Pool not open. Never mentioned at checking. Got this hotel for kids to swim. Limited food at breakfast. Waited 1/2 hour for hot food to come out then gone immediately. Front desk worker parked in front of hotel making it difficult to maneuver lot.

nice room, easy to get to hotel from I 894 near hwy 100. The room was great, we could hear noise from the freeway, but that didn't really bother us. Staff was friendly, check in was easy, parking was convenient great value.

Hotel looks like it was recently updated, staff was friendly, good location. However, cleanliness could use some improvement - quite a few long hairs all over the bathroom when we checked in, stains on some of the pool towels. Appreciate free breakfast but not the greatest options. Pool was ok but the echo in there was deafening - there were 4 kids swimming and it sounded as if there could’ve been 20 kids in there playing by how much the noise echoed

Newer construction, so the building is still in excellent shape. Right off the freeway, so it made it easy to get around the city, but still very quiet at night. Nice amenities. Lots of parking. Breakfast was good, too. Employees were friendly and helpful!

Once again our over night stay was fantastic. Very clean room, comfortable bed. Good service and a very good continental breakfast as always. Highly recommend!! This is our go to hotel every time we are in the Milwaukee area.

I've stayed at this location before. The staff is always fantastic. I was on the first floor this time, and it was surprisingly quiet. My biggest complaint is the carpet was stained, and there was mildew in the shower. Otherwise, the rest of the facility was nice!!

Mediocre stay. Hotel was nice enough but carpet in room and both elevators was stained badly, and room carpet was frayed. The in room heating/cooling unit vents were very dirty and full of mildew. Staff at front desk was not very friendly, but they were helpful.

Room was very clean with nice bright lighting in the bathroom. Had a nice ledge for putting suitcases on. Room door was exceptionally heavy to open, had to use body weight to push open. Had a room on second floor and had a very heavy footed guest walking back and forth on our second night, seemed they were trying to get their 10k steps in. Bed was very comfortable. Desk clerk was pretty crabby at check in, complaining about 3rd party sites and that they aren’t given our information on what kind of room we reserved.

Place was clean, bathroom needed some caulk and touching up. A big hole in the ceiling looked like it had been patched and not painted to match the rest of the ceiling. Located right on the highway I could hear motorcycles and trucks for miles as they approached. It was extremely difficult to sleep from the road noise. The road noise was so bad I actually thought the windows to the room were open. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Although we were originally assigned to a room that hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, they handled it well. We went back to the front desk to explain that the beds weren’t made, there were towels on the floor, and the old keys were on the table. They resolved the problem immediately, gave us a bigger room, located on the floor of our choice. The employee was extremely apologetic. The hotel was very quiet, and the beds are super comfy, which made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was also very good, and the employee working at the breakfast area was extremely attentive.

The staff, both the girl who spoke with me on the phone and the girl at the front desk when we arrived, were very friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean, we had lots of room, plenty of towels and the dove products in the bathroom were very nice to use! Two small suggestions would be to please have easier instructions for the Keurig in the room for people like us who doesn't use one very often and a TV channel guide would also be appreciated! Otherwise everything else, including the breakfast selections, were awesome!! Thankyou!

The front desk lady double-charged me for my room because I believe she didn’t know what she was doing. She kept telling me her computer froze so I had to swipe my card 4 times to cover “accidentals” but really charged me for a whole room, when I had an already paid online reservation. It took me 20 minutes to check in when it should have only been 5. She didn’t even have me sign anything, I’ve always signed when checking into a hotel. However the next morning as I getting ready to check out, I went to talk to the front desk after noticed being double-charged. The gentleman was very very helpful and apologized for the inconvenience. He assured me I’d be refunded from the transaction during check-in and he’d take care of the rest.

This is our second time staying here, our son attends college in Milwaukee and we came to visit and see a Cirque du Soleil show at FISERV Forum as well as celebrating two birthdays. Paco and Jalen were most accommodating with allowing us to store our birthday cakes since they would not fit in our small fridge in the room. Paco set us up with plates and silverware and allowed us to use the microwave to reheat our dinner after we returned from the show. Room was comfortable and clean. Comfy beds. We did not have time to use the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was good & coffee was hot. Love that we were able to bring our small dog along. Thank you, we will definitely choose this hotel again!

Checking in was very pleasant. Excellent front desk staff. Also a good breakfast lots of variety fruit, cereal, breads, meats, eggs and more. Clean room & lobby. The only issues are no drain plugs in the bath or sink to hold water. That seemed odd. Good access to hwy & straight shot to downtown

The complimentary breakfast was the best we’ve ever had. Egg white veggie omelettes were delicious. No packaged pastries. All the food was freshly made. A wonderfully friendly cook was very kind and courteous as she put together the last few details. A wonderful experience for my family. I highly recommend.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. But breakfast was not fully available (no oatmeal or pancakes available, even though there were spaces for them). Bagels were stale. Also, and this is not the hotels fault, but it is something to keep in mind, we were awakened by cars doing donuts in the empty parking lot our room overlooked.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. The room was a little humid and there was mold on the bagels both mornings we stayed. On our final morning, we decided to skip the free breakfast because of the mold on the bagels.
