Nice hotel of slightly older style. The personnel was very helpful, mainly in Italian. The room was good, a junior suite with a small balcony with a view of the beautiful lake. The air conditioning was not very effective but ok. The bed was good. The spa was not available but could be started with 2 hours notice. A nice lawn in front of the hotel offers sun beds, most of them was working. The lake is 20 meters away and the pebble beach was good. No crowds. Bar offered beer or drinks. Good breakfast. Parking at the hotel for free.

We booked executive room with view and it was beyond our expectations. Wonderful. The views from the room, even in bed, or in the shower were outstanding.

I had a great massage. That’s probably the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The desk clerk wasn’t too interested in checking us in because we had T-shirts and shorts on when there people walking around with jackets and ties on. They didn’t even bother describing the property to me, so we had no clue there was another set of mineral pools that were indoors until the spa folks told us. That was very discouraging and disappointing because we were spent a tremendous amount of time there, but unfortunately just stayed in the room. I felt extremely disrespected and will never go back there again. I apologize for not wearing a suit and tie however I’ve been in the car eight hours so it’s easier to travel shorts and a T-shirt on :-)
