Wir waren immer ein Fan des Hotels nur leider mussten wir dieses Jahr feststellen, dass mittlerweile an allen Ecken und Enden Renovierungsbedarf besteht. Im Zimmer gibt es Feuchtigkeitsflecken an der Decke, der Vorhang war zerrissen und das Fenster liess sich nur halb öffnen und nicht abschliessen. Am Pool hatten die meisten Stühle Löcher oder das Korbgeflecht war gerissen und die Flure sowie das Treppenhaus waren auch schon mal ordentlicher, zudem machte der Aufzug Quietsch- und Reibegeräusche oder fuhr erst nach 2-3 Schliessversuchen der Tür los. Auch die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets hat gegenüber den letzten Jahren nachgelassen. Was weiterhin unschlagbar bleibt ist die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens, zwei Minuten zum Meer und mit der Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Palma direkt vor der Haustüre.

We had a nice stay but Hotels.com shows on site parking. There were only 4 spots for 226 rooms so we had to park on street and it was not a safe area.

Exellent hotel for those looking a nice quiet stay in beautiful Mallorca, staff were lovely and helpful, can Pastilla is perfect for a relaxing time near the city, easy access to the airport and the city centre, had looked at hotels in s'Arenal but glad I didn't go there much more crowded, busy and noisey. Only poor part of the hotel was the indoor pool, gym and sauna/steam room area, sauna/steam room is literally only big enough for 2/3 people you could squeeze in five I suppose but would not be very comfortable or nice and they charge €12 to use either which is a bit over the top for what it is tbh, indoor pool is small and the tilimg is patchy and in need of some renovation but still usable. Overall a nice hotel, quiet, good food and a block from the beach, 2 mins walk, I would be happy to go back.

It was a nice stay with most of the staff members friendly. The rooms say they are soundproof yet we could hear people in rooms on both sides. The keycard didn’t work on the door into your room more than half the time and I saw others having this issue too. They don’t give you much information on the hotel when you get there so you have to work it out by yourself. We also got trapped in the elevator for a little bit as it went out of service while we were inside. The food was nice and the room was good with a nice balcony and sea view. The hotel was clean inside. The pool had a green tint around the outside so it might need a clean or Atleast a check to see why it’s green. But other than that it was a nice stay with good service from the pool bar and lots of places to sit in the sun as well as in the shade or indoors.

We booked this hotel due to having a 7 am flight. The room was small but clean. Shower is interesting, water goes everywhere. You need to mop when you are finished. We had a rental car and were fortunate we found one of the four spaces open. I did see that there was a lot of parking around but not sure how easy it is to find an open space. Great restaurants within a very short walk along the beach boardwalk. Reminded me of a small South Beach in Miami, Florida but nearly as busy.

Soweit sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind von der Größe ausreichend und wirklich sauber. Leider keine Abluft in Bad, somit war beim Duschen alles lange angelaufen, auch im Zimmer. Essen ist reichlich und war gut, jedoch waren oft Teller dreckig und Gläser hatten Lippenstiftränder. Beim abwischen der Tische wurde alles nur auf den Bogen gewischt und somit auch auf die Stühle, die dann beim Abendessen noch die Reste vom Frühstück vorweisten. Im Zimmer war alles echt sauer aber im Speiseraum leider nicht. Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und man ist schnell am Strand. Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Bushaltestellen, wo man für 2 Euro pro Person nach Palma, Fan Shopping Center oder den Ballermann fahren konnte. Gute 5 Gehminuten und man hatte einen kleinen, gut bestückten Lebensmittelladen, wo man auch mal Wasser und Obst einkaufen konnte. Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden, jedoch auf die Sauberkeit im Restaurant sollte ein Auge geworfen werden.

On entering the room: Towels smelled like sweat and were rough with dingy brownish areas. The toilet seat was uncleaned with smudges of God knows what. At 9:30am the cleaner kept knocking down the door to clean the room (checkout is at 11am). I told her I'm not ready, but she came back knocking the door continuously at 10am. The breakfast buffet had lots of food, but very poor quality; and people were coughing and blowing their noses over the food. The problem was how the food was displayed, not the people who needed to cough. Now what was good: Close to the beach, staff are polite and helpful, nice marble finishings, good pool area, easily get a bus in front of the hotel. If you are not too keen on hygiene go for it, if you expect white towels and a clean toilet seat think twice

Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht verbracht, aufgrund der Nähe zum Flughafen. Vorher waren wir in zwei anderen Hotels, daher haben wir den direkten Vergleich und waren sehr enttäuscht von diesem Hotel, da es überhaupt nicht der Beschreibung entsprach. Der Gang vor den Zimmern bzw. der Teppich war dreckig, sicher schon Tage nicht gesaugt. Es roch nach Kanalisation, vor allem im Bad. Viele Stellen im Zimmer waren absolut dreckig, die Klobrille war nicht richtig befestigt. An der Decke ist irgendein unheimlicher dreckiger Schacht. Auch neben dem Kühlschrank im Regal konnte man sehen, dass dort nie geputzt wird. Die Balkons bieten auch null Privatsphäre und sind nur mit einem Milchglas zum Zimmernachbarn getrennt. Der Wasserhahn im Bad war undicht. Die Dusche war nicht geputzt. Ich kann absolut nicht nachvollziehen (habe selbst früher Hotel Zimmer gereinigt) wieso man erst ab 16 Uhr einchecken darf, wenn die Zimmer so dreckig sind. In anderen Hotels, mit gleicher Größe, kann man früher einchecken und die Zimmer sind makellos sauber. Zum Glück haben wir nur eine Nacht dort verbracht, ich würde dieses Hotel jedoch nicht mehr wieder wählen.

Leider ganz anders als erwartet. Das Zimmer war zwar ausreichend, jedoch hat es an der Reinigung gemangelt. Die Reinigungsdame war in 2 Minuten mit dem Putzen fertig!? Das ist erschreckend! Sie hat etwas ins Klo gesprüht (dabei das Bad und den Wasserhahn komplett ausgelassen) und den Boden nur trockengewischt…. Also die Hygiene war sehr fraglich. Außerdem haben wir zwei Insekten in der Dusche entdeckt…. Noch dazu waren die Zimmer nicht dicht genug. Man hat von oben und nebenan alles hören können (auch WC Geräusche). Das Wasser in der Dusche war auch sehr komisch. Es wurde plötzlich heiß, dann wieder kalt. Am Abend hat der Mini-Kühlschrank im Zimmer sehr viel Lärm gemacht, was sehr gestört hat beim Schlafen. Im Hotel allgemein gab es einen sehr komisch, künstlichen Geruch. Einzig positive war, dass der Strand gleich in der Nähe war und die Bushaltestelle. Das Frühstück hat auch nicht überzeugen können. Der Kakao hat wie geschmolzene Zartbitterschokolade geschmeckt und auch das heiße Wasser für den Tee war voll mit Kalk. Im großen und ganzen kann ich es nicht empfehlen.

Elendig frokost. Null logistikk i matsalen førte til unødvendig kødannelse. Juice og kaffe utvannet- smakte ingenting. Skitne koppe og glass . Bra renhold på rom. Syklister blir tilbudt en lite mørk kjeller ,- uten muligheter til å mekke. Måtte ha sykkel og koffert på rommet!

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht besonders gefallen. Die Teller waren teilweise schmutzig und ab 10 Uhr hatte man das Gefühl, man sei zu spät und muss sich beeilen. Es fehlte auch frisches Gemüse und Salate.

Wouldn’t stay again. Front desk said no other rooms were available and assigned first floor despite the fact that half of the hotel was empty. Pillows are horrible. No proper blanket just a bedding sheet in lieu of blanket which is absurd. Not sure how is this a 4 star hotel.

Le Service du personnel de très bonnes qualités, disponible et agréables. La chambre présentait quelque défaut au niveau de la salle de bain de vétusté, traces de calcaires, douche qui fuis. Une lampe de la tête de lit ne tenait plus. Restaurant très copieux au petit déjeuner et au dîner et très bon. Le personnel du spa ont été très compétents mais la piscines intérieure présentait aussi quelque signe de vétusté, carreaux cassés. Séjour agréable avec vue partiels de la mer et sur la piscine.

Veldig hyggelig og serviceinnstilt betjening. Upåklagelig renhold. Rommene litt små og slitt. Det samme med balkongene. Rekkverk var delvis løst på ene rommet. Savnet vannkoker/kaffe på rommet. Fint bassengområde med mange solsenger. Flott beliggenhet med kort vei til stranda.

Good location if all you care about is getting around the island and seeing the various locations. If you want a hotel that is quiet, has comfy beds, and has a luxury feel I wouldn’t recommend. Beds were like concrete, pillows the same. Cockroach came through our sink and staff were hesitant to remove/do anything about it. Some nights there was a considerable amount of noise coming from outside. Shower room was okay, modern. Breakfast was okay, likely not as many options as you would hope though. Just the basics. Long story short - this 4 star hotel is more like a 3 star hotel but excellent if you just need a cheap place to have as your base camp while you explore!

Housekeeping opened my room door before 9am, when I was sleeping. I even locked the door and did not just close it. Check out was 11 am. Shower is not closed and have to be careful not to get water on the floor. Front desk was nice in person but very rude when on the phone. When I called about the housekeeper opening the door I was met with hostility.

Strand in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Was wir nicht wussten, dass es auch weinige Zimmer mit Queensizebetten, leider haben wir ein solches erwischt. Hotel war ausgebucht, somit kein Wechsel möglich. Zimmermädchen waren immer freundlich, das restliche Personal war oftmals schlecht gelaunt, kein Lächeln, selten eine Begrüßung. Nur ein Angestellter an der Bar und der Restaurantmanager waren stets freundlich und grüßten auch die Gäste.

Checked in a bit early 2:30pm and when i went to my Room, it was freaking hot! I told the housekeeping as she was cleaning room next door to look for my room and she also said my room was hot and she set the aircondition up. I went out to explore the neighborhood and came back after 2hours and it was still hot, complained to reception and they asked if i opened the sliding door i said i did not. They asked me to go back to the room and the engineer will come fix it, 20mins have passed no one came, called reception and finally after 30mins waiting engineer came but he cant help me. So i asked for a different room and they kinda disagree that room was warm. They give me cheaper room with better aircondition. Staff was rude. And i habe booked for ocean view, they gave me cheap and no view room. Highly disappointed!

The Hotel was fine. Modern, clean. It is in a good location. The reception staff were extremely rude and arrogant towards me because I requested a cup of tea. I wanted to pay for the tea but was greeted with arrogant behaviour and unfortunately we ended up having a full scale row. Yes because I requested a cup of tea. You can see from this that there are no drinks facilities in the rooms. Eventually this was rectified and they went above and beyond to compensate but the whole incident was so unnecessary and very upsetting for me. Due to this I would not return.

I came to a very dirty room, and despite I told the reception twice, nothing happened. Only clean towels. It hadn't been cleaned for a long time. On our departure day, we had early breakfast. The coffeemachine was broken. I asked to go to the restaurant for a cup (they were almost opened) and he said; no, that is not my problem. The service was just not good enough. The poolarea was nice and the service in top. I just can recommend this hotel and so sorry that I didn´t choose another.

Sehr gute Lage zum Flughafen und zum Strand. Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren nur bedingt freundlich. Obwohl ich extra erwähnt hatte, dass ich sehr früh, vor der Frühstückszeit, auschecken müsste, wurde ich nicht auf das Angebot eines early breakfasts ab 5.00 Uhr hingewiesen. Das erfuhr ich nur zufällig von einer Mitarbeiterin beim Abendessen. Wird auch auf der Website nicht erwähnt. Schade, ist doch ein super Angebot, wenn man es denn weiß.

We had a fantastic 8 day stay at this hotel. The location was excellent with easy access to the airport using the local bus service. The room (8th floor) was ideal and big enough for our needs. Breakfast buffet was always good with a wide selection of food. Waiting staff and particularly the bar staff were wonderful. Overall, highly recommend staying here. The highlight for us was the bar staff (Alba, Eva, Sylvia & Carlos) all deserve a pay rise as they were so friendly and welcoming.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der Nähe des Strandes und des Flughafens. Wir haben nur etwa 10 Minuten vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel gebraucht und zum Strand sind es lediglich 3–4 Minuten zu Fuß. Mir hat dieses Hotel besonders gut gefallen, da ich mit meinen Kindern verreist war. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem ein sehr schönes Aquarium – das kann ich absolut empfehlen zu Fuß nur 5-7 Minuten und noch eine Empfehlung mit dem Taxi ist es nur etwa 8 Minuten bis zum Aquapark, auch dieser lohnt sich sehr. Die gesamte Hotelanlage ist wirklich top. Insgesamt hat es mir hier sehr gut gefallen. Wenn ich noch einmal nach Mallorca reisen sollte, werde ich auf jeden Fall wieder in dieses Hotel und in diese Gegend kommen, weil mich die Anlage und die Lage überzeugt haben.

Hôtel idéalement placé, plage à 100m, lignes de bus à 20m. Personnel très agréable, toujours disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux mais déçu du dîner.

Eggs were freshly made, the bakery is not so fresh and coffee is not good. If you are a coffee person don't try it! Get the English breakfast tea instead. Food and its ingredients should be labelled so people from all over the world can choose.

Wir waren immer ein Fan des Hotels nur leider mussten wir dieses Jahr feststellen, dass mittlerweile an allen Ecken und Enden Renovierungsbedarf besteht. Im Zimmer gibt es Feuchtigkeitsflecken an der Decke, der Vorhang war zerrissen und das Fenster liess sich nur halb öffnen und nicht abschliessen. Am Pool hatten die meisten Stühle Löcher oder das Korbgeflecht war gerissen und die Flure sowie das Treppenhaus waren auch schon mal ordentlicher, zudem machte der Aufzug Quietsch- und Reibegeräusche oder fuhr erst nach 2-3 Schliessversuchen der Tür los. Auch die Qualität des Frühstücksbuffets hat gegenüber den letzten Jahren nachgelassen. Was weiterhin unschlagbar bleibt ist die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Flughafens, zwei Minuten zum Meer und mit der Bushaltestelle für den Bus nach Palma direkt vor der Haustüre.

Glatt gulv i dusjen. Skiftet mellom kaldt og varmt vann i dusjen. Lett å brenne seg. Lange køer ved kaffemaskinene i matsalen.

Frukosten var alldeles för liten för alla personer som skulle hämta mat. Mycket var slut. Inte mycket fräscha grönsaker att välja på. Kaffet var ett av de mest horribla vi smakat. Ta med eget! Om ni vill köpa vatten på hotellet går det bra fram till klockan 23:27. Efter det får man gå 400 m och köpa. Dåligt städat i lilla poolen. Vet ej om dem städade på hela vår vistelse…? Flyter plast, skräp och insekter i vattnet. Ett stort plus dock är att man inte behöver reservera några solstolar. Det finns till alla. Nära till stranden och turist-shop och restauranger ifall man gillar det. Bra möjligheter till att åka buss, taxi och cykla. Bra och goda drinkar i poolbaren. Vår städerska Karol var så trevlig och snäll! Hon gjorde verkligen ett toppenjobb! Det höjer betyget. Inga problem med att äta och dricka medtagen mat/snacks.

This is a decent hotel, large room with big fridge and safe. Air con was not properly working, but this wasn't a major issue, as you could simply open the balcony door. There was a charge for safe key (€18 for a week). Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was not that great, very repetitive and not mainly vegetarian options. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and several supermarkets within walking distance. Buses to Palma or the airport literally stop in front of the hotel. I would stay again.
