Ottima la doccia e gli accessori tutti ben funzionanti e di qualità (lavatrice con asciugatrice, frigorifero, rubinetteria, deumidificatore, macchina per caffè, tostapane, etc, tutte di ottima marca ). Comodi i materassi. 🙁 Il monolocale è molto umido, posto su un piano ammezzato quasi a livello stradale, angusto ed inadeguato per tre persone. Il bagno non consente adeguata privacy per ubicazione e struttura (frontale al letto matrimoniale, solo in parte chiuso da muro e privo di porta)"

Upon our arrival, we felt that the apartment was very damp. It smelled of mold. Every day when we stepped out, we saw rats in the hall. On our last night there was no electrical power. As a result, we could not use heaters or a dehumidifier, it was very cold and humid in the apartment. Moreover, we could not take a shower, boil water, use the stove or a refrigerator. We had to pack in complete darkness because we had to leave soon. It was extremely difficult to clean after ourselves or wash dishes because we had no power, and it was dark in the apartment. We had been grossly inconvenienced. When I contacted the management, I was brushed off.
Upon our arrival, we felt that the apartment was very damp. It smelled of mold. Every day when we stepped out, we saw rats in the hall. On our last night there was no electrical power. As a result, we could not use heaters or a dehumidifier, it was very cold and humid in the apartment. Moreover, we could not take a shower, boil water, use the stove or a refrigerator. We had to pack in complete darkness because we had to leave soon. It was extremely difficult to clean after ourselves or wash dishes because we had no power, and it was dark in the apartment. We had been grossly inconvenienced. When I contacted the management, I was brushed off.

Le Cocoon 29 The place was wonderful! Centrally located, clean and nicely decorated. However the only issue is that the building does not have great reception (not the fault of the agency). The Wi-Fi is not great either but they mentioned that there was construction going on with the cell phone towers. If you work remotely and plan to stay here, this would be something for you to consider. Otherwise perfect place and great service.

Le déshumidificateur qui doit marcher constamment sinon ça pue et c’est tellement humide que les draps restent collés, sans parler du bruit infernal. Sous le lavabo plein de toiles d’araignées. Les carreaux rouillés juste en haut de la douche c’est dégoûtant.Est-ce vraiment une salle de bains avec la douche au pied du lit?

Le Cocoon 29 "Sábanas sucias sin cambiar 🙂 La localización: muy céntrico. Es en una planta baja sin ascensor ni escaleras. Solo 4 escalones. 🙁 Cuando llegamos al alojamiento la cama principal estaba hecha pero al rato, cuando íbamos a dormir, la abrimos y descubrimos que la sábana estaba toda arrugada, sucia y llena de polvo. Era evidente que no la habían cambiado. Muy desagradable. La del sofá cama estaba por un estilo, ya que la habían dejado dentro del sofá cerrado. Tuvimos que cambiar toda la ropa de cama nosotros por nuestra cuenta, porque era casi la 1 am y queríamos descansar después de un largo viaje. Además, el microondas funcionaba algunas veces y otras no. Con lo cual a veces podíamos calentar cosas y otras no, teniendo que usar la vitrocerámica obligatoriamente. Estos problemas los comunicamos la primera noche a la persona que nos hizo el checkin, dijo que revisaría al día siguiente el microondas, pero a día de hoy seguimos sin respuesta alguna."

This would be a 5 star stay except for poor lighting in the ample salon. The best feature is the quiet comfort and amazing location. Within 5 minutes are 4 boulangeries / patisseries, 2 friendly grocery shops, 2 metro stations, excellent buses and am amazing hardware store!

Le Cocoon 29 "No lo recomiendo para nada. Para empezar, olia mucho a humo de cigarro, la unica solucion que nos dio fue un spray para el olor (ibamos con una niña de 2 años, obvio que es muy toxico). Mucha humedad al tener la ducha en la habitacion y olor a ello. La calefaccion de la habitacion no funcionaba y nos dijo que nos arreglesemos con el de la cocina-sala y hacia mucho frio. Mucho polvo, la cuberteria sucia, la bajera y la manta para el sofa-cama usados/sucios. Y el tragaluz es… ilumina toda la habitacion. Teniamos reserva para tres noches y solo hicimos una, no se podia estar ahi. Nuestra peor esperiencia en airbnb, nos ha fastidiado las vacaciones."

Eso si el wifi no funcionaba y el microondas tampoco (imprescindible para nosotros) avisamos mediante sms con el número que teníamos de contacto (habla francesa) y solo nos solucionó el wifi… El apto. Estaba limpio pero hay muchísima humedad Comentar que en el dormitorio principal hay un tragaluz que para los amantes de la oscuridad mientras duermen no lo recomiendo. Juego de sábanas para el sofá cama sobre coste de 25 euros…"

Le Cocoon 29 "Excelente espaço mesmo no centro da cidade! 🙂 A localização é sem dúvida das melhores, mesmo no centro da cidade. Fica a 5 min do ""Place de la Bourse"" e a 10 min do ""Grand Théâtre"". Fácil de nos deslocarmos de um lado para o outro. Foi muito fácil obter as chaves e conseguimos inclusive fazer check in um pouco mais cedo. O espaço apesar de não muito grande é bastante acolhedor. O sofá-cama é bem espaçoso, dá perfeitamente para 2 pessoas dormirem. Éramos 3 pessoas e acabamos por optar por 2 pessoas dormirem no sofá e 1 na cama. A cozinha está equipada por completo e a casa tem arrumação para poderem guardar os vossos pertences. É um sítio que vou recomendar sem dúvida a amigos e familiares. 🙁 A casa de banho era dentro do quarto e não havia qualquer tipo de privacidade. Não existia porta para o WC(tínhamos de colocar música alta para não se ouvir ""sons"") e o chuveiro tinha portas completamente transparentes."

Le Cocoon 29 "El apartamento estaba ubicado en una zona céntrica perfecto para una escapada y no tener que coger ningún medio de transporte para moverte por el centro. Eso si el wifi no funcionaba y el microondas tampoco (imprescindible para nosotros) avisamos mediante sms con el número que teníamos de contacto (habla francesa) y solo nos solucionó el wifi… El apto. Estaba limpio pero hay muchísima humedad Comentar que en el dormitorio principal hay un tragaluz que para los amantes de la oscuridad mientras duermen no lo recomiendo. Juego de sábanas para el sofá cama sobre coste de 25 euros…"

Le Cocoon 29 "Sábanas sucias sin cambiar 🙂 La localización: muy céntrico. Es en una planta baja sin ascensor ni escaleras. Solo 4 escalones. 🙁 Cuando llegamos al alojamiento la cama principal estaba hecha pero al rato, cuando íbamos a dormir, la abrimos y descubrimos que la sábana estaba toda arrugada, sucia y llena de polvo. Era evidente que no la habían cambiado. Muy desagradable. La del sofá cama estaba por un estilo, ya que la habían dejado dentro del sofá cerrado. Tuvimos que cambiar toda la ropa de cama nosotros por nuestra cuenta, porque era casi la 1 am y queríamos descansar después de un largo viaje. Además, el microondas funcionaba algunas veces y otras no. Con lo cual a veces podíamos calentar cosas y otras no, teniendo que usar la vitrocerámica obligatoriamente. Estos problemas los comunicamos la primera noche a la persona que nos hizo el checkin, dijo que revisaría al día siguiente el microondas, pero a día de hoy seguimos sin respuesta alguna."

Le Cocoon 29 "Excelente espaço mesmo no centro da cidade! 🙂 A localização é sem dúvida das melhores, mesmo no centro da cidade. Fica a 5 min do ""Place de la Bourse"" e a 10 min do ""Grand Théâtre"". Fácil de nos deslocarmos de um lado para o outro. Foi muito fácil obter as chaves e conseguimos inclusive fazer check in um pouco mais cedo. O espaço apesar de não muito grande é bastante acolhedor. O sofá-cama é bem espaçoso, dá perfeitamente para 2 pessoas dormirem. Éramos 3 pessoas e acabamos por optar por 2 pessoas dormirem no sofá e 1 na cama. A cozinha está equipada por completo e a casa tem arrumação para poderem guardar os vossos pertences. É um sítio que vou recomendar sem dúvida a amigos e familiares. 🙁 A casa de banho era dentro do quarto e não havia qualquer tipo de privacidade. Não existia porta para o WC(tínhamos de colocar música alta para não se ouvir ""sons"") e o chuveiro tinha portas completamente transparentes."
