The hotel was good. Everything we needed was available… the only thing is the was no pool for the kids (but that won’t keep us from booking here again).

Stay was great. When they checked us in we were never told about needing a parking pass. When we went to check out there was a letter on our vehicle about needing a parking pass. The lady at the dexk made sure there wasn't any parking charges though and apologized. That was the only issue. I was surprised with how big the hotel room was.

Everything was fine except they only had one working EV charger. I suppose I shouldn't expect a number of free EV chargers but maybe they should consider installing more EV chargers as there was a lot of demand for this one charger.

It was clean and quiet, relatively new, near the Link lite rail. Parking was scarce around the hotel, and the garage is a tight fit. Breakfast sandwich and coffee were good in the restaurant/cafe.

The walls seemed very thin. Could her the neighbor's talking and their tv. The emergency light in the ceiling flashed every 15 seconds. Shower design causes the water to splash all over the floor. Prices at the cafe were outrageous. Only cream for room coffee was powdered. Staff was courteous. Workout room was great.

This hotel. Was the worst hotel ive ever stayed. First night shower didnt work No Hot Water.. So they moved me to another room. The under side of toilet Absolutely Disgusting! Never been ckeaned. I dint recommend this hotel to anyone

I booked two rooms with two beds each for four ladies for one night before embarking on a cruise. We arrived late after a long day traveling. One room had WET carpet. Not damp recently shampooed carpet, but saturated and slick wet like problem with plumbing. Room was hot and humid and bathroom floors were slick. Other room had a bed with dead bugs (not bed bugs) when the sheets were turned down. We did ask for new sheets. Breakfast was muffins and slow service and they charged us when we thought breakfast would be complimentary. I have never experienced two rooms with problems in all my stays at hotels. It was shocking, but in my 80s, we were too worn out to change rooms after a very long day traveling.

I was very happy with mistake here. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. The entire facility was walked out and spotless. The staff was kind and courteous. I especially enjoy walking to nearby restaurants for food. And the shopping was right down the road.

The staff was extremely friendly and approachable. The food and drinks offered were tasty but incredibly expensive but I understand that part of the cost is due to convenience. My only real complaint was the cleanliness of the hotel. My room had obviously not been deep cleaned in some time and there were stains on walls and in the carpet. The bathroom counter had been soaked previously and the tissue box was damp and moldy inside the holder. The lobby furniture had stains and the walls had what I assume (and hope) was coffee splatters around the elevator and some of the seating areas. Overall I’d stay again but would consider other options first due to the overall lack of cleanliness.

We had a great weekend stay at this hotel. We were a big group so we reserved a bigger room. It was comfortable, quiet, had lots of plugs, plenty of seating, and clean. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to a local park, had easy access to the freeway and the Northgate area.

The Courtyard strikes you as new, and the underground parking is a welcome amenity. My room impressed me with its eight sets of lights, a good indicator of its thoughtful design. It featured two comfortable queen beds and a useful sitting area with a pullout couch. Having two Samsung TVs and reliable internet speeds for streaming Netflix was also a bonus. Considering the room rate, I felt I got great value, even if I wished for complimentary breakfast and parking.

Everything about our stay met my expectations....except... "free wifi" was unattainable. A login splash page informed me that wifi was free for rewards members. But, it was already supposed to be free, but multiple and varied attempts to use this advertised amenity failed. I have nothing against reward programs, per se, but I do not want all of all the unsolicited emails that result. To reiterate, this was the one and only area of our stay that disappointed. Everything else was tremendous.

This hotel is 4 blocks from the highway. The noise in the room was terrible. They should have put in triple pane windows??? Can also hear normal footsteps above and normal voices next to me. Room was modern and new, but the noise was annoying. Nice, fresh breakfast food at the bistro/Starbucks for a fee

The Courtyard by Marriott property was overbooked and upon arrival the staff redirected us to another hotel. Despite the fact that our stay was prepaid we had to drive additional 25 miles north late at night after a long day of travel and return back 25 miles early next day for our meetings. This is a terrible and inexcusable business practice!

We were told there was to be a daily tidy up of the room, although we did not have anyone do that until we went down to the office the next day and complained. This had to happen twice during our six night stay. The restaurant was very understaffed for breakfast, so it was impossible to get food there the morning we tried to.

The person who checked me in told me to tap my cc on the reader, I touched the side of the reader then it lost power. I said did I do that? She said "Thats why we only tap the machine" She then proceeded to disconnect and reconnect some cables and do something on the back of the main screen, which in my opinion she had done many times before, so I asked Does this happen often? She said no dont worry about it. She used a rude tone while speaking to me. The cc readers are on swivels and look to go forward and back and I barely touched it. Got to my room and only 2 towels for 2 of us, I called housekeeping and it rang for a while then went to a full voice mall box. I called front desk to and she said they will bring towels "IF" she has someone to bring them up. I told her I need tonight so I just crossed my fingers and luckily a nice young man gave us some. But why tell me I can get some only if someone can bring up? It was not late at night. Took my shoes off in room and carpet wet in front of heater and soaked my socks. Glad we only booked one night as my stay has been extended and we're going across the street ,to another hote,l they treat me like their happy to see me and not some pain in the butt guest

This is fairly new property (we stayed in May 2023) and is located close to Ballard and Northgate Mall areas. Beds were very comfortable and room spacious. We will definitely stay here again on next visit to Seattle.

The rooms were clean, well furnished and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s just outside of Seattle but still close enough to enjoy the city. The only downside to this hotel was that it’s near a hospital so we were waken each night by the sirens of emergency vehicles.

At first we thought this was going to be too far out, but with the bus and tram so close, easy movement to wherever we wanted to stay. Great for folks heading to the ball park! Friendly staff, clean but does only clean rooms every other day, when staying for only a few days and we weren't told that.

Near the freeway for quick travel to airport. Close to Ballard neighborhood which we wanted to explore. Not walkable to Ballard. About a 10 drive. Discovered cool freebie golf course just around the block.

Great place to stay! It’s very clean, spacious and all staff members were very kind & courteous! They had nice dine-in selections that were very good. I came across a few minor issues like the doors were creaking every time they were to be open or closed. The complimentary coffee in our room was awful! We are in Seattle, so I expected better. Anyways breakfast and dinner at The Bistro made up for it!!! I would definitely book here again and skip the “in room coffee” altogether.

Understaffed and overpriced. They still haven’t fixed staffing issues here and they’ve jacked up their prices considerably. Breakfast was poor and badly understaffed. Coffee is supposed to be a Starbucks but it’s poorly executed so gross. AC in my room started buzzing in the middle of the night. They did offer and adjacent unoccupied room to sleep in so that earns back a star.

Most hotels offer free coffee in lobby. Not here. Also most places offer complimentary breakfast but this place did not. Room tidy and fresh towels every other day but didn’t give us clean cups.

This hotel is quite new. The rooms are really nice and modern. The only drawback is food availability. Only one person was available to order and prepare breakfast and coffee orders. They shouldn’t offer the service if they can’t provide it in a timely manner.

Room was clean and modern. We enjoyed Bistro Bar inside in the Lobby. Jeremy helped us out with check in process. We forgot some belongings in the room, but staff member was so helpful to mail our items to us. THANK YOU.
