For three years in a row, this has been the only hotel I've been able to book for the USATF national championships. It's very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool table and games in the lobby, the closeness to the Pre trail and the river, and the accommodating staff. Thanks to all!

Check in was timely and easy. The staff was super personable from check in to the check out to the maid staff. Room was comfortable, clean and in amazing condition. Only bummer was no pool for the kids but they made that up by having lots of family activities in the lobby, pool table board games etc. will stay again 100% our go to for the Eugene and Springfield area.

It was very good. Hotel is nice & in convenient area. Was very clean and well-kept. Only negatives I would say is staff was not really the friendliest, there is no pool & there wasn’t a big selection of hot foods for breakfast. But room was good, beds were comfy!

During our stay here, staff was helpful and accommodating to the pets. Room clean and very comfortable. Awesome breakfast. Fitness room was above average. Location was quiet area despite near proximity to freeway(s). Would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again despite challenges with finding room for 7x14 tandem axle enclosed trailer behind our pickup. They had 2 spots for large vehicles, those were probably more suited for straight truck. Overall score A.

The gym is excellent, one of the best equipped among the places I’ve stayed at. The only issue is that there is no way to control the temperature in the room and it gets hot and stuffy, especially during workout. Our family likes the breakfast options and the drink dispensing machine so we can fill up our water bottles for the trip. Our dog is very happy here as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

We have enjoyed staying at Tru across the USA; however, this location was far from clean. We booked two rooms and asked for them to be connected rooms, they were not. One bathroom appeared to have shavings in it all over the floor. The other bathroom had hair and other items in the shower. The bathrooms were far from clean. I am disappointed by the cleanliness and customer service.

We stayed for family weekend. We booked at a different hotel that ended up being horrible so we cancelled the second night with them then booked here and we loved it. Lobby was great, breakfast and rooms were great. Room wasn’t as clean as we would have hoped seemed like it hadn’t been swept but after the previous night we were thankful for everything else.

When I initially checked into the hotel The first room I walked into smelled like smoke with the air conditioner on. I went to the lobby and exchanged my keys for a different room. The new room was a little better regarding the smell of smoke but the bed and bedding was awful. I pulled back the terribly worn comforter and sheets and it was like there was no mattress pad and it felt like there was just a sheet laying on top of the mattress. I felt so uncomfortable that I slept in my clothes and left the hotel as soon as there was daylight. When I checked in there were a sketchy group of people watching a football game in the lobby they looked as though they had just gone off the streets to watch the game and they did t look like college students. The bathroom had a wall attached soap dispenser and it was barely hanging on the wall and nobody had fixed it.

Check in seamless, loud AC in room #1( transferred rooms quickly and no issues from staff, room was ample, desk chair was gross(probly time to reupholster, looked like someone was brutally murdered on it and then they tried to clean out the blood stains😂) the bathrooms in the room rooms are a bit small and there’s no microwave or coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was good, nothing too amazing. There weren’t any extra blankets or pillows in the room so we did have to request them, but the staff was super quick and nice about getting them to us.

I had to paid over $300 for a stay for a 2 star. The price was inflated due to track event. The hotel is nice but not worth 300.00. I won’t pay more than 150 per night. Room had no closet just hooks in the walls. The desk looked like it was from IKEA.

A king sized bed took up almost all of the room but they still squeezed in a desk and chair that forced me to basically crawl over the bed to get to the door or bathroom. The bathroom was small and could have accommodated a normal sized shower...but they opted for a tiny shower that sounded like it was on its last leg. We asked if we could check out a half hour late (because we were doing a half marathon) and they said the manager had forbidden any late checkouts. It was Sunday and did I mention almost $400?? Felt nickel and dimed and duped into staying in a shoebox. Did I mention there is no closet, just some hangers on a pipe?? LAME.

When I checked in, the guy at the front desk was rude. The bathroom sinked backed up after turning the water on for 10 seconds and the person in the room above me walked like their feet were made of lead. The floors were paper thin, so I heard everything. For $500 per night, this was nothing short of an insult.

Front desk person was very kind. I called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation and when I arrived she remembered my voice. A nice personalized touch. Room was perfect. Breakfast was better than expected. Played billiards with my son next to the cool Eugene mural. I would definitely stay again.

Great location as long as you have a car. Great access to the bike and walking path along the river. Solid free breakfast. Plenty of snacks available for purchase. Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet.

Easy access from freeway, close to downtown, Clean, New hotel, Well maintained, Nice decor, Friendly and helpful staff, easy parking and well lit, good breakfast, Comfortable lobby with pool table, gym, traffic noise on the front side but slept fine, beds comfortable. Walking path nice but homeless wasn't sure of the safety, We had double bed room and it was a nice size. Overall a great place to stay.

Great, funky place! Fun design everywhere. Staff were very friendly and everything seemed brand new. Stayed here during our tour of Oregon colleges and it’s a very short drive to UofO. If you’re looking for a hotel with restaurants adjacent, this isn’t the place, but otherwise it’s perfect.

The only thing i didn't like was there is no coffee in the room. They have a sign that says 24/7 coffee in lobby. The coffee in the lobby was luke warm at 5 am.

The room was not the size as presented during the booking. It was very cramped. The coffee that was available in the Lobby was terrible. It tasted like "old tires". Please ensure a better brand of coffee is utilized and that the "old coffee" is not mixed with a brand new "batch".
