Nice hotel good located in the central Zell am See. Walking distance to the see, restaurants, shops etc. The room was clean, modern and with nice balcony. Check in went smoothly and breakfast was good. But the staff could have been nicer and more helpful, the were not really engaged in helping us. Our daughter was ill and we needed to find a pharmacy on a Sunday morning (which is not easy in a foreign country), but the staff showed no engagement in helping us out with this.

Lovely friendly hotel. We arrived after check in closed for the day but access to room key very easy. Nice breakfast. Good location. Budget €35 per day to park a car.

We spent a couple of nights just chilling and relaxing. The hotel was clean and tidy and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was within walking distance from railway station and pretty much everything. The only disappointment was quite poor soundproofing in our room. Noises coming outside didn't bother at all, but as the hotel is a family friendly establishment, we were surrounded by families with children waking up early and thus making it impossible to get some sleep after 7.00 a.m. I definitely don't blame enthusiastic children being happy, I simply just wonder if there would be a way to organise families and more quiet visitors differently. Besides lack of sleep I would strongly recommend, and we are thinking about returning since we absolutely didn't have enough time to enjoy the area.
