Overall good hotel stay. Staff very professional and courteous. Room was spacious and clean. Convenient next to bus stop for #53 bus going into downtown. Subway station ~10 min walk. The only thing holding back from a 5 star rating is the wifi is difficult to get internet in morning and evening, and the breakfast buffet is decent (could be a little better).

Sin perchero, sin sitio para dejar la maleta, sin enchufes en las mesas de noche, si minibar, el wifi lo cobran extra, al igual que el secador de pelo si lo necesitas tienes que pagar, sin nada en el baño. O hotel e o quarto são bem simples, não tem Wi-Fi, só se pagar extra, a cama é péssima no segundo dia você não consegue se mexer de dor nas costas; o chuveiro tem boa pressão, mas tem aquela cortina de plástico que gruda em você enquanto tenta tomar banho; o papel higiênico é péssimo (sai pra comprar um melhor no mercado); não tem frigobar e sequer a máquina de gelo no corredor... Não tem tomada ao lado das camas, só na bancada, a luminária é em cima da cama ( ou você bate a cabeça ou fica cego ao aceder, se você não reservar com café da manhã, pagará 9 euros, a TV é de 16 polegadas ( mal da pra assistir); ou seja, não entendi a avaliação boa/ótima do hotel, o hotel está mais para um hotel de rodoviária que outra coisa... O que salva é o atendimento das recepcionistas... Ah... A localização é boa, tem vários restaurantes a poucos passos, mas é só... Não é boa para compras, para passear ou coisa alguma.

Lugar tranquilo pero colchón durísimo para descansar, nada diferente. Para pasar una noche y nada más. TV no funcionaba y desde recepción que no lo solucionan porque es cosa de mantenimiento. Subió el recepcionista y ayudó a solucionarlo, muy atento y solicito.

Le personnel de l'hôtel m'a immédiatement demandé de réserver une chambre supplémentaire pour un coût exorbitant de 185€, une demande que j'ai trouvée totalement injustifiée. La chambre quadruple initialement réservée aurait dû suffire à nos besoins, et cette situation m'a placé dans une position très inconfortable. À cela s'ajoute une autre déception : l'absence de parking surveillé, alors que celui-ci était explicitement mentionné sur le site de réservation, hôtel.com. Cette fausse information a non seulement compromis la sécurité de mon véhicule, mais a aussi contribué à mon mécontentement général. Me pareció que las tarifa que pagué están por encima de lo que ofrece el hotel. Es limpio, silencioso, a pesar que está en una calle traficada. La persona que me atendió por la tarde era muy amable. Sin embargo cuando hice el check out. Tuve que llamar la atención de la señorita de recepción para que me mirara a la cara, cuando no estaba atendiendo a nadie, ni había ninguna persona más esperando.

We didnt get there until late but Fernando was very efficient and had us checked in very quickly. We hadnt eaten but he had no difficulty rustling us up a sandwich . In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful. The place itself was super clean and well maintained and was surrounded by a few bars and eateries.

This hotel was all we could have needed a little outside the main city but the 53 bus was right outside and got you in the city for €1.5 proper bargain. Would definitely stay here again a bar next door that did food and breakfast buffet In hotel was good for all needs.

The only positive thing about this property was the bus station that is right across the hotel, otherwise this property has nothing to offer. I asked for a room with 2 twin beds when I made the reservation but for some reason I was booked a double bed! There was no box of tissue in the room, no water bottle in the room. There's only one outlet in the room which TV was plugged into that. So I could either watch TV or charge my phone but not both at the same time! If you want to go there be aware that there's no water, hot water, tea, or coffee in the room. You can purchase coffee at the reception. Property is marked as no smoking zone but strong weed scent could be smell in the hallway just outside of our room . When we mentioned that, the reception lady said that's probably from someone's clothes!!!! I would not recommend this property at all!
