The Royal Park Canvas Fukuoka Nakasu

Excellent hotel with larger family rooms, friendly staff and great location. The breakfast buffet and lounge offer a good variety and high quality food. 5 washing + dryer machines for longer stays or families as well as an ice maker are a plus for longer stays. The hotel also has a deposit for recyclable clothes should one wish to leave some behind. Overall one of the best hotels in Fukuoka although I expect to pay a premium.

No parking actually

This is my first time to stay at this hotel. This hotel was located in Nakasu area, the center of Fukuoka city, where you can access many dinning and shopping spots easily. Also the subway station was just couple minutes waking distance from hotel. Another good point of his hotel was this hotel had public bath area on the 3rd floor for the hotel guests.

객실도편하고 사우나랑 3층 라운지 이용 잘했어요~꽁짜 커피라서 기대안했는데 맛이 괜찮았어요~위치도 좋았습니다^^

The hotel ground floor entrance should have a clearer signage or light box whatsover. People easy to miss it especially for self-driving to reach there since there is no parking available.

The rooftop garden is definitely the highlight of the hotel! Very enjoyable at day time as well as night time.

客室はとても清潔で快適でした。 朝食のハーフバイキングも種類豊富で味も良かったです。 駐車場がないので、提携駐車場を案内されましたが少し遠く利用しませんでした。

大浴場が不潔

호텔은 전체적으로 깔끔했고 위치도 좋은 편이였습니다. 대욕장은 작지만 잘 관리되고 있었고 직원들도 친절하였습니다. 다만 가격에 비해 조식은 다소 빈약하고 좌석이 혼잡하였습니다. 특히 건물에 있는 주차 빌딩은 월주차 대여용이였고 3~5분정도 떨어진 사설 주차장을 이용해야 해서 불편하였습니다.

The hotel cleaning conditions not good ! My blanket was dirty with 2 red marks when check in. Rubbish didn’t collect from the room on one day ! Washroom was not clean enough especially they didn’t clean the cup for brush teeth everyday.

雖然很多酒店都奉行環保，本人亦同意，每幾天才換一次床單，但這家酒店的清潔程度，是我住過這集團最差的一家，每天沒有收拾床舖，第一天沒有，第二天沒有，第三天沒有，直至第三晚反映之後，第四天終於有收拾床舖。 另外，沐浴露用完以後，沒有補充，所以刻意把沐浴露瓶蓋打開，回來後發現，佢只係加水，沖涼期間才發現，之後立即跟酒店反映，工作人員也不理解，為何把沐浴露瓶添滿清水？

客房清潔不夠確實,其他部分都很好

客房整潔，每日也有清潔房間，全部員工也很有禮貌，細心處理入住的手續，完全沒有溝通上的困難

We had a pleasant stay at this new and stylish hotel. While I did notice some dust in the room, it was acceptable given the overall cleanliness. Overall, I found the hygiene to be good.

大浴場が不潔

New, clean and tidy, room size quite fit, not too small, near the metro, donki, quite convenient. The public bath is free and quite relaxing.

A lovely hotel in a pretty great spot for walking through the great city of Fukuoka. You can easily follow the canal down to the Canal City shopping center or head in the opposite direction for more shopping. Convenient to subway to get to other parts of Fukuoka (such as to Maizuru and Ohori parks), as well as to eating and convenience stores. Even the central post office is just a couple of blocks away. The rooms are excellent, with huge windows and lovely views, and do well to enhance the feeling of spaciousness in an efficient area. As a family of 3 with large luggage, we felt very comfortable during our stay. The TV allows you to easily log into streaming services such as Netflix and YouTube. There is a very nice Bluetooth JBL speaker in the room, as well, but with one in every room and no clear label, it was impossible to identify which to connect to. The onsen is small but well kept and more than adequate. The 2 bars and outdoor terrace/patio are relaxing and never overcrowded. The one minor complaint is that guests can be heard at night in the hallways, especially younger children or adults speaking loudly. It would be nice if the soundproofing was a tad better. But it wasn't terribly bothersome. The only minor complaint

We like our bedroom with a big corner window, room are clean and comfortable. Receptionist is helpful and providing good service.

Beautiful room! I loved the access to the public baths. It was nice to have access to shampoo and body wash. It would have been nice to have body lotion. The beds were hard. The lighting in the bathroom was challenging to see one’s reflection as the light comes straight down from overhead. Smart TV was awesome!

Rooms are quite small compare to the rising trend of hotel rate in Fukuoka.

호텔 컨셉인지는 모르겠으나, 밤에 객실 조명 조절을 해도 다소 어두운게 아쉬웠음 이건 좀 개선이 필요 할거 같다. 낮에는 통창으로 해가 다 들어오기때문에 큰 문제는 없지만 한 여름에는 더울듯

Staff: Excellent, helpful, and very polite. Quick checking and check out. Location: close to everything. Shopping, yatai stall, and train station are within walking distance. The ROOM: We stayed here for 4 nights and found no storage for our clothes. There are about 7-8 hangers on the wall (No closet) And no drawers. Our clothes remain in our suitcase for all these 4 nights. Lighting: The room's lighting was hard to control. For us, it was too dark. But what we liked was the bathroom, with good running hot water.

위치가 너무 좋음 다만 창이 통창이라 환기가 안됨 대욕장과 테라스가 제일 마음에 들고 룸 컨디션도 이정도면 만족합니다 재방문의사 있습니다

立地も地下鉄最寄駅から近く、部屋も清潔感があり良かったです。残念なのは、部屋にシャワールームのみでバスタブが無かった点。ただ大浴場はあります。

It's a good shopping location. However, the room and corridor are quite dark (perhaps such lighting arrangement is the hotel's special design~).

ホテルは綺麗で設備も整っていて快適でした 部屋はゆったりとした広さ、内装はとても綺麗です ラウンジも使えて非日常を味わえます 海外のお客様が多いせいか大浴場、更衣室とも散らかっていました 部屋の設備の使い方や大浴場の使い方（バスタオルは部屋から持って行くなど）、Wi-Fi設定の方法等フロントの方の説明がなくもったいないと感じました また地下鉄までの行き方を尋ねた時も指をさしてあっちというような説明の仕方でよくわからなかった

프론트 직원이 불친절합니다. 손님이 앞에 있는데도 자기들끼리 잡담합니다 주차장이 상당히 멀어서 렌트카 이용자는 불편합니다

I honestly loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were the best -- unbeatable service and kind attention from the beginning of my stay. The room was immaculate, cozy, and comfortable. I would be delighted to stay again when I hopefully return soon.

ホテルの設備をはじめとした環境は良かったです。とても。 ただスタッフ含め体制としてオーバーツーリズムに耐えきれておらず、行くと後悔する日本人の方も多そうなので念のため。 具体的には、「日本語が通じない」場合があります。 いいホテルですのでまた行きたいなとは思ってたんですけどね。

早めに到着したので荷物を先に預けました。その際のスタッフの対応は親切で良かったです。チェックインの際は、新人さんで不慣れな印象でした。新人のうちは仕方ない部分もありますが、もう少し教育をしっかりしてからじゃないとマズイんじゃないかと感じました。 ロイヤルパークというブランドと4つ星ランクでしたが、そういう期待度で見てしまうのはやめた方が良いと思います。3つ星レベルが妥当かと思います。 部屋は狭いですし、浴槽も無いシャワーブースだけ。これは私のチェック漏れでした。 アメニティはフロントの脇から自分で取っていく。完全に1泊　6,000円程度のビジネスホテル並みですね。

Due to traveling through Asia just booked for 1 night. I was already quite fond when looking for a hotel but my expectations were met. Friendly kind and helpful staff Very nice hygienic rooms Beautiful view from the room The staff even provided me a map of Fukuoka and helped me navigate my way from the hotel to the airport and which busses to take. I wished I stayed a bit longer in the city itself but I will be back one day.

客房設計美觀，職員都十分有禮貌。值得一讚的，是半夜我女兒流鼻血，在接待處可以借用冰袋，非常幫到手！

Staff wanted to charge us when we told them we only could find 1 breakfast ticket. Even though we already paid for 2 from Expedia. Very rude.

天神　中洲などへは徒歩圏内ですし地下鉄のアクセスも便利です。スタッフの方たちもとても感じが良く　お部屋も綺麗で清潔でした。又利用したいと思います。

Convenient location for food and transport

Close to subway. Many eating places nearby. Plenty of public parking nearby

位置鄰近地鐵站，如果有行李嘅話可能六號出口會近方便一點。 附近也有便利店， Donki，都比較方便

Room was clean with a view of the city. Staff were friendly. Toiletries offered were awesome. Location is great, near the Canal City water shows. If I go back to Fukuoka, I would definitely stay here

후쿠오카 가면 이동상의 편의때문에 항상 하카타역에서 숙박을 하다 처음으로 나카스카와바타에서 지냈는데 매우 만족스럽습니다. 역에서도 가깝고 역 주변에 조금만 걸으면 먹을 곳도 꽤 있습니다. 날씨 좋으면 걸어서 텐진까지도 갈 수 있고, 바로 근처에 돈키호테도 있습니다. 호텔도 매우 깨끗하고, 조식도 만족스럽습니다! 곧 다시 후쿠오카에 갈 예정인데 무조건 저는 앞으로 여기입니다~

대욕장, 조식, 서비스 모두 좋았습니다. 나카스가와바타역 3출구로 나오면 돈키호테 보이고 3분거리입니다. 하지만 하카타역과 텐진까지 가깝지 않아 도보로 가기엔 여름에는 힘들었습니다. 저는 12층 고층이라 사진처럼 앞이 트여서 좋았습니다.

나카스 카와바타역에서 불과 3분거리에 있는 접근성이 뛰어난 호텔입니다. 일본의 호텔들이 그렇듯이 객실이 생각했던것보다 좁았지만 큰 불편함은 없었습니다.

Not the most prime location, but adequate give the price and quality balance. The hotel has been kept well and the overall environment was nice.

The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was clean and spacious by prevailing local standards, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was fantastic.

位置不錯，附近購物商場，食肆，屋台就在樓下，職員不夠主動幫忙，沒有停車場，要步行6分鐘到聯營停車場泊車，再返回酒店，在櫃枱取回行李再回房間，3樓有溫泉，有雪條提供，但溫泉外酒吧的外藉女接代員態度非常不友善，房間是尾房，有兩邊玻璃窗，景觀開楊，也夠放兩個行李，因為浸溫泉而沒有在房間沖涼，洗手間也夠闊落，早餐款式不多，味道一般。

Great central hotel close to everything. Short walk to canals. Room was excellent, we had a view over the canal. Breakfast was superb, staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We are a group of 6, are very disappointed with the breakfast, Not much choices, as for fruits, they only have bananas, grape fruits, the sushi rice not fresh at all
