Excellent service, very clean, beautiful breakfast room and bar area. Rooftop sitting area was great - good views and could order food and drinks there when open. Pool was heated and had a quiet, relaxing atmosphere - was for relaxing only, not for bringing little kids to.

An historic building newly converted into a very comfortable hotel in a great location a few metres from the main cathedral and restaurant area. Very helpful staff. The only slight negative being that storage space in the very well appointed bathroom could be improved for ones toiletries. A great rooftop area and bar with spectacular views towards the Alhambra. Would definitely chose to stay again !

From the moment we arrived the staff embraced us with history of our hotel. We were taken to our room and fully informed of all amenities that the hotel had to offer. We took advantage of the beautiful rooftop bar with its astounding views of the city and Alhambra. The spa was excellent as well with a steam room, relaxation lounge and pool. All recommendations from their concierge staff were excellent. The location was in the heart of shopping and eating at every corner.

The hotel is new, having been converted from a former bank. It is a beautiful, elegant building and couldn't be more central to everything we wanted to do and see. The staff are very enthusiastic, friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make the guests happy. There is also a tranquil hammam/pool in the basement, steamroom and a nicely equipped small gym. And the roof top is also very appealing with views of the Alhambra. The breakfast was also quite good. We would definitely recommend.

Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff, specially Rafael, is absolutely amazing. The hotel is a Converted bank and beautifully done up. The terrace is an amazing place to spend some time over drinks gazing at the cathedral and Alcázar. If you are driving on your own then you have to be super careful regarding the directions as Google maps will not take you till the hotel. You have to ask the reception.

I can’t fault this hotel. The staff were attentive and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is newly open and was spotless. Real care and attention has been spent on fitting out a historic building with beautiful furniture and fittings. It’s a central spot and easy to get anywhere in Granada you need from the hotel. I will be recommending it to all my friends - thank you for a fabulous stay.

We traveled here with our 2 kids. The hotel is beautiful and super clean hotel, not a very big hotel. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the hamam too, it’s a small swimming pool and a perfect size and depth for our kids. Cleanness is a priority for me and I can say it was up to my expectations. Breakfast buffet is great with great staff providing a great service. Roof top is another great place about this hotel so you can relax and enjoy the sunset in the evening or sunbath during the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is on prime lication, the room is fair size, the bedding is very comfortable. I would give it 5 star but there are several small issues. 1- the bidet was installed wrong way, the water sprout faces down instead of facing up, so it is useless. 2-When I open the shower door , it push away the floor mat. 3- the temperature in hammam is too low. The biggest issue is the service. We left hotel 8am in the morning and came back after 2pm. But our 2 rooms were not cleaned yet. We could not get into the room to rest, which we really needed. We had to wait outside until they cleaned the rooms. It wasted our time and delayed our rest. The management should pay attention to their staffs' work.

The Palacio Gran Via was one of my favorite solo stays. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and felt comfortable right away. The hotel is gorgeous. My room was always clean. I am someone who tends to return to my hotel room multiple times a day to rest and recharge. Housekeeping somehow managed to tidy up while I was out each time. On a few occasions they left a sweet detail, like a chocolate or tiny bottled fragrance. Francisco and Alexia at the front desk were so kind and intuitive about my needs. I landed at 9 a.m. and sent a chat message through Expedia asking about early check-in. I had forgotten to let the hotel know in advance I'd be arriving early, so I really did not expect them to have a room ready for an early-check in at the last minute. Francisco replied almost immediately and said my room was ready, which made my whole morning. The staff in general were really warm. They always smiled, greeted me, or held the door as I passed by. It never felt forced, just genuinely thoughtful, which meant a lot since I was traveling alone. The location was great. I walked to the Alhambra, the Moorish quarter, the Catedral, and San Nicolás. I barely needed to use a ride service and felt safe even walking around at night. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was perfect for one person - open concept does not provide for much private sphere of you’re in there as a couple.

Everything about our stay at Palacio Gran Via was beyond our expectations. We have traveled extensively and this was the best overall experience EVER in a hotel. The entire staff was accommodating and welcoming answering any question or request. They made us a reservation at a wonderful restaurant on the same day. The room was perfect, very roomy, comfy beds with soft sheets and turndown service with slippers and treats. The hotel itself is an old bank that was remodeled and not one thought was missed. The amenities are all well thought out. And the bonus is the rooftop restaurant and bar…view of Alhambra, wonderful seating and staff to attend to you. We even were able to go there on an evening when the bells of Granada all chimed and had an evening nightcap. Hope we will return to Granada just to stay at this hotel

This older building has been beautifully restored. The staff were fast, efficient and courteous. Centrally located to all the major city attractions, with wonderful dining options nearby. The rooms were very sound-proof and the king-size bed was extremely comfortable. The only issue was that the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor every time it was used.

Didn’t realize when we booked that this hotel was quite new and built in a former historic bank. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast in the atrium was quite nice however there is no real restaurant within the hotel. There is the option to order food at the bar which is nice, though a small area. Our room had no external windows, just a window/balcony door into the atrium which was nice to get some airflow. The lights in the room were almost too high tech! Even though they attempted to explain the buttons when they helped us up with our luggage, it took us a while to figure it out. Also the shower was quite small and it unfortunately leaked into the rest of the bathroom. We didn’t utilize it but they had a pillow bar with many different options of pillow types which I thought was a cool concept. Great location within walking district of the cathedral which you also got great views of from the rooftop (as well as the Alhambra).

We booked a room because of the great reviews and pictures of beautiful hotel and rooms but when we got there, we had a room that was very average with a courtyard that anyone could access from the hallway and sit or stand outside our room windows and look directly into our bathroom and bedroom. Zero privacy. Only way to have privacy was to shut the curtains which made our room into a dark cave. Ridiculous. So we asked for a different room and they said the only one they had was an upgrade of $240USD a night. The room was nice but overall cost us over $600 a night, which was twice as much as most hotels. The pictures look better than in person of the entire hotel. Hard to get to. 5-minute walk with with luggage. No direct drop off. Staff was very nice, gave us a welcome drink. Breakfast was good.

I can not speak highly enough of the staff! They are welcoming & accommodating, taking their time to take care of your individual needs & requests. They make the stay personal & do their upmost to make sure you are comfortable & happy during your stay. Gorgeous hotel with outstanding service. Felt like royalty from the moment we arrived until saying the last good byes. Irene, the concierge, spent considerable time highlighting sights, restaurants, and bodegas to visit. Seemed genuinely glad to help. From the always smiling bellhops, front desk staff, breakfast staff, to the cleaning help, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The only very small negative was someone in the bar who ran after us as we stepped into the elevator concerned that we were heading to the roof without being a guest. Perhaps our clothes? Oh, really didn't mar a wonderful experience. After showing interest in the Washing Irving book, my wife was given a copy by Irene. Such a sweet gesture. The rooms were very beautiful and bedding superb. Baths are great with both shower and bath. Bonus for auto bidet... Breakfast has a wonderful selection of local foods. Cooked food on request. Not your ordinary hotel breakfast. Need to get their garlic hummus recipe. Breads, sweets, fruit, meats, cheeses, yogurt bar with every spice, etc. Just very unique.

Amazing stay in a fabulous hotel. Customer service levels from the front desk to the maid service was over the top. Great rooms, great beds and great shower. Location was excellent and within walking distance to all sites. Cabs were also cheap and readily available if you didn’t want to walk. Only negative was slow free wifi. Would highly recommend staying in this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Great centrally located hotel beautifully decorated, very clean, close to everything We were welcomed by Ania, who made us feel at home , she has great communication and customer service skills. Alex was very helpful and accommodating at all times. All staff were amazing and helpful . The only downside was that at breakfast time one particular staff member was ignoring us and we couldn't get our order and coffee for a long time. There were only 2 tables to serve. After waiting for 15 min my husband had to get up and ask for service. Another staff member Catherine was looking after us next morning and she was amazing and attentive. The selection and variety of food was amazing. Overall it's a great hotel that we will come back again and will highly recommend to friends.

El desayuno buffet muy bueno puedes pedir a la carta también omelet, French toast o pancake, en general todo muy bien, el hotel muy bonito, y cerca de los principales lugares turísticos, nosotros nos fuimos caminando a alambra una caminata de 20 minutos, el personal del hotel fue muy amable y nos ofrecieron hacer el checking 3 horas antes de el horario definido, esto fue de gran ayuda por llegamos cansados de nuestro viaje, el hotel tiene también una terraza muy bonita que deja ver la alambra, también usamos el gimnasio aunque pequeño siempre estuvo solo y pudimos usarlo mi esposa y yo para nosotros solos, recomiendo ampliamente el hotel.

El hotel es precioso y con un mantenimiento impecable, el personal sumamente amable y eficiente (excepto en el restaurante que tardan mucho en servir) el área de la piscina es muy bonita también y a buena temperatura. Very beautiful hotel with spacious rooms and kind and friendly staff! They upgraded our room spontaneously and their breakfast was excellent giving guests options of made to order omelets and large a la cart items. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
