Falkensteiner Hotel Kronplatz - The Leading Hotels of the World

The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. The restaurant’s also delicious, with and extensive buffet and hot menu to choose from both during breakfast and dinner. Also extra compliments to Luisa, who was my waitress most nights and was always impeccable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, no to mention the spa, and which is to die for. My only complaint, would be regarding the gym, which has only one treadmill, as well as the quality of the toiletries in the rooms. I had expected better quality items in the toilet and not a shampoo/conditioner combination. Despite that, it’s an incredible hotel and I would be glad to stay there again.

The hotel was very impressive and comfortable. Wish the pool open hours were a bit broader though.

We had a great experience with the family. The breakfast and dinner here were fantastic.

Everything in this hotel is amaising.

Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward. The food was also delicious.
