goed en het was geluidsdicht. Kamer was schoon maar het tapijt in de gang zo ontzettend goor. Bizar, wie is daar de manager? Dat moet schoon of vervangen. Daar moet iemand blind zijn. Anders zou ik het wel aanraden. Ligging direct bij het oude centrum. Ontbijtzaal wat klein maar er was plek en ontbijt was goed en keuze ruim.

picked this hotel for two very grown-up reasons: location and price. We arrived ridiculously early, half-expecting a “come back later,” and they actually let us check in! Then came the cherry on top, a huge room for three with a view that made us do a double-take. The staff were incredible: helpful, kind, and absolute pros at making guests feel like VIPs. The only hiccup? The hallway carpet looked like it had survived a daycare full of toddlers,stains and all,but thankfully our room was spotless. Overall, a big win!

The room we booked online had a different view and picture. When we booked ourselves in, we were given a room on the 3rd floor while my brother's family was given a room on the 4th floor. The rooms were very different even though we booked the same type of room. The room on the third floor had dirty carpet and hardly any space. When I complained, I was told that all other rooms were sold out. I was going to stay at a different hotel the next day and was then given a room on the 5th floor which was more updated so I did not change the hotel. Look at the attached picture of the carpet from the 3rd floor. It was extremely dirty and sticky. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone

Location and staff are great. Breakfast was good. The ac blows outside air into the room but does not condition it. This made for warm nights which meant restless sleeping. They are too cheap to turn on the ac units. Halls and other common areas have badly stained rugs, etc.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, within a walking distance to the lake or the main train station, or a few minutes' bus ride. The bus stop is very close. The area is safe even late in the evening. The Korean lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was adequate with fresh food. The room was small with little storage space as one would expect from an Ibis hotel. Our room had a small balcony with was nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. The room floor was not very clean, though, somewhat dusty with some debris. The carpet in the hallway also looked somewhat dated.

The ibis styles was nicely renovated inside a nice, old building. The staff, especially Barbara at reception, were fabulous. The room was modern but small. The bathtub with inadequate splash shield, let the shower spill onto the floor. Photos suggested a stall shower, which I would have preferred. No face cloths or bars of soap were available. There was no refrigerator, although indeed none was promised. The breakfast was better than average.

Great location nevertheless very quiet at night. Simple but very clean and has everything you need. Only exception: No fridge at the room AND no ice machine. So no possibility to cool your water and other drinks. Bottom line: can really recommend!

Hotel surrounded by low key buildings but close by restaurants. Noisy room, could hear footsteps from upstairs neighbours. Trash recolection on the street at 800am very noisy. Rooms are roomy, lack of lighting, bathroom sink old, shower very good pressure and hot water but smalll glass to prevent water from spiliing on the floor.

We had a lovely stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating.The only little hiccup was that there wasn’t an in-room fridge, but everything else was great. Plus, getting around was a breeze, and we were just a short stroll away from the city center. Overall, a great experience!

Ibis Styles Luzern is conveniently located in Lucerne. It is a modern hotel with emphasis on simple. Simple furnishings and basic supplies. But with a 5-Star staff. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Housekeeping thoroughly cleaned our room every day. And the breakfast crew made sure there was plenty of fresh breakfast items available each morning.

I booked a standard room, the one we got for first 2 nights were not good because it was behind the elevator, then I told the front desk, they changed for us much better room without charge extra, they try to accommodate and make us happy, very nice staffs. Thank you

Hotel bem fraco no geral, café da manhã ruim, com poucas variedades, corredor dos quartos em carpete e bem sujo. O quarto é pequeno, camas razoáveis, travesseiros péssimos, tamanho ok para o padrão de Lucerna. Falta um pouco de educação na equipe de camareiras, deixaram de limpar nosso quarto um dia e não trocaram a roupa de cama em 5 dias de estadia, além de deixarem pra limpar sempre muito tarde (por volta das 15…16) O ponto positivo fica por conta da excelente localização e principalmente dos funcionários da recepção e restaurante, sempre muito gentis e atenciosos, destaque para a portuguesa Maria, que é uma ótima pessoa e nos ajudou bastante.
