Très agréable séjour dans cet hotel... Les +: la qualité de la nourriture, variée et excellente, jusqu'aux patisseries qui en général sont bof bof...que ce soit au restaurant principal ou au resto italien (burrata extra, banoffee extra...). Beaucoup de choix..que ce soit les viandes les poissons les salades, les soupes... Le site, avec les piscines (eclairées de LED la nuit) et la proximité de la plage.. les transats bien épais et très confortables.. La vue de notre chambre (bungalow vue mer) directement sur la plage...des peignoirs à disposition et des chaussons.. A ne pas manquer, monter en haut des falaises par un petit chemin pour avoir une belle vue.. L'acces aux rues commercantes qui sont à 50 m de l'hotel... Le SPA, la piscine interieure où il fait bon qd c'est tres chaud dehors et la qualité des massages.. Surtout du calme, pas de musique à fond pres de la piscine tte la journee..De la musique le soir, avec des groupes de qualité, mais tout s 'arrete à 23 h petantes pour ceux qui veulent dormir.. Enfin l'accueil, le personnel est charmant et aux petits soins... Notre avion ne partait qu'en soirée, nous avons pu bénéficier d'une chambre pour nous doucher avant de partir et ainsi profiter à fond de ce dernier jour.. Les petits moins: il y a un peu de moustiques le soir, comme chez nous en France..!.et ce qu'il m a manqué, juste une boite de kleenex dans la chambre...L' aqua fitness proposé seulement 1 jour sur 2, j'aurais apprécié tous les jours...

Loved this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. We had an early flight so arrived before the rooms are normally ready. We were greeted with a refreshing drink and cool flannel. There was no waiting at the desk we just sat and relaxed whilst they sorted everything. We were given a slip with our room number and a link to the hotel app so that we could go and have lunch. They took a phone number so that they could let us know the minute our room was ready. We were then given an orientation trip on a buggy around the resort on the way to our room and our luggage arrived shortly after. A perfect start. We went all inclusive. The menus on the App reflected this so we could see what was included and what was extra.The food was cooked to perfection in all the restaurants and I liked that we were able to see every dish available in the main restaurant, which was buffet style, on the app so you were able to decide where to eat. They had a few themed nights but I was always able to find something and I am a fussy eater. Don’t know if all inclusive worked out reasonable or not but I like to have everything sorted and no surprises. The poolside ordering was great. No one constantly bothering you. If you wanted something you clicked on the app and they brought it over. You could even order a nice snack to your sun lounger. The entertainment was subtle, no big shows. A couple of nice duos. It was pleasant and relaxing. A fantastic stay.

Lovely hotel, which with a couple of small tweaks would be a fantastic hotel. Very clean, pool it self wonderful and most staff very helpful. Just wish it hadn't been the frustrating sunbed dash. The guys around the pool definitely dont enforce the pool rules.

We stayed in a beach front bungalow with shared pool access for 7 nights all inclusive and had a great time. The room was lovely with everything we needed. We were pleased we had the pool as the main pool was often busy throughout the day. The hotel has lots of facilities and good food choices for lunch and dinner. The bar at the main pool is great for a cocktail in the afternoon and evening. We really enjoyed our time at Port Royal.

Kjempeflott hotell som virkelig levde opp til forventingene. Fine rom med skandinavisk stil, kjempegod mat og drikke, nydelig spaavdeling og fint treningsrom. Man for en følelse av luksus på dette hotellet, og det har en helt spesiell og rolig atmosfære. Direkte tilgang til stranden med gode solsenger, nærhet til butikker og restauranter rett på utsiden av hotellet. Det er ikke kjempemye å gjøre i området, så passer seg aller mest for mennesker som ønsker avslapning og luksus. Ellers anbefaler jeg å leie bil, mye å finne på kun korte kjøreturer unna :)

The pool is unique and amazing

Excellent séjour fin mai. Nous avions une chambre avec jacuzzi chauffé, vue sur mer. La chambre était parfaite, excellente literie, transat sur le balcon. Le bar propose des snack de qualité et d’excellents cocktails. Le buffet le soir est renouvellé tous les jour et c’est très bon ! Possible de louer une voiture directement depuis le hall de l’hôtel, accès à des boutiques, épicerie et pharmacie en 2 min à pied. On reviendra c’est certain.

Très bel hotel avec service et localisation parfaits. Sa plage privée est un grand atout. La nourriture en all inclusive est très correcte. Seul point négatif a été le bruit démesuré des cigales. Les arbres de l’hotel abritent énormément de cigales, ce qui au départ paraissait plutôt amusant mais au bout de quelques jours le bruit est devenu insupportable. Dommage car toute une partie des transats au bord la piscine était affectée par ce bruit et y rester toute l’après midi était impossible.

Hotel spotless even around the pool at the end of the day. Hardly any flies or insects- less than UK. Mosquito netting blinds in case. Balcony with useful rail for drying wet things. View beautiful to sea. Lovely arrangement of Villas around a few pools. 5 min walk to main building from our villa which was very hot due to extreme heat while we were there. Amazing choices of food with plenty of different fish to try, veggie, salads, pizzas, olives, breads, hot, cold. Staff very helpful. One alcoholic drink ( usually) with lunch or evening meal if wanted, served to you, but not a problem as could easily get drinks from a bar afterwards. 3-4 bars. We liked the top one in the foyer best as nice and cool And Sakiss very friendly and helpful . 3 restaurants but only used one as so much choice there for everyone and staff very nice and helpful. Rooms cleaned spotlessly every day. Shower fabulous/ big- walk in with a directable option too. Mini fridge stocked up every other day for all inclusive. Towels for beach or pool supplied. Room spacious with nice spaces shelves etc for belongings and a safe. Few little welcome bits and bobs - nice touch. Reception very helpful with excellent English.sorted a large taxi to airport for 4 adults and 4 largish suitcases €65. Walk to beach - 5 mins - could be less . No room to write more

Me and my partner stayed here for a week and June and I can honestly say it’s the best holiday we’ve had just us two. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you, the rooms were lovely, smart and clean, the pool area was fab and the restaurants were superb. We will definitely be back!

Ein wirklich sehr schönes Erwachsenenhotel zum entspannen. Das Essen ist sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Hotelstrand ist ein abgegrenzter Bereich eines öffentlichen Strandes. Leider kommen auch andere Strandbesucher mit Kindern in den Strandbereich und es wird schon mal lauter. Der sehr hilfsbereite und herzliche Hotelmitarbeiter Romeo, der jeden Tag bis nachmittags am Strand ist, achtet zwar darauf, dass dies nicht passiert, aber er ist dort alleine mit Liegenservice, Getränkeservice etc. Eine Person kann dies nicht bewältigen. Hier müsste mehr Personal am Strandbereich sein + eine bessere Beschriftung zur Abgrenzung des Strandsbereiches würde hier deutlich helfen.

Amazing pool area, nice beach, Lunch at Armira Restaurant und Dinner at La Pasteria Restaurant was very good also the employees there. Buffetrestaurant has like a canteen feeling and could be open longer as until 21:00. Our room was only superficially cleaned (Our floor hadn't been mopped in a long time) nonetheless we had a wonderful holiday!

Schöne Zimmer, superfreundliches Personal, sehr sauber, angenehme Restaurants mit sehr guter Essensauswahl, lediglich kleinere Schwierigkeiten mit Zimmerservice und AI-Leistungen. Für uns ein sehr schöner und leider viel zu kurzer Aufenthalt.

It was nice. The service could maybe have been better at times, we got a vibe that they weren't that interested. However, the drink collection was great, the food was okay too and we did like the room, although maybe it could've been just a tad more clean. We needed a gluten free diet, and although the hotel wasn't set up properly to mark what we could and could not eat, they did take the time to go through the items with us to make sure that no things that couldn't be eaten ended up on the plate. Overall, the value wasn't there for us, but that does not mean it wouldn't be for you. It just wasn't a fit for our style of travel, and didn't provide enough to cover the high price we paid for it.

We enjoyed our stay. the staff is very friendly and service oriented, pools and bech are great, food is delicioius, rooms are beautiful. Perfect experience.

Amazing hotel great grounds staff and setting all fantastic ! my only very minor comment was that the aircon was set so it wouldn’t go lover than 22 degrees

Nous sommes ici loin des prestations et des services d’un 5 étoiles. Nous avons changé 3 fois de chambre pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits et nous avons rencontré 3 fois le même problème une climatisation qui fait un bruit de tracteur. On nous a conseillé de la mettre au minimum pour ne pas trop l’entendre pendant la nuit et Biensur d’avoir chaud…Merci a Hotels.com pour leur rapidité pour la prise en compte de notre réclamation car du côté de l’hôtel aucun geste commercial n’a était effectué. nous avons également était très déçu du restaurant à 31€ par personne sous forme de buffet hors boissons où vous retrouverait une cuisine digne d’une cantine scolaire des années 90… vous mangez c’est tout ne cherchez pas le plaisir il n’existe pas. 1 piscine tombe en morceau… vous pouvez marcher sur des morceaux de Mosaique qui ce décolle sans oublié les os de poulets que nous avons trouvé dans la piscine … Nous sommes plutôt proche du 3 étoiles que du 5. Nous avons passé un bien meilleur séjour juste avant a l’hôtel cook’s club proche de rhodes. Que je vous recommande les yeux fermés

The room was a sea view bungalow. One grade below a suite. Not a budget room. The view was good enough but the sink was in the middle of the bedroom! The oddest designed hotel room I ever stayed at. There was no separate bathroom from the bedroom. A small, bare, plastered wall toilet had a door on it. Apart from this there was not a separate bathroom with a door. I didn’t enjoy staying in this room at all. The food was very disappointing. Every meal including the morning omelette was dry. The meat was dry, the vegetables were dry, the yellow melons unripe and the food was unflavoured and uninteresting.

Nettes Hotel, gutes Essen. Leider die Zimmer recht klein. Badezimmer nur mit einer Glastür abgetrennt, man hat also nicht wirklich Privatsphäre. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter!

Wir haben mit Halbpension im Hotel eingecheckt. An der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass die Getränke beim Abendessen kostenlos seien. Trotzdem wurde beim Check-out von uns verlangt, die Getränke beim Abendessen zu bezahlen. Obwohl sie als kostenlos bezeichnet wurden. Das war überhaupt nicht angenehm. Abgesehen von der falschen Information an der Rezeption war alles in Ordnung.

The staff at this hotel are the perfect balance between professional and friendly. They are very efficient but made every interaction feel as though it was important personally, and took their time to get to know you and remember your preferences. It was like being amongst new friends. No request was too much - they went out of their way to make you happy. Guest Relations Manager George deserves a special mention. It was my partner’s birthday while we were there and he arranged a number of special treats for her during our stay, including a beautiful floating breakfast, which was delivered by a lovely member of staff who helped to make the day even more special. He was always around, lovely to chat to and really made a wonderful trip even more special. He is the perfect front man for the hotel and spa. Our room was gorgeous, spotlessly clean and maintained to that standard every day. It was very well equipped with high-end toiletries, linens and towels and a fully stocked mini-bar, and a beautiful sharing pool outside the patio doors with stunning views over the beach and sunrise, as well as the stars at night. We stayed on an all inclusive package, and this was worth every penny. The bar staff at the pool were excellent, and special mention must be given to Peppa and Eva and their colleagues in La Pasteria and Armira Restaurant who made us feel so welcome and looked after us beautifully when we ate with them. All of the food was exceptional throughout our stay.

Grounds and room were nice and clean, but had to wait an unreasonable time to get checked in and reception was cold every time we interacted with them. Rest of staff was warm and welcoming. Also we didn’t like having to download and use an app to order/ look at food when trying to unplug on vacation.

Eine schöne Anlage macht noch nicht ein wirklich gutes Hotel! Es hilft nicht wenn man in einer wunderschönen Anlage wohnt und sich dort nicht willkommen fühlt, seine Privatsphäre nicht respektiert wird und man mit Briefen ( wegen eigenen Getränken im Zimmerkühlschrank)gegängelt wird! Anstatt ein persönliches Gespräch zu suchen. Was überhaupt nicht geht ist das rumschnüffeln in persönlichen Dingen ! Generell muss das Personal unbedingt in Sachen Kundenorientiert, Freundlichkeit und Kundenservice geschult werden. Wir haben es noch nie erlebt, dass man so arrogant, unfreundlich behandelt wird. Hinzu zu fügen ist, dieses Hotel steht sehr auf Regeln! Werden aber willkürlich behandelt! Ob das von der Tagesform , Tringeldgabe oder ? abhängt, können wir nicht beurteilen. Am Pool wird man den ganzen Tag mit unerträglicher Musik beschallt, je nach Wind hallt das ganze unerträglich und vermischt sich dann mit anderer Musik vom Restaurant oder Bar! Bei Zuviel Wind werden die Sonnenschirme geschlossen!! Ohne Kommentar, erst auf Nachfragen bekommt man Auskunft oder eine patzige Antwort der Dame die am Pool arbeitet, generell hängt das Personal am Pool den ganzen Tag an ihrem Handy ! Wer für uns ein Lichtblick in der ganzen Zeit war, waren die Damen beim Frühstück, die Einzigen die wirklich freundlich , zugewandt , flott und sehr zuvorkommend ihre Arbeit verrichtet haben. Frühstücks Buffett war sehr abwechslungsreich. Ansonsten unverschämte Preise für Getränke, Snacks, Gerichte!

The hotel was amazing but the service was horroble

We had a fantastic stay again. No complaints. Special thanks to beach truck staff and breakfast staff, as they were extremely attentive and friendly.

One of the best places I have ever stayed in my life. Everything is beautiful, the staff are exceptionally helpful! They made my whole trip amazing and I recommend everyone to stay here in Rhodes

Our stay at the hotel was overall very nice. The hotel is clean, offers many amenities, the pool is great, and the direct beach location was perfect. We also really liked the comfort and the appearance of the hotel. One small downside was that drinks at dinner were not included and had to be paid separately – for the price we expected otherwise. It was also a bit disappointing that reservations were required for other restaurants. On the positive side, there were plenty of lovely restaurants and bars outside the hotel. All in all, we had a great time and can recommend the hotel.

Rent, moderne og flott Hotel! Anbefales 😊 Ikke så mye å gjøre i selve byen der, så vi var glad vi hadde bil for å kjøre litt rundt.

Das Hotel war sehr ruhig und gut gelegen mit vielen Shops in der Nähe. Der Pool sieht sehr schön aus, vor allem wenn es dunkel ist. Das Essen war gut und auch der Service. Das Wasser im Meer war sehr blau was vermutlich daran liegt, dass Unterwasser Steine liegen statt Sand. Der Strand selbst ist ein Sandstrand.

Super hôtel, personnel très gentil. Beachboy manoli extra. Bon buffet le matin, varié et de qualité ! Seul bémol, le soir le buffet est fermé très très tôt (à 9h00 toutes les tables sont dégagées) ce qui pose pbm quand on rentre d’excursion. La ville par contre n’a aucun intérêt. L’hôtel se suffit à lui-même.

Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr schön. Es waren sehr viele ältere Menschen vor Ort. Hat uns mitte 30 jetzt nicht so gestört. Es war aber auffällig älteres Publikum. Das Essen war gut und der Service auch. Für meinen Geschmack ein bischen zu ruhig. Aber sonst ganz gut.

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura… servizio e personale fantastici. La piscina e gli spazi comuni sono molto curati, e considerando il periodo (agosto) c’era una pace e una tranquillità che in altri posti non si trovano. Colazione e cena ottime, tantissima scelta. L’hotel è in una posizione strategica, a metà strada tra Lindos e Rodi. Spero un giorno di ritornarci!

Seul bémol, le soir le buffet est fermé très très tôt (à 9h00 toutes les tables sont dégagées) ce qui pose pbm quand on rentre d’excursion. La ville par contre n’a aucun intérêt. L’hôtel se suffit à lui-même.

Gepflegtes 5-Sterne-Hotel – Komfort und Kulinarik nur 4 Sterne Die Anlage ist sauber, ruhig und sehr gepflegt, der Schlafkomfort exzellent. Der hohe Preis wird jedoch durch deutliche Mängel im gastronomischen Bereich (Qualität Note 4) und ein extrem restriktives All-Inclusive-Angebot (AI) entkräftet. Das Adults-Only Hotel bietet eine solide Basis. Zimmerservice war schnell, Betten sehr bequem. Ein Großteil der Mitarbeiter ist höflich. All-Inclusive (AI) – größter Mangel: Das AI-Paket ist extrem restriktiv und unangemessen. Bis zu 50% der Speisen/Getränke stehen nur gegen hohe Aufpreise zur Verfügung. Die Preisgestaltung ist intransparent: Eine Pizza Primavera kostet AI-Gäste 16 Euro. Preise für einfache Gerichte sind völlig überzogen und im Widerspruch zur durchgehend mäßigen Qualität. Das als Show-Cooking verkaufte Spaghetti Carbonara dauerte nur vier Minuten und war mit 22–25 Euro zudem völlig überteuert. Die Minibar wird nur alle zwei Tage aufgefüllt, was bei AI-Gästen unverständlich ist. Gastronomie (Schulnote 4): Trotz großer Auswahl bleiben Wünsche offen. Beispiele wie mehlige gegrillte Garnelen oder Fisch mit Gräten sind nicht akzeptabel. Kleine Mängel, wie das fade Tzatziki, könnten durch das separate Anbieten von Knoblauch behoben werden. Die Avocadocreme war beim Frühstück nur selten verfügbar. Fazit: Wer ein durchgängiges 5-Sterne-Luxus-Erlebnis erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Die Service- und Leistungs-Qualität entspricht maximal einem gehobenen 4-Sterne Haus.

Best all inclusive hotel I have stayed at. Not cheap but you very quickly earn that back in food and drinks. Service brilliant - all staff are very friendly, genuine and on hand to help. Special call out to Pepa in La Pasteria who especially looked after us Food amazing - buffet probably better than your average all inclusive buffet but still a buffet at end of the day and not the best food ever, however the food offered in the a la carte restaurant and cocktail bar (both of which you can visit as often as you want and the a la carte at lunch too) is really really top quality. So many dishes I thought were so tasty and presented brilliant too. Hotel very calm and quiet. Enough beds to go round between the two pools. Loads of cocktails and drinks included. We love our stay. Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Very quiet and beautiful place, the food options were great, we really enjoyed the main restaurant and La Pasteria.

The room was a sea view bungalow. One grade below a suite. Not a budget room. The view was good enough but the sink was in the middle of the bedroom! The oddest designed hotel room I ever stayed at. There was no separate bathroom from the bedroom. A small, bare, plastered wall toilet had a door on it. Apart from this there was not a separate bathroom with a door. I didn’t enjoy staying in this room at all. The food was very disappointing. Every meal including the morning omelette was dry. The meat was dry, the vegetables were dry, the yellow melons unripe and the food was unflavoured and uninteresting.

Das Hotel, der Pool und der Strand sind wunderschön und das Personal zum Großteil sehr freundlich. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut die Auswahl des All-Inclusive Angebots aber nicht immer ganz sinnvoll (Beispiel: Calamari als Vorspeise sind im Angebot enthalten, als Hauptspeise aber nicht. Schinken gibt es beim Buffet aber Pizza mit Schinken gehört nicht dazu). Die Cocktails sind hervorragend und machen das All-Inclusive Angebot lohnenswert. Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr empfehlenswert, wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub, lediglich Kleinigkeiten könnte man verbessern.
