Fullon Hotel Taoyuan Airport Access MRT A8

全てにおいて素晴らしいホテルです。あえて言うならばランドリー設備の利用で日によって洗濯機に50元が投入できず焦りました。前日は50元と10 元硬貨を使用し90元投入したのに翌日は全て10元硬貨しか使用できず。交通カードも使えるようでしたが不安なので硬貨にしました。乾燥機に繊維のゴミが溜まっていたのにも気になりました。この位がマイナスであとは交通の便も良い広い客室の素敵なホテルです。お勧めです。

Reception is kind of cool but efficient. The location of the hotel is great. The facilities of the gymnasium are great but they open till only 9:30pm.

房間方正寬敞，空間感十足，整體十分舒適，就是廁所的通風口有點發霉影響觀感。職員友善，對設施使用等均耐心解釋，有免費車位也很方便。自助早餐味道一般。自助洗衣服務有拍卡付款（包括visa)本來十分方便，但拍卡系統在我四日三夜的住宿中倒有兩天有故障（6月22、23），不過在櫃檯兌換零錢即可倒不是太麻煩。乾衣機略嫌有點不夠強力。

部屋が広くて綺麗です。部屋の中のWIFIが故障しています。部屋の冷房温度は調整できないタイプなので、私にとって暑いです。朝食の種類が多くておいしかったです。楽しみにしていた大浴場も綺麗ですが、水サウナが故障中です。靴箱も故障が多いので、残念です。

入住精緻客房一晚，房間寬大、明亮，窗外可以看的到捷運站，飯店內設施溫泉很值得，早餐多元、非常豐盛，停車便利，周邊美食眾多，交通方便，非常推薦出國前或歸國前來休息一晚。

Very good stay I always stay here before the flight next day .very convenient and functional right next to the MRT 8A station . I am an older neurologist trained at Mayo , my rule is staying close to a good hospital , so you get 2nd chance especially a heart attack or stroke . It is also connecte to a decent mall with selections of restaurants . The hotel may not be luxurious but in general clean and functional and the receptionists are always smiling , polite and courteous . But they are very strict won’t allow me to check in when I arrived earlier just 30 minutes ahead of 3 pm . There is a hot spa , saunas facility and massage parlor but you have to reserve ahead of time . The breakfast is included and has varieties of selections of both western / Asian mix . The quality is good and selections are sufficient. I have stayed here very often flying from TPE to SFO or LAX and always enjoying the slow and easy flow of time . I am disabled due to previous heart attack , a heart bypass surgery and a spine surgery therefore walking with a walker . But I can manage to go in and out this hotel to MRT station easily . The prices are very reasonable , I other stay here instead of staying in a fancy hotel in Taipei and struggled catching a taxi to come here in a hurry . Most of the rooms are spacious and clean with a view but this is a more or less industrial area so don’t expect any natural scenarios . Not much to do either besides walking in the attached mall which is cute .

アクセス最高！ 駅直結、空港からはスムーズに行けます。 台北への移動も楽です。 部屋は広く、清潔感あり。 滞在中利用出来る、サウナもあり、満足度はかなり高いです。 朝食は品揃え豊富でした！ 台北にこだわらなけば、おすすめです。 また、リピートします。

Amazing Sauna and Onsen, very accessible to the train to airport. Very kind of the hotel to prepare a breakfast pack as my flight was early and not able to eat the hotel breakfast.

The stupid law in Taiwan do not allow hotels to provide free bottled water but it's OK to provide free soda and other drinks......

2019년 부터 출장 시 이용하는 호텔인데, 팬더믹 이후 관리가 잘 안 되는 것 같네요. 청소도 잘 안 되는 것 같고, 전체적으로 서비스의 질이 많이 떨어진 것 같아요. 위치는 MRT 연결되고 쇼핑몰이랑 같이 있어서 너무 좋아요.

Molds between tiles in shower cubicle. Cups are not clean!

Overall it was a very good hotel, also a great breakfast. Need a bit of attention for the mould around the basin & the botton of the tap.

Hotel is geared for Asian travelers. Bed mattress is hard.

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice while visiting family in Taiwan. The hotel is close to the airport (about a 20 min drive away) and is conveniently located next to the metro, Global Mall and many local stores/shops/restaurants. It is very easy to grab a taxi or ride share. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was very clean, roomy and comfortable, and also had a nice view of the city. The Fullon staff was friendly and very attentive to any needs we had during our stay. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day, with so many delicious options. Try the bone broth soup! The only negative I think of is that depending on which floor your room is located on, the noise from local traffic can be a little annoying. But that is to be expected since the hotel is located in a very busy and vibrant area of the city (metro stop and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital across the street).

部屋も綺麗でとても広く、スタッフの方も親切でした。 駅から直通で立地がとても良いので、便利でした。 朝食もメニューが豊富だったけれど、小籠包などなくて残念でした。メニューはおいしかったです。 また利用したいです。

房間很大，停車也方便，樓下就是Global Mall，日常消費很方便。唯一可惜的是枕頭高度不適合，和床的長度有一點短，影響一些睡眠品質。

stay was good however, i showed up from the hospital and needed a room, i had a reservation before i showed up and still, took over 2 hours for the front desk to get my room in order, very frustrating. My friend checked in hours later and spent 4 hours in the lobby as they said his room was not ready. Unbelievable as they were available for the night online.

I love this hotel’s accessibility to the hospital and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful for guiding direction. However, the house keeper was a guy and his behavior was really odd and rough. I don’t think he cleaned my room. My restroom was quite dirty (hand sink and restroom floor). It is a little bit disappointed

ホテルのハウスキーピング宛に電話をし「栓抜きを貸して欲しい」旨を伝えたら、彼らは「瓶をフロント迄持ってきたらあける」との返事。 他のホテルでは、「栓抜きをお持ちします」と返答してくれたに、信じられない返事でした。　 この返答に対して真意を確認する為にフロント迄行ったのですが、私の下手な英語では理解してくれなかった。 「日本語話すスタッフはいないのか？」の問いに、彼らは「英語が国際語だ！」との事であった。 HPに日本語表記が有りながらこの返事は非常に残念であった。

前一天值班經理客氣表示換房不用等，會先準備好新的房型，早餐之後即可無縫接軌入住。 隔天，早餐後按照建議前往櫃檯辦理換房，小姐略顯不耐煩、斷然推翻前天值班經理的說法，並且要求先check out下午三點之後再回來。朝令夕改的住房政策，跟讓人傻眼的服務態度，蠻可惜、也辜負了整個飯店集團的品牌形象。

請求次日早上wakeup call, 當下櫃檯人員有註記, 隔天電話卻完全沒響 （已先提早醒來）。 The wakeup-call service didn’t work.

Great location if you are needing to go to the hospital. Convenient to the train station and food court which is attached. Clean. Well priced, nice breakfast. Stayed here 14 days. Enjoyed all of the staff. Very professional and nice.

Breakfast was lovely, I left my lap top in the room, cleaning staff check the room in detail so they kept the laptop for me, I was happy to be able to find my laptop

check-in 櫃台小姐服務態度很悲劇，跟值班經理的說法出入頗大，希望整體專業度能夠改善，不然有點辜負這個連鎖品牌跟飯店的形象。

Conveniently about 20 minute ride from the airport on MRT, ~$30 by taxi. MRT is essentially connected to hotel building by a walkway. Located directly above a small shopping center with good options for food and a 2 minute walk from 2 7-Elevens (no idea why they are so close to each other on the same street) and a Family Mart. There is a Japanese brands premium outlets on the same MRT line as well. Has water dispensers on the floor for unlimited water as well as a small stove should you want to do any cooking. Complimentary Coke, Sprite, Pocari Sweat small cans. Includes hot water boiler and may have instant coffee and tea available but since I drink neither I didn't check. Large, spacious room and no noise issues. If Taipei is your goal then this is not for you as it is roughly 40 minutes out and there are definitely comparable hotels across the river for about the same if not slighly more in Da'an and other districts plus the Airport line terminates at Taipei Main Station so you have to get there to go back, but I recommend this hotel without reservation otherwise.

桃園空港第一駅からすぐの長康病院駅やモールと直結されているホテルで、朝早く空港に行くのにとても便利です。客室も使い勝手がよく、冷蔵中の飲み物やお菓子は無料です。朝食も品数多く満足でき、とても良いホテル。

駅からホテルに直行できるので、空港からのアクセスは最高です

桃園国際空港第1ターミナルから、MRT の快速なら15分足らずで着き、駅直結なので雨の時も濡れずにホテルのエレベーターにたどり着けることができ大変利便性がよいです。ホテルの部屋も広く設備等は豪華ホテルですが、サービス面があっさりとしたビジネスホテルという感じで、空港アクセスに使うにはちょうど良い感じかもしれません。
