The restaurant had fantastic food & service. The breakfast was great, large portions. We also enjoyed the rooftop hot tub and like that its open until midnight. Close to the airport & the rooms are a great size.

Love the pet room with nice flooring and the bed is comfortable. Disappointed in the shuttle service, we were told pick up was at 8:50pm had to call back when no one showed and then had to wait until 9:20 pm. Not good when you have been travelling all day!!

I had a decent stay, but my biggest complaint is that once I woke up in the morning, I realized there was blood on the sheets! And not from me. It didn’t look like a stain, but like fresh blood drips, and that really freaked me out. I am so regretting that I didn’t fully check the sheets before I fell asleep, and I feel pretty gross about it now.

We stayed at here for a Christmas party we were attending at the casino. The room itself was decent and comfortable enough, but the bathroom was a bit disappointing — the shower had noticeable build-up and looked a little dingy. On the positive side, the free breakfast was quite good and appreciated. Overall, it was an okay stay, just could use a little attention to the bathroom cleanliness.

Very good hotel and breakfast, but the cleaning needs improvement. E.g., lot of hair on the chair used to put on makeup, dust on the edge of the carpet against the wall. The dark colors hide the dirt well.

Large, well-decorated room with a wide variety of things to make you feel even comfortable: Keurig machine, slippers, robes, fridge, safe, user-controlled mood lighting, and a massive TV. The room featured a large, comfortable bed with excellent sheets and a mountain of pillows. The full body shower was a delight and so were the high quality bath products (including loofah!) and large, fluffy towels. Front desk staff wasn't super friendly and the restaurant, "Tonic", was a charmless, noisy place but did feature a tasty menu. Upon arrival in Tonic, the hostess said that they were very busy and that it would be a 40-minute wait for food. The restaurant appeared to be at capacity but no one was waiting so we didn't understand the rationale. Either way, when the food arrived, it was worth the wait; it was presented nicely and tasted quite good. (We had the Lomo Saltado and the burger.) The shuttle from YYC to the hotel runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours per day. Although the drivers are not friendly, nor do they load your bags, the service is fast, efficient, and for the exclusive use of this property so there are not stops along the way. Nothing to do in the neighbourhood as it's in an asphalt desert near the airport, but it is a great hotel for a layover.

The room was amazing. Lights under the beds, tv in the bathroom, little extras that make it fancy. We also had robes and sleepers to go to the hot tub. Breakfast was really good, super delicious. We were very happy staying here, and we will be back.

Cool room and fun, unique features (under bed lighting, cool shower tower with three spray settings, TV in washroom, two desks. We used the rooftop hot tub and enjoyed it, and the breakfast in the restaurant was well above average. The shower leaked (water coming out the door and pooling on the floor). Would have been nice to have USB outlets for charging phones…. Only found one on the back side of the alarm clock.

The only downfall is the property says that it’s soundproof rooms and I was able to hear ppl walking above me, next rooms tvs, ect. It is not soundproofed rooms as it’s advertised.

My experience was amazing. Wonderful staff from the front desk to the restaurant, we were treated well. Especially loved Mary Grace's customer service. It was superb. Her mannerism, and her infectious laughter was so engaging and fun to be apart of of. Love our time being here and will for sure be coming again.

Pedi explicitamente una habitacion tranquila y me situaron al lado de las ibras del ultimo piso. La habitacion que da justo en el pasillo donde hay un equipo super ruidoso de deshumidificacion y hay trabajos para cambiar el techo. No me dieron clave wifi. Somos 4 y en la habitacion solo hay 2 toallas. Llamamos a recepcion varias veces y no respondieron. Cuando llegas tarde y quieres descansar despues del vuelo, el peor escenario posible. Cancelare la otra reserva que tengo mas adelante con toda probabikidad.

This is my hotel of choice when traveling to Calgary, the team there are always friendly, accommodating, the rooms are clean, modern and affordable. Despite being close to the airport it’s quiet and most destinations with Calgary are a short drive.

Best hotel in the area and one of my favourites I've stayed in for business. Breakfast which is included is fantastic, the rooms are awesome, TV in the bathroom while you shower or get ready is a pleasant surprise, and there's a casino in the parking lot.

Conveniently located near the airport. rooms were nice. however, transportation services were slow to come (they did not stop to pick us up despite knowing our presence) and we waited over 40 minutes and the breakfast at the restaurant was not very good. however, night food was superior and very tasty.
