A lovely hotel, very clean, and good facilities. Helpful staff… it’s is all you need. It joins up the the New York Cafe. We had a family room which was fantastic. A big room divided in two by a wall/wardrobe! Only small issue was the charge to use the gym and pool which was not advertised!

The hotel is centrally located and good for access and public transport to all tourist areas of the city. We benefitted from a free room upgrade to a duplex apartment which provided additional facilities including multiple bathrooms, kitchen, lounge area and laundry. In general the room and hotel was clean and well maintained. A couple of negative points were the exterior appearance of the hotel and the gym / spa. The entrance from the main road was closed and fenced off which made it first appear that the hotel was closed. The entrance was via a side road. The gym was not as well equipped as it appears in the website photo. The spa and pool are not part of the hotel and can only be accessed via another hotel at an additional charge of 25 Euros per person per visit.

Das Hotel ist nett ausgestattet und bietet einen tadellosen Service an. Besonders die Damen an der Reception waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. In der Ausschreibung war aufgeführt, dass man "Zugang zum SPA" habe. Es hat sich vor Ort herausgestellt, dass sich das SPA im benachbarten Hotel befindet (allerdings mit direktem Zugang) und kostenpflichtig ist. Besonders erwähnen möchte ich, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, das Frühstücksbüffet im legendären "New York Cafe" einzunehmen (für einen geringen Aufpreis von € 15). Ich kann das Hotel jederzeit empfehlen.

We had the most amazing stay at NH collection. Was situated on a metro line, making getting around the city super easy. The staff were lovely and very accommodating. The free fruit/sweets went down very well with our 5 year old as did his very own room key!!! The studio apartment was perfect size for our family of three. Breakfastwas free for kids and had ample choice. Could access NEw york cafe and get priority seating from the hotel which was great. Gym was 24 hours and great. Slightly disappointed that the pool was not at this hotel and had to be paid for. I dont think expedia made that very clear. But we opted for a trip to the outdoor baths on st margarets island instead whixh was amazing!!

L'hôtel ne correspond pas à la photo présentée sur le site. Les photos ne correspondent pas toutes à l'hôtel actuel !! Très bon accueil. Nous avions réserver une suite avec 2 chambres. Nous avons eut un duplex, ce qui ne nous a pas déranger. Il y avait une cuisine équipée avec même un lave linge. La literie est à revoir, les matelas sont peu confortables. 1 seule chambre sur les 2 avait une TV. La baignoire est étroite et très profonde. Le ménage et l'entretien générale des salles d'eau sont à revoir! Il n'y a pas de toit terrasse comme suggérer sur les photos. Attention l'accès au spa est payant !! Au vu des tarifs pratiquer, diriger vous vers une spa publique de la ville. Nous n'avons toujours pas trouvé la salle de sport après 3 jours... Le petit déjeuner est bien. L'hôtel est facile d'accès en bus, tram ou métro.

Una struttura fantastica noi abbiamo prenotato un monolocale perettamente ammobiliato e diviso con bagno grande e terrazzo 5 piano.Unica nota dolente e che chiedono 25 euro per la sauna e 25 euro per la piscina.la colazione non e compresa ma con 15 euro a testa potrete fare in'ottima cooazione al New York caffe in convenzione con l'hotel.. Vi chiederannon50 euro di cauzione...attenzione al frigo bar non e compreso.per il resto fantastico

Our stay was marked by having to change rooms 3 times upon arrival, as each and every room was covered in hair. This extended to the bedsheets and blankets with curly short hair everywhere. The neighbourhood is also sketchy, one side is the high-end New York cafe, unfortunately this side is rough. Another let down was that the pool shown in images is 30 euro per person per visit, which is highway robbery. When we finally got an appropriately clean room the in room laundry was appreciated and the space was comfortable. The shower leaks profusely on the floor whenever used, but extra towels were the solution. The breakfast buffet was good, and the staff were good. A special thank you to Jozef (sp) on the front desk, who put in as much effort as possible to turn around a bad first impression and correct our room issue.

Dog ville nogle mere lydtætte vinduer gøre en forskel, kunne høre folk snakke på gade fra 2 sal - og derfor også trafik og sirener. Men intet fra gangen og nabo værelser! The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities offered. Staff was professional and prompt to help. I had to ask for a doctor to come see my daughter that was not feeling well and this was quickly arranged by the staff. Breakfast was a nice buffet, charged to the room. This place is very well located, not so close to the city center but you can still walk there. I would definitely come back to this hotel on future visits to Budapest.

Our first apartment was very noisy from the road the first night, we spoke to reception the next morning and they immediately gave us another room. This was very quiet, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. I can highly recommend the hotel but if you need quiet it may be best to ask for a garden view room or a room on a higher floor. The breakfast was also excellent.

The room was much larger than I expected with a separate living and dining area, kitchen and separate bedroom and bathroom. There was a washer/dryer in the bathroom which was mentioned when I booked the room which made traveling with fewer clothes an option for a long trip. The location is close to several metro and bus lines which made traveling to the Castle Hill and City Park areas easy. Ruin bars being nearby was also a plus.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay at NH Collection. Judit the Manager of Reception was very Professional we had a problem when we arrived but she rectified the problem quickly and made sure we were satisfied. Csanád & Joseph were also helpful. We had the hotel Breakfast each day Judit Attila & Zoltan made sure all our needs were on the table when we arrived. We would definitely recommend staying there it is definitely my favourite place to stay in Budapest.

After a bad start - leaking tap in kitchen causing water puddle on floor - we were given another room, which turned out to be better, more compact, which suited us perfectly. We had a double studio with bath and washing machine as extras. The bed in another room was perfect, comfy and a good size. A bit of a let down with the bed was when you leant against the headboard to read, the base moved forward every time. The kitchen had all we needed for our 4 night stay, washing machine was old school but we finally figured it out. The dryer rack for that was perfect to put in front of the large windows to dry while we went out for the day. The ironing board was very handy and the iron was clean (some hotels lack in giving a stain-free iron base). The staff were friendly and helpful. They kindly gave us one free breakfast to compensate the plumbing issue. And wow, what a feast that was! So much choice, very fresh, perfect scrambled eggs, amazing!!!!! Thank you very much - you looked after us very well. It was all appreciated.

I rented a studio unit and it didn’t disappoint. Very roomy and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is located next to New York Cafe, and you can access it from the hotel. The metro stop is on the same block as the hotel, making commuting extra easy. I highly recommend it.

It was amazing!!! Budapest is a beautiful city and we’re 100% coming back soon to see things we didn’t have time to. The hotel is was the cherry on top of the whole experience. The room didn't look nice like in the pictures here, and there were several issues in the bathroom, seems like the maintenance in this hotel has been forgotten by long time. The whole structure is pretty sad and lack of soul. The check-in and check-out procedures were incredibly slow, apparently they have issues also with their operative system. Budapest offers much more cozy solution for the same amount of money they ask.

We have just returned from a 3 night stay which ws very pleasant. The hotel was efficient, welcoming staff and good housekeepers. The room was large with a good ranch of facilities inc. kitchenette and washing machine! The location was easy for a number of places, and excellent transport links for metro and tram/bus services. Only issue we had was the heating/air con was not working. We tel reception that we could not adjust the temperature which was hot but they were unable to fix. We opened a window....also would suggest a better selection of pillows. No variety currently. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

The rooms were really good, the shower cabinet though leaked some water outside but it was fine. The hotel staff were so nice we went to New York Cafe for dinner and breakfast the next day the staff at the restaurant were so unfriendly to the extent I felt it was racist . We went for breakfast at 8 Am and asked to be seated at the main restaurant but the hostess was insisting to seat us somewhere else but I insisted to stay at the main restaurant. Tuve la oportunidad de alojarme en este fantástico apartamento y debo decir que superó mis expectativas. El apartamento es muy grande, con dos habitaciones y tres baños, lo que proporciona una comodidad y privacidad incomparables. La ubicación es perfecta, a solo unos pasos de la estación de metro y de la parada del autobús, lo que facilita enormemente el desplazamiento por la ciudad. The property is a little old and needs refurbishing. The area around is ok - not much around except the hyped New York Cafe. We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very basic but probably worth the €15. Staff seemed decent - some were nice while others were ok and not very forthcoming. Housekeeping was good. The rooms need refurbishing as they are old and it shows.

Fantastic apartment with terrace. Great view with outdoor furniture, perfect for an evening drink. Breakfast each morning was great with plenty of different options, pancakes to hot breakfast to cereals and pastries. I also enjoyed the different smoothies of the day.
