Excelente ubicación, servicio al cliente de 10. Su único detalle que no me gustó que no tiene estacionamiento pero cerca del hotel hay 3 y no caros. Pero sin duda recomendaré el hotel y volvería a hospedarme sin pensarlo.

A wonderful experience! Fantastic young staff who go out of their way to accommodate you. Beautiful and clean rooms with large comfortable beds. Close to the cathedral and plaza. Delicious coffee and pastries in the courtyard lobby every morning. Overall a perfect stay!

Location and service 💯💯💯 - ladies working here are awesome, this place is in the middle of everything, we felt extremely safe being out and about so close to our hotel. Inside the Hotel you feel like you are in a time travel capsule, very vintage but super lovely 😍

Beautiful old home converted into a hotel, well located within easy walking distance to the historic centre of town. The highlight though was the staff - very friendly with excellent service. The breakfast was also very delicious!

Fantastic hotel with friendly, very accommodating staff. It was a perfect location. The rooms were very spacious which was excellent for our 10 day stay. A continental breakfast is served daily with a larger breakfast available over the weekends. The food market is just steps away from the hotel so plenty of other breakfast options are nearby. If we return to Morelia we would definitely come back to the NaNa Vida hotel for the warm and friendly welcome we received.

This was our absolute favorite hotel experience, EVER! It's vintage, artistic, clean, and heartwarming. Not crowded. The rooms are specious. It felt like staying with family. The only thing we would have liked is a small dining table, a couch, and fridge for when we brought food back. The entire staff is so professional, polite, and accommodating ... not only to us, but to our family members who came by to pick us up for our daily excursions. We especially loved Emma, the receptionist who greeted us on our first day, and saw us out on our last day. She'd offer us water, coffee, sweetbread, and fruit. She also made sure to remind us to only drink bottled water and electrolytes to avoid getting any stomach sickness. She looked so sad to see us leave, and we were very sad as well! Hopefully she's still there when we return. The rooms are simple, but very clean. The beds were so comfortable, and water for bathing was perfect temperature always. Staying at Nana Vida has encouraged us to visit beautiful Morelia at least once a year. We loved the location, still close to the center of all the activity and shops, but private.

Friendly and efficient staff, comfortable beds, very quiet, and a great location in fabulous Morelia. It’s our second time staying there. My one complaint is to improve the lighting. It’s high tech and elegant, but the place I need good lighting is over the bathroom mirror— and there it’s maybe romantic—but very dim. I don’t understand it. A nightlight would be helpful too as there was a step into the bathroom and at night it could be dangerous.

If I could give it 100 stars I would. The service was spectacular. The staff goes above and beyond to make one feel welcomed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and oh so cute! The courtyard is the perfect place to have breakfast every morning. On the weekend they have delicious Mexican style breakfast and during the week they provide the guests with delicious coffee, sweet bread, and fruit. The location is perfect, just a block away from City Center and the majestic Cathedral. I will most definitely stay there again! They made my trip to Morelia even more magical. Thank you Nana Vida 💛

What an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived until we left you couldn't ask for a more pleasant experience. They suggested dining options, tour and museum options and were available for any questions we had. We were offered cut soap upon arrival along with really nice bottle of wine and flowers during the stay and nice parting gives on checkout. We were always greeted with genuine kindness and offered a water, soda, or gatorade upon returning each day. The breakfasts each day were some fruits and nice pastries, along with coffee. They had an extended breakfast service on the weekend. The young ladies managing it are excellent hostesses. They were always making sure that we were comfortable and if there was anything we needed. We appreciated the English with our very limited ability to speak Spanish. The rooms were off the courtyard and very spacious, clean, and quiet for being in the el centro district and within easy walking distance for all the attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Thank you so much Michelle, Liz, Viri, Lupita and Angie! You made our stay at your hotel feel special and made some great memories. Honestly can't say enough positives about the establishment and most importantly wish the staff continued success and happiness.

Every single girl in the front desk starting from the minute we walked in and were greeted by Michelle they went out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. We travel often and it’s been a while since we had such amazing service at a hotel. The hotel was very pretty, rooms were big and very clean. This hotel is very well kept and walking distance to everything.

If there was an option to rate our stay10 stars, I absolutely would. Nanavida has been the best hotel experience we have had in ALL of Mexico, and we have travelled extensively throughout the beautiful country. We had read some reviews on this property, but still very pleasantly surprised on just how attentive the staff was. Besides the room being clean and comfortable, the hotels location is definitely a great convenience. As mentioned, the staff is incredible. Luz and Monze treated us like long time acquaintances and their attention to our needs and questions were unmatched. Overall, Hotel NaNa Vida was one of the highlights of our 5 night stay in Morelia.

They went above and beyond themselves to ensure our needs were met and our visit memorable. The location was ideal, we felt safe, had restaurants, banks and shopping all within an easy walk. The lobby/courtyard is lovely and works perfectly for meeting up with your travel group. NaNa Vida is excellent value for your travel dollars.

Excellent location, a block away from plaza de armas. The rooms are exactly as the pictures show, and I loved the fact they have white noise machines in the rooms. Upon check in, you are gifted an artisanal soap, and they have different scents to choose from. Every time, we came back from our walks, staff are ready to greet you and offer you a drink. When we checked out, females were gifted a oaxacan blouse and the men were given artisanal coffee. Excellent experience, they appreciate and pamper customers.

In love with this hotel, located in a privileged location in the historic center, a few steps from the Cathedral. This place is super clean, cheerful and have an amazing staff that makes you feel welcome all the time. Everything was spectacular. We had an excellent experience, from the moment we arrived, they provided me with an early check in since they knew I had an early flight. I've stayed at site numerous times. The hotel is close to everything. The rooms have AC and temperature control is good. Furthermore, the noise level is typical - however , I always use ear plugs and have no problem sleeping. Lastly, breakfast is simple yet satisfying.

Fantastic hotel with friendly, very accommodating staff. It was a perfect location. The rooms were very spacious which was excellent for our 10 day stay. A continental breakfast is served daily with a larger breakfast available over the weekends. The food market is just steps away from the hotel so plenty of other breakfast options are nearby. If we return to Morelia we would definitely come back to the NaNa Vida hotel for the warm and friendly welcome we received.

Beautiful and quaint property by the historic centre of Morelia; walking distance to the main cathedral, square, and all the dining options. The atrium/lobby was spacious with a beautiful skylight, and the complimentary breakfast snack service (delicious coffee, fruit, and pastries) was a delight. The staff were so unbelievably kind and helpful!! They were very sweet, spoke very good English, and attended to all our needs, even providing cultural artisanal welcome and departure gifts and a list of places to visit to ease our stay. They helped us arrange a tour to see the monarch butterflies at El Rosario sanctuary (priced separately) which was also an incredible once-in-a-lifetime experience. The room was large with high ceilings and the bed very firm and comfortable. Bathroom and sink area was clean and I liked all the copper touches throughout the hotel. The AC in the room was easy to control and the wifi was fast. We would definitely stay at NaNa Vida again if we ever came back to Morelia, and we only wish they had more locations throughout Mexico so we could keep supporting them on our future travels.

The staff were sooo service oriented and made us feel totally welcome. The room is a bit spartan but roomy and clean and quiet. The location is very close to the main Plaza de las Armas and the main attractions. But the staff were what made the stay so enjoyable.

It’s a lovely place and in the best location. The historic center has so many beautiful spots and the hotel’s location makes it easy to walk everywhere.
