I had a great stay here! The hotel was very clean and well-kept, which made a big difference. The pool and hot tub were both in excellent condition and so relaxing. My only wish is that the pool hours were a little longer—open earlier and close later—but overall, it was still a highlight of the trip. The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of options, and the lobby snack shop had some really good choices too. The room was also better than expected—for a standard room, it came with a microwave, mini fridge, and even a TV with Netflix and apps! That made it super convenient and comfortable. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was AMAZING!! The best I have EVER experienced! The reason I gave a 4 star for the area around the property is because it was a little messy. It wasn't necessally the hotel property that was messy it was the neighboring properties that were messy but we still had to look at it. 4 stars for the condition and facilities because the hot tub was broken and that was all we really wanted to enjoy for one night! One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub. All in all this I was one of the greatest, friendliest places I have ever stayed in my life! ... And I have traveled a lot!

Decent pool and hot tub, loved that there were towels available there. Gym is 24 hours and seens nice with tvs and a water cooler. Lovely lobby with a bar and 24 hour self serve purchase snack and drink area that is convenient and clean. As the hotel is next to the I-5 highway, there are some car noises that may bother some people. I only heard one noise at night that bothered me. The doors for each room tend to slam so it can be a bit annoying to hear everyone else near you entering and exiting their room at all hours of the day. Spacious and clean rooms. Wished they offered more tea variety, or normal tea bags, as the only black tea they offered for the Keurig machine was not great tasting. Overall, a nice property that is conveniently located right off the I-5 highway and Alderwood mall.

Property was convenient for our stay. Free parking and affordable; however, we also booked for the indoor pool but it needs some TLC around the pool area and the indoor pool was too cold for the kid to want to swim. Not sure if it was just the time of year or heater broken.

It was really nice and staff were ok. They weren’t very welcoming at check-in. The main thing that bothered me the pool and hot tub being closed. We specifically looked at pools when booking and there were no mentions of the pool being closed. We wanted a nice weekend swimming and the kiddos were excited to go swimming. So basically it was a big let down. This is the second time booking with Expedia and the pool has been closed with no mentions on the site.

I love Hilton properties Overall and this one was great As Well. I noticed the front desk about an issue with the USB Plugs and 110 outlets next to the bed were dead. Even tested other cables and no luck. They had other outlets at the desk and that helped.

Awesome room for the price. Great amenities and customer service! The room temperature controls were awful. The quality of the pillows were awful. Would be more likely to book a room during the summer and bring my own pillows from home, for sure!

Very rude staff!!! My kids and a few others were playing on the sixth floor with a foam ball. Another guest had told us that it was okay, they had only been playing for 15 minutes when Joe came running up six flights of stairs and proceeded to yell at 10 year olds. He had told them to “Take their crap and leave”. I was unhappy with the way he had handled it, so I went to speak with him and tell him I was sorry for the kids but didn’t appreciate how he handled the situation. He then started to point his finger at me and treat me like a child. He told me that if I didn’t like how he was handling it I could leave and find another hotel, along with the rest of the group. I am very unhappy with this disrespectful staff member, and would not recommend other families to stay here, as they are not kid friendly.

Maremma at the Bar/Buffet and Daniel at the front desk were fantastic. Some of the best service and nicest people ever. Would stay here again solely based on their customer service. The property was new, clean and beautiful as well: and the Rooms…HUGE!

The property was nice and new, but the service from the staff was majorly lacking. Housekeeping never did the full range of “light touch” service the entire time we were there. We called for it every single day, never made the bed, took our trash, or cleared out the bathroom towels. We were granted a late check out (1pm) and went swimming. Once we got back to the room at 12pm, we were locked out. Dripping wet and cold, we had to go down to the front desk, where not a single sole could be found for over 10 minutes. Even walked through the office and started calling out for some help and knocking on doors. A car in the parking lot had their back window shattered while we were there. For lack of helpful friendly staff, I won’t stay here again.

Hotel is clean, SAFE, easy parking and close to every need (shopping, restaurants, etc), but car dependent. Near the freeway so a bit noisy but insulated windows do a nice job and MUCH better than expected. Highly recommend. Likely in top 3 for properties in area.

Super clean and quiet! We waked from the hotel to the light rail so we could go to a Mariner's game. The young (to us) man, who checked us in, was super helpful and courteous! I wish I knew his name so I could give him a shout out!

We were in town for a 3-day sales conference. The breakfast was okay with decent options. The food overall was pretty good, they were out of a lot of things to drink at the bar. The bartender was an amazingly kind and helpful man. So were the waiters and waitresses. The front desk staff are very friendly and accommodating. Honestly my biggest issues are more with the condition of our room. Not really worth complaining about but our shower head was broken and it was dripping onto this metal plate that's covering the drain and so whenever someone in our room took a shower there was just loud. Ping, ping, ping, ping ping.

Simply put, this hotel is gorgeous, clean and conveniently located! Check in was fast and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and our server, Mussie, is a keeper @hilton!! He was probably the single most kind and attentive server I have ever had. We are visiting from Canada and will definitely be back for some Christmas shopping
