Conveniently located close to a train station to reach Helsinki, bicycles available on the same day upon availability, the reception is not open 24/7 and the access by night is through your room card. The check-in is all on a screen outside. At the reception, there's a nice area with couches, tables, billard, TV/media room, coworking spaces and a shared kitchen available. In the basement, you can find the gym open 24/7, a laundry room, and a spa (limited hours 🍃). The room was quite large and fit for long stays, with a washing machine, a furnished kitchen and dining area. For other occasional needs (hairdryer), there is a closet locked with the key card avaailable by the elevator on each floor !

The windows that open break easily and aren’t being repaired properly. The outside of the hotel is not being looked after properly. The garden needs attention and the hard surfaces are not being cleaned, in particular the steps that lead down between the two buildings. The iPads being used for check-in or not in a good condition either. Otherwise, the hotel is good and the location very convenient for me.

I stayed in 2 different units over 3 weeks. The property has a laundry room and in-unit laundry detergent, gym, sauna with nice showers and patio, rec room, shared books, pool table, and communal kitchen for hanging out. The units are modern studios with perfectly functional kitchens and bathrooms, dishwashers, oven/microwave and all necessary items for cooking. Staff could pay attention to cleaning: One unit had a clogged floor drain which was fixed after we left. The other had pet hair in the curtains. The bed is a bit narrow for 2 people but it worked for 2 normal weight adults. Overall I recommend Noli Malmi and will stay again.

Conveniently located studio hotel offering all the basic necessities for an overnight stay. The room had enough space, it was well cleaned and had everything necessary for cooking breakfast and evening snack. Would have for warm meals as well, but those were not necessary for me. Excellent sauna / spa area and safe storage for a bike. Only one small minus for a bit too soft pillows for my liking.

A very efficiently run apartment hotel. Check in and check out was totally self serviced. Hotel communication for the check in instructions came a week in advance. The room was fully equipped with washing machine and dish washer. The common area has a pool table and many games. There is also a common kitchen area which smells stuffy and not cleaned after use. The allocated room has very high ceiling, two beds were placed in the mezzanine level which is accessible by a very steep staircase. It was unclear how to operate the air conditioning in the room, no instructions were available. No staff was on site at the stated operating time to offer any help. It was very hot in the room and I didn't sleep well.

Cleaning could be improved - the bathroom shower stall was full of previous guests’ hair that wasn’t cleaned properly. Some items in the kitchen were not cleaned by previous owner and missed. The bed- although listed as a queen- was actually two singles pushed together. Not usually an issue except they kept sliding apart with the mattress drooping and falling in the middle

There were no spoon, fork or knives in the room, had to buy wooden ones from the supermarket. This would have been nice to know in advance. Otherwise fine, even got wine glasses in the room👌 The room I got might have been empty for a while, or cleaning has been sloppy, since there were quite a lot of dust in the room. But basic clean and the bed was good.

The hotel was located right next to the train station, which was very convenient. However, I accidentally exited on the opposite side of the station and got a bit lost. It would have been helpful if the check-in email had included a map or directions. The room was generally clean, but I noticed some pet hair and human hair on the bed sheets, which concerned me. I also didn’t realize the hotel was pet-friendly, and since I have allergies, I would have preferred to know this in advance so I could have chosen differently. Although there was no staff at reception, the self check-in process with the code and tablet at the entrance worked smoothly. The kitchen in the room was useful, but it didn’t include basic seasonings like salt or pepper, which made cooking a little difficult. Having a shared space with condiments would have been very helpful. After taking a shower, I realized there was no hairdryer in the room. Later I found out from Google Maps reviews that it could be borrowed from a rental box in the hallway. There was also an information sheet in the room explaining this, but it contained a lot of details, so it was easy to miss. I stayed for two nights. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. The only reason the staff got 5 stars is that we didn’t see any or need assistance so can’t comment, but if they are in keeping with the rest of the hotel then I imagine they are excellent.

I had a nice stay, but was slightly disappointed at the level of cleanliness. There was a lot of dust, f ex next to the bed/bedlight. Also the elevators smelled disgusting. I entered thru a side door and couldn't find the check in since there is 0 signs, it is just expected that everyone enters thru the same door. But the signs would be nice also for some people who are not that great at orienteering

Overall, I had a very good experience during my stay. The only remark I would make is that the pipes could use some cleaning, as there was an unpleasant smell, and we had to keep the toilet door open to help with ventilation. Other than this, everything was excellent, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great value for money! Only reason for not giving 5 rating was bed was not big enough for two adults. Also room was too warm. We couldn't lower the temperature and had to keep a window open.

Noli Malmi Studio Apartments are in a fantastic location, right by Malmi bus and train stations — you can see the building as soon as you exit. It’s about 15 minutes from Helsinki Airport and under 20 minutes to the city centre, with an easy €3.20 Zone B & C train ticket. A shopping mall and smaller shops nearby make it convenient for groceries and essentials. The studio was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of cupboard space, a comfortable armchair, a table with two chairs, and a small kitchenette. The bed was extremely comfortable with excellent quality linen. Amenities included Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, two-plate hob, and an oven that also works as a microwave. While there’s no TV, I didn’t find this a problem. A nice touch was the communal fridge downstairs stocked with free milk and coffee. The only disappointment was with the VIP Access booking. I had hoped for a room upgrade since I didn’t need parking, but management never responded to my check-in survey. I understand upgrades aren’t guaranteed, but an explanation would have been appreciated. Overall, though, Noli Malmi is a lovely place to stay and fairly priced considering how expensive Helsinki can be. I’d happily recommend it, with the small note that the VIP Access benefits could be better handled.

Steps away from the train that will either take you to the airport or to Central Station. The area has many grocery stores and other shopping, and is very walkable. The rooms have pretty much everything you’d need, and I barely heard anyone else while there.

This hotel had self-checkin and no obvious host on duty but a security guard was present. The room was super clean and quiet, everything felt new. Heated bathroom floor. Close to Malmi train station (in transit zone B). Kitchenette and washing machine were great bonuses. Pleasant place to stay while exploring Helsinki.

The room was fully equipped with washing machine and dish washer. The common area has a pool table and many games. There is also a common kitchen area which smells stuffy and not cleaned after use. The allocated room has very high ceiling, two beds were placed in the mezzanine level which is accessible by a very steep staircase. It was unclear how to operate the air conditioning in the room, no instructions were available. No staff was on site at the stated operating time to offer any help. Veldig fint leilighetshotell. Supermoderne og intuitiv innsjekkingsmetode når man var inne. Eneste lille minuset var at vi ankom sent, og hadde ikke fått tilsendt innsjekkingsdetaljer. Room was neat and clean. People clean the room every other day which is okay for me. I have everything I need there, pots and pans, an electric stove, microwave, good size fridge and another kitchen on first floor. Takes 15 minutes to the city center by train. Office staff only during 9-5 working hours, but everything online so that is still convenient.

Steps away from the train that will either take you to the airport or to Central Station. The area has many grocery stores and other shopping, and is very walkable. The rooms have pretty much everything you’d need, and I barely heard anyone else while there.

空港からタクシーで15分程度であり、深夜に到着だったため助かった。空港へは電車でも15分程度で到着し、ヘルシンキ中央駅にも20分少しででれて、バス程もホテルの横だったため便利でした。お部屋も可愛く、またぜひ利用したいです！

Everything about Noli was excellent. The building is modern, clean, bright, and high-tech. The rooms are in excellent condition and extremely clean. And the check-in and check-out processes were extremely easy. In addition, the location for Noli's Malmi branch is great, as it's only 25 minutes to the airport by train and 15 minutes to the centre. Overall, a great experience.

This hotel is located in a prime location. The train station is literally across the street and it’s only about 15 minutes away from downtown Helsinki. Checkin was super easy, just follow the instructions. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. There’s a laundry room available for free and detergents are provided. It’s overall a 10/10 experience.

The room had enough space, it was well cleaned and had everything necessary for cooking breakfast and evening snack. Would have for warm meals as well, but those were not necessary for me. Excellent sauna / spa area and safe storage for a bike. Only one small minus for a bit too soft pillows for my liking.

Dejlig stor lejlighed i en kulørt forstad til Helsinki. Vi boede på 14. etage, flot udsigt. Hotellet er beliggende i et område a la Taastrup/Ballerup så restaurant udbuddet er noget begrænset til kebab, pizza og kineser og alle lukker tidligt 20-21. Hotellet har en lille restaurant med burgertilbud. 20 minuts kørsel til centrum. Der er togstation 20 meter fra hotel.

Comfortable room, with everything necessary to rest and enjoy breakfast and last meal of the day. And very comfortable sauna to relax after the day. Special mention for the staff, who helped arrange me a shower after I went cycling after I had already officially logged out and helped me secure some stuff I had forgot in the room.

The big advantage of this hotel is its location, right beside a public train station, and a hub for buses. The hotel is nice, clean, well maintain and have certain facilities, but NO STAFF at all 9except for cleaning), so it is a DIY hotel, no lobby, no one to speak to, just a machine to check-in and a slot to check-out. Maybe some people like this. I don't. I like personalised, so no staff to review. Otherwise, it is a fine place.

Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.

Great rooms! Well equipped. Lovely bed and shower. Only disappointment was the laundry. Only 2 working washing machines for 16 floors.
